Makoto Fukui is an Investment Manager for Schroders Capital Real Estate, responsible for

London portfolio. He joined Schroders in 2016 and is based in London.

Nick is responsible for leading Nuveen Real Estate’s office investment activity across Europe. He coordinates the firm’s specialist teams across the pan-European network to ensure it is best equipped to identify emerging trends in the office market and align the strategy accordingly. He is also heavily involved in managing mandates for Alberta Investment Management Corporation, Madison International Realty, PFA and AustralianSuper.

Prior to his current role, Nick was director of Central London offices, where he was involved with high-profile London transactions and projects, including 40 Leadenhall Street and King’s Cross Central. Nick joined the firm in 2004 to assist with the launch of the Central London office strategy. He has been highly involved in the growth of the business’ London office portfolio. Nick started his career as a graduate at Weatherall Green & Smith before moving to Slade & Co. He later joined DTZ as an Associate Director in the Investment Agency. Louise Ioannou is the Head of Workspace for HB Reavis UK, with over 15 years of experience within client services and the workspace sector. Since joining HB Reavis in 2017, Louise has played a central role in leasing, client-facing activities and communication activities across the company’s UK projects, including 33 Central, 20 Farringdon Street, Bloom Clerkenwell, One Waterloo and Worship Square. She was promoted to Leasing Manager in 2021 and became Head of Workspace in 2023, taking on responsibility for all HB Reavis’ client offerings, including traditional leasing, managed space, and in-house co-working HubHub.

Prior to joining HB Reavis, Louise worked as a Senior Account Director for Sectorlight, responsible for international and London-based commercial property branding, marketing and placemaking schemes. She also spent five years at Tag, delivering projects for Procter & Gamble’s luxury consumer brands.

Through HB Reavis’ customer-centric approach and her deep understanding of the evolving needs of the workplace, Louise is passionate about creating sustainable, inclusive, and healthy environments.

I am a Chartered Surveyor, qualifying and progressing to Director level at the property advisory firm CBRE. Whilst at CBRE I was seconded to the London Developer, Derwent London as a Leasing Manager, my first taste of client side role, and more recently joined The Crown Estate as Director of Workplace. TCE is one of the largest west end land owners, with 10m sq ft of workplace over two ‘districts’, Regent street and St James’s. I am proud to lead the workplace team, curating sustainable workplaces that are attractive and adaptable to both todays and tomorrows customers.

As a full-time working mum of two daughters, I am trying hard to balance my professional and personal life.

Established in 2014, Mark saw an opportunity to establish a boutique central London operator to work with both local and international capital sources. He has over 25 years of direct real estate experience, the majority of which acting as a principal with significant new business and development roles at Hammerson plc and at Hines both in central London and in Paris. Mark has a degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and a Masters in Finance from City University and is a member of the RICS.

An active voice in the industry, Jon serves as a judge for the Civic Trust Awards and Surface Design Awards. He is also engaged with key organisations such as NLA, BCO, UKGBC, and The London Society, contributing to the dialogue on the future of urban development and design.

Under Jon’s leadership, Barr Gazetas continues to redefine urban spaces, delivering designs that prioritise environmental responsibility, community benefit, and commercial impact.

Holly Price is Keltbray’s Group Sustainability Director and is responsible for the development and implementation of the group’s sustainability strategy, including its Carbon Reduction and Communities plans, and reporting on its published targets in this critical area.

Having joined Keltbray in 2006, initially Holly led the Training, Development and Social Values function at Keltbray for 15 years, playing a crucial role in engineering sustainable and considerable growth through getting the right people in the right place at the right time. Holly went on to study Sustainability at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and was appointed to her current role.

Holly is an experienced and respected industry professional having started her career in the demolition industry at just 17 training to be an Explosives Engineer. In 2019, Holly became the first female president of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors, having also represented the UK enabling works sector in Europe and is currently a Trustee on the CITB Board.

Matt was previously Development Director in the US with Lendlease, working across four major urban regeneration projects ($15B) in Silicon Valley, California.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Matt developed over five million square feet of mixed-use product across 15 projects over 20 years in Washington, DC. The most notable of which is The Wharf, a $3.6B global award winning, waterfront regeneration in the heart of DC where he was the Project Director. Matt has a background in urban planning and architecture, he is passionate about the craft of city building.
