Jack is Related Argent's Head of PropTech and Innovation, a role he has held since 2022. Jack works closely across all Related Argent's development and asset management teams to embed a culture of innovation into the business. His role is dedicated to engaging with the PropTech ecosystem, running start-up pilots and scaling out impactful technologies across the business and its real estate projects.

As a Partner at Pi Labs, Stefania oversees our growing portfolio, working closely with our founders to ensure they have the strategic, financial and commercial support required to achieve global scale.

Based in London, Stefania brings over 14 years of experience working with high-growth technology companies as an investor and advisor. She spent seven years at Coutts Private Bank, advising UHNW clients globally on asset allocation and growth capital investment opportunities. Subsequently, she led fintech investments at Downing Ventures, a VC fund investing in UK-based Seed and Series A stage technology companies.

More recently, Stefania was a Portfolio Director at generalist VC trust Pembroke VCT where she provided strategic and operational support to executive teams and acted as a Board Observer for a large portfolio including leading arts and culture tech platform, Smartify. She is an active mentor in the early-stage tech community and an Angel Investor at London-based sustainable investment start-up.

Tom is our Founder and CEO. The majority of his time is spent on strategy, product and recruiting great talent to join the team. Tom has a background in commercial property development and investment and in his own time he loves playing basketball and watching the All Blacks win.

Seth is LCA’s Digital Account Director, brining a deep understanding of digital and social media campaigning within the built environment, infrastructure, and transport sectors. His expertise across corporate communications enables him to develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that resonate with brands, individuals, and assets for clients such as The Crown Estate, Olympia, and URW.

Seth has spearheaded LCA's rollout of AI across the business and advocates for its thoughtful adoption across the sector. With AI transforming how we communicate he focuses on how it can open up new opportunities for storytelling, stakeholder insight and reputational management, helping organisations connect more effectively with the people who matter.

His background also includes working for EDF on the Sizewell C project, The Rail Delivery Group and the Town and Country Planning Association. He holds an MA in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh, which informs his insight-driven approach.

Brian is a member of KPMG’s US branch office located in London. With nearly 20 years of experience serving clients in the asset management sector and primarily focused on real estate, he has supported clients throughout the investment life cycle by identifying and delivering tax efficient strategies, including acquisition and development tax modeling, IRR analysis, structuring, recapitalizations and exit planning. Through integrated strategies provided in collaboration with KPMG’s global network, Brian connects clients to technology solutions to help meet the demands of a changing regulatory environment.
