Our commitment to your safety:
We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 17,000 executives to date globally. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events.
We request that all our guests are either double vaccinated against COVID-19 or take a lateral flow test (within 24 hours) before attending the event (do not attend if positive).
Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.
Enhanced sanitisation protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitiser provided to all attendees.
Thank you for your continued support for Bisnow's event programme, we look forward to hosting you soon to do what we do best: network, connect, and engage to do more business.

Why This Matters
What You’ll Learn
Who the investment players in the sector are, where the money is coming from, and how the market is evolving.
How investors can diversify their portfolio and get into the sector.
The scale of the opportunity for 'rented later living models' in urban locations.
Understanding how customers' requirements are evolving & what is needed to meet this demand.
The modern inventions & technologies revolutionising the way care is delivered & the needs of customers are met.
Implementing adaptability when delivering a scheme to ensure a secure long term investment.
The key concerns for investors when it comes to care homes and these concerns can be confronted and addressed.
How You'll Do More Business: As more baby boomers are retiring and downsizing, the need for later living housing — both luxury and affordable — continues to climb. Knight Frank predicts that the UK will see nearly 10% growth in this sector over the next five years. Can the market keep up with demand? Join our expert speakers as we review the capital committed to the sector, where the money is going, and how to diversify your portfolio and get a slice of the pie. Plus, with an aging demographic, owners and operators are reimagining their spaces to meet changing tenant demands. Learn which of these trends are truly transforming the future of later living.
