Summary
Join Bisnow in 2017 as we discover London's New Frontiers at The Shard! In the light of Post-Brexit and competition from other global cities, what is the enduring appeal of London? Will it continue to reign supreme in 2017 and transform into a truly global, 24h city? What is missing? And with drastically increasing prices, which are the neighbourhoods that investors should pay close attention to?
We'll start locally and explore the London Bridge/Tower Bridge & Southwark Area. We'll then widen the focus and discuss London as a whole, considering the current leasing market, rents & prices, and emerging neighbourhoods. Lastly, our All-Star Panelists will delve into London's day time and night time economy, revealing the secrets of unlocking the hundreds of millions that are expected to be added to London's GDP through the night-time economy.
Please note to book your tickets early as this event has a capacity cap of 220 people due to the Shard's safety and security regulations.
