development in his career, to date.

builders – he delivered 5,000

student bedrooms and regenerated

award-wining social housing

projects throughout London and

the south east.

In 1998 Richard co-founded

Cathedral Healthcare, a specialist

development and investment

company, growing the business into

a leading developer of primary

healthcare facilities. He sold this

company to Primary Healthcare

Properties in 2005.

Richard co-founded Cathedral

Group PLC in 1998 and nurtured the

company to become a market-

leader in public-private partnership

developments, building a pipeline of

over £2bn. In May 2014, Cathedral

merged with Development

Securities, which ultimately became

U+I in November 2015. U+I is a

FTSE listed public company with a

development pipeline of £6bn.

of the company, whose vision is to

create huge, long-lasting social and

economic change for communities

and sustainable value for

shareholders.

On 1st January 2018 the Secretary

of State for Digital, Culture, Media

and Sport appointed Richard as a

Commissioner for Historic England.

Madeleine is the Head of the Commercial Real Estate team at Lloyds. She joined in November 2014 as Head of Institutional, looking after Private Equity, Pension Fund and Sovereign Wealth clients before taking up her current position in August 2017. Her role involves developing and leading the business activity plans for relationships across the Commercial Real Estate market with a specialist team based across 6 UK locations. In 2016 Lloyds lent £8.6 bn into the UK CRE market, delivering €1,547m of debt syndication and Madeleine was key in driving the client franchise which included both leading UK institutions and large global investors.

She previously held the Head of International clients at pbb, where she covered Europe wide real estate financing from 2011-2014. Prior to this, she worked at Westimmo and Eurohypo and started her career on the equity side at Trillium.

Beatrice is a Partner with Venn Partners, deputy portfolio manager for the Commercial Real Estate team and a member of the Firm’s Management Board. Beatrice has an extensive background in real estate and corporate lending gained over her 17 years of experience at Citi, HSBC and the Bank of New York. In her previous role at Citi, Beatrice was instrumental on over EUR 2.5 billion of successful loan restructurings and worked on the distribution of over EUR 3 billion of CRE debt to a wide range of investors globally. Beatrice holds a Masters degree in Economics and Finance from Bristol University, and a first degree from the Sorbonne in Paris.

Audrey Klein Head of Investor Relations for Kennedy Wilson Europe. Prior to this she held roles at Cromwell and Corestate but is best known for starting the European business out of London for the Park Hill Real Estate Group, a Division of Blackstone. Prior to joining Park Hill, Ms. Klein ran her own business for five years marketing alternative asset funds across all asset classes including private equity, real estate and hedge funds to European investors comprised of pension funds, banks, family offices and high net worth individuals. Prior to founding her company Ms. Klein worked at Babcock and Brown in Germany where she co-founded the German office and helped establish equity relationships across Europe. Before making the move to Europe she worked at Bank of America in San Francisco doing syndication across various sectors before co-founding a real-estate fund for her group. Ms. Klein is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of business where she received an MBA. She is also a graduate of Emory University where she received a degree in Economics.

Dan Gwilliam is a real estate partner at international law firm Gowling WLG. Dan has over 20 years' experience in direct and indirect UK investment transactions, development projects and forward funding, real estate finance, leasing and asset management in all types of real estate assets including office, retail, industrial and alternative.

Dan acts for many different types of client, from family landowners to some of the largest institutional investors in the UK and principal clients include AXA, USS, Aviva, NFU Mutual, Salmon Developments and Revcap.

Oliver has over a decade of Central London property experience in commercial and residential investments and developments including leasing, investment and product development.

He joined Landsec from CBRE in 2014 to lead the leasing of a number of landmark office developments comprising over 1.5 million sq ft across the capital. Most notably he led the pre-let negotiations at 21 Moorfields, securing Deutsche Bank for over 500,000 sq ft in summer 2017.

Oliver has also worked as an Investment Director, where he focused on acquisition and disposal strategies as well as investment management of the existing Landsec portfolio.

Oliver was responsible for delivering Landsec’s flexible office brand, Myo, which launched in May 2019; as well as Landsec’s Customised product and services.

In his role as Head of Offices, Oliver leads the implementation of Landsec’s central London office strategy including the evolution of Landsec’s office products and managing key customer relationships.

Oliver is a member of the RICS, IPF and ULI. He holds an MSc in Real Estate and IPF Diploma from the University of Reading as well as a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham.

Dicle Guntas is the founder and managing director of HGG London, a boutique property firm established in 2013. Dicle has a vast experience in property industry and a long family history in construction as well as infrastructure. Driven by her passion for sustainable and innovative design, she aims introducing unique and well thought buildings to the London landscape. HGG London’s first development project, The Interlock has been widely recognized by the industry including Brick Awards, The Sunday Times British Home Awards ‘Small Development of the Year’ and Architizer Awards. The company is currently building its portfolio with commercial schemes in Old Street and the City of London.

