Yohance joined Quadrant’s office team in 2020 to help deliver c.500,000 sq. ft of offices in London. Key projects include 30 South Colonnade and Plot A Nine Elms.

Yohance studied and worked in architecture on commercial projects in the UK and luxury residential abroad before joining CBRE in 2014. Yohance spent a year in investment valuations before joining CBRE’s Capital Advisors. There he was a non-discretionary advisor working debt and equity investment strategies focusing on development. This included fund structuring, investment management, strategic development management, asset repositioning and development finance.

Outside of his professional role Yohance is an honorary lecturer at UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning and a visiting research fellow in the economics department of Goldsmiths University. He also holds academic and committee roles at The ULI, RICS and UCEM. In November 2020 he was recognised by the British Council for Offices as a Rising Star in the industry.

Alex is responsible for leading and delivering the development and investment strategy for Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in the UK.

With a broad depth of experience in property portfolio management across different sectors for both private and publicly listed companies, Alex leads UK activities to expand the business throughout the region. In the UK, LPC is best known for involvement as an owner, developer and operator of www.StationHill.co.uk, a 2.5m sqft / £850m GDV development adjacent to Reading CrossRail/MainLine Station, setting a new bench mark in best in class placemaking, successfully seeding the platform in which to successfully expand the UK business.

Lincoln Property Company (LPC) is one of the largest and most diversified real estate companies in the United States and Europe, and one of the only real estate companies to rank concurrently in the Top 10 lists of Management/Ownership of Office, Industrial and Multi-Family (BTR). Originally entering Europe in 1989 and subsequently partnering exclusively with AIG in 1997, LPC provided the entrepreneurial, development and operational expertise responsible for building a dominant platform resulting in delivering over 27 million square feet across 50 projects in 9 major European markets. LPC re-launched its European operations in 2016.

Martin has a strong track record in leading successful business transformations projects after experience developed initially through high level client project engagement before moving to broader business leadership roles, often involved in short term turnaround projects.

Martin has held senior positions across a number of the Arcadis Business Lines; Environment, Water, Power and Distribution and Buildings. He has held senior leadership positions across Arcadis since 2009.

He has an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Louise Ioannou

Louise Ioannou is the Head of Workspace for HB Reavis UK, with over 15 years of experience within client services and the workspace sector. Since joining HB Reavis in 2017, Louise has played a central role in leasing, client-facing activities and communication activities across the company’s UK projects, including 33 Central, 20 Farringdon Street, Bloom Clerkenwell, One Waterloo and Worship Square. She was promoted to Leasing Manager in 2021 and became Head of Workspace in 2023, taking on responsibility for all HB Reavis’ client offerings, including traditional leasing, managed space, and in-house co-working HubHub.

Prior to joining HB Reavis, Louise worked as a Senior Account Director for Sectorlight, responsible for international and London-based commercial property branding, marketing and placemaking schemes. She also spent five years at Tag, delivering projects for Procter & Gamble’s luxury consumer brands.

Through HB Reavis’ customer-centric approach and her deep understanding of the evolving needs of the workplace, Louise is passionate about creating sustainable, inclusive, and healthy environments.

Clare Thomas is a partner at law firm CMS which has the largest real estate team in Europe. She has experience acting for property companies, funds, institutions and international investors on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and developments. Her transactional expertise spans a range of sectors including office, hotel, retail and mixed use/residential. Her clients include the likes of Angelo Gordon, Credit Suisse, Blackstone, Urban & Civic and Brockton as well as various private investors.

Significant recent transactions include acting on Singapore listed REIT Suntec’s acquisition of 50% of Phase 1 of Land Sec’s Nova Victoria scheme from Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, for Thai investor DTGO corporation on the circa £450m acquisition of the Marathon portfolio of 17 IHG and Hilton branded hotels and the Arora Group on it’s Crawley Station Gateway scheme which includes the regeneration of the station along with the provision of new office, retail and residential premises.

Clare is an active member of a number of real estate associations and has served on committees for the Urban Land Institute and is on the operational board of the Investment Property Forum and chairs their education committee. She was recently instrumental in the production of industry standard non disclosure and exclusivity agreements, designed to streamline the real estate transaction process as well as the production of the Guide to Streamlining Transactions: Improving liquidity in commercial real estate. She has also written for the Property Law Journal and Estates Gazette and regularly speaks at industry events. Clare also leads the publication of CMS’s annual real estate thought leadership, with recent research looking at everything from the future of the workplace to the social value of real estate Real Estate Reset (cms.law).