Petr Esposito is Co-Founder of ThirdWay Architecture, a progressive studio of architecture and designers embedded within the ThirdWay Group, aligning all the benefits of traditional architectural practice with the pace, flexibility, and market knowledge of a creative multi-disciplinary studio.

He has previously worked for notable practices, Foster + Partners, Gensler, and Aberrant Architecture engaging in a cross spectrum of briefs from hospitals in Iowa, to pop-ups in Shenzhen, all with the focus on people and how they’re engaged and served by design.

During his time at ThirdWay Architecture, he has supported the team in delivering complex refurbishment projects across London , as well as working with a variety of tenant clients across varying sectors and sizes.

ThirdWay Architecture defines itself on delivering a user focused, user experience led design; with their focus on people providing an intimate understanding of what employees desire from their workplace, and what tenants desire from their host building.

Kimberley has over 10 years of corporate occupier fit-out and commercial real estate consulting experience in the UK market. Her early career saw her advising on the strategic requirements for a number of occupiers’ real estate portfolios, followed by several years consulting for Deloitte and delivering their office fit outs throughout the UK. Kimberley is currently a Director at Gardiner & Theobald in the Interiors Team and has delivered a number of high profile, complex fit-out schemes across a variety of sectors. She has a true passion for delivering world class workplaces for her clients and takes pride in leading project teams to deliver outstanding workplaces that ultimately inspire people.

Bradley is the CEO at CO—RE specialising in London occupiers and their design requirements, scheme branding and leasing. Bradley has worked in the central London office market for over 30 years. He was made an equity partner at Knight Frank in 1999, and founded and headed the central London tenant representation team.

He has an intimate knowledge of what occupiers need, having advised major organisations on some of London’s largest office deals, including Estée Lauder’s HQ at 1 Fitzroy Place, Swiss Re's acquisition of The Gherkin, Guardian Media Group’s headquarters at King’s Cross and M&G’s offices at 10 Fenchurch Avenue.

Bradley was voted ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ in 2014 by the readers of CoStar.

Richard has been with Regus for 4 years leading their UK business. Prior to that he was the CEO of G4S, UK & Ireland where he was responsible for 50,000 employees and leading businesses with combined revenues of £1.7bn. Richard also sat on the group Executive Committee of G4S plc, a global business support services provider operating in over 125 countries.

Anna is responsible for delivering commercial and social benefit through our development activity across Britain and Ireland. This includes the regeneration of the Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey which will provide 1,548 homes built to rent at the heart of a new community.

Anna joined Grosvenor Britain & Ireland in 2008 and has led a number of different teams within our London Estate, most recently as Portfolio Director responsible for asset, investment and property management across Mayfair and Belgravia, before this she was the Development Director, accountable for all projects in the Estate Development Programme.

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Anna was at DTZ in various development roles advising clients on maximising the value of their assets and undertaking acquisitions and disposals on their behalf.

Anna sits on the Developing Talent Committee of the Real Estate Balance Group. She is formerly a Director of the New West End Company and served on their Strategic Board

Anna holds an honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Anthony specialises in fast-track fit out projects for tenants, owner/occupiers and landlords, having worked extensively in the coworking, flex and serviced office sectors. With 14 years of experience in commercial office fit out and refurbishment across London and the South East, he has extensive knowledge of procurement, project management, pre-contracts management and sustainability processes. Anthony proudly supports unified project teams with a focus on collaboration, inclusive construction and providing delivery input as early as possible in the project timeline.

Cal jointly leads Savills Flex, a new consultancy initiative that brings together Savills multi-disciplinary experts across the UK to help owners and operators with accelerated leasing and all aspects of delivering flexible workspace. He is also founder and Global head of Workthere, Savills flexible office brokerage platform operating across UK, Europe, Asia and the UK.

As a Strategy Director, Jane regularly advises clients on best practice workplace design, approaching each project with a detailed understanding of the impact of design on business performance. With more than 25 years of experience spanning all aspects of workplace consultancy, Jane’s portfolio contains a variety of well-known projects across a range of sectors including advertising, media, banking, publishing, education, and the private sector. Recognised by colleagues and clients alike for her ability to provide positive and unambiguous solutions to complex client briefs, Jane approaches each project with a thorough understanding of the physical, social, and cultural mechanics that contribute to highly efficient workplaces. Jane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Interior Design from Middlesex University, U.K., and is a Member of the Workplace Consulting Organisation (WCO).
