Yohance joined Quadrant’s office team in 2020 to help deliver c.500,000 sq. ft of offices in London. Key projects include 30 South Colonnade and Plot A Nine Elms.

Yohance studied and worked in architecture on commercial projects in the UK and luxury residential abroad before joining CBRE in 2014. Yohance spent a year in investment valuations before joining CBRE’s Capital Advisors. There he was a non-discretionary advisor working debt and equity investment strategies focusing on development. This included fund structuring, investment management, strategic development management, asset repositioning and development finance.

Outside of his professional role Yohance is an honorary lecturer at UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning and a visiting research fellow in the economics department of Goldsmiths University. He also holds academic and committee roles at The ULI, RICS and UCEM. In November 2020 he was recognised by the British Council for Offices as a Rising Star in the industry.

Alex is responsible for leading and delivering the development and investment strategy for Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in the UK.

With a broad depth of experience in property portfolio management across different sectors for both private and publicly listed companies, Alex leads UK activities to expand the business throughout the region. In the UK, LPC is best known for involvement as an owner, developer and operator of www.StationHill.co.uk, a 2.5m sqft / £850m GDV development adjacent to Reading CrossRail/MainLine Station, setting a new bench mark in best in class placemaking, successfully seeding the platform in which to successfully expand the UK business.

Rachel Edward is Workplace Futures Lead at Lendlease, and if you're involved in workplace in London you'd be pushed to not be aware of her work. She's Rachel has been involved in a number of pioneering projects working on workplaces globally applying evidence-based design thinking.

Bringing extensive experience in the commercial property market, John joined The Instant Group in 2015 to spearhead our marketing team and support the rapid growth of the business both on and offline. John previously worked for Knight Frank where he held the role of Head of PR and Social Media for three years. Prior to Knight Frank he worked for numerous property clients whilst working for agency MHP Communications, including Land Securities, Brookfield, Bovis, National House Building Council, and L&Q.

Under Henry’s leadership, King’s Cross is bringing forward a range of office spaces to lease. These include space at Western Transit Shed, Two Pancras Square and The Jellicoe, where the neighbourhood is delivering new purpose-built flexible workspace in partnership with Fora (formerly The Office Group) as it continues to evolve its product offer to office occupiers.

Henry brings almost two decades of experience and leadership across commercial real estate investment, development, leasing and asset management, including roles as Head of UK and Vice President for Offices, Retail and Life Sciences at Oxford Properties Group. During his almost 10-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in growing the company’s office and retail platform in the UK.

Martin is the Global Director for Workplace at Arcadis and is responsible for developing our workplace promise ‘To create sustainable, inclusive workplaces, enhance collaboration and promote the wellbeing and health of all Arcadians’.

Martin has a strong track record in leading successful business transformations projects after experience developed initially through high level client project engagement before moving to broader business leadership roles, often involved in short term turnaround projects.

Martin has held senior positions across a number of the Arcadis Business Lines; Environment, Water, Power and Distribution and Buildings. He has held senior leadership positions across Arcadis since 2009.

He has an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Louise Ioannou is the Head of Workspace for HB Reavis UK, with over 15 years of experience within client services and the workspace sector. Since joining HB Reavis in 2017, Louise has played a central role in leasing, client-facing activities and communication activities across the company’s UK projects, including 33 Central, 20 Farringdon Street, Bloom Clerkenwell, One Waterloo and Worship Square. She was promoted to Leasing Manager in 2021 and became Head of Workspace in 2023, taking on responsibility for all HB Reavis’ client offerings, including traditional leasing, managed space, and in-house co-working HubHub.

Prior to joining HB Reavis, Louise worked as a Senior Account Director for Sectorlight, responsible for international and London-based commercial property branding, marketing and placemaking schemes. She also spent five years at Tag, delivering projects for Procter & Gamble’s luxury consumer brands.

Through HB Reavis’ customer-centric approach and her deep understanding of the evolving needs of the workplace, Louise is passionate about creating sustainable, inclusive, and healthy environments.

Rachel brings her international experience to her projects, having worked in Sydney and London, along with project experience throughout Europe, China, Singapore and Jamaica. Her experience extends over Workplace, High-End Residential, Retail, Aviation and Public Sector Buildings.

Judith kleine Holthaus is Head of Data & Insights at Fora Space. She oversees data, analysis, insights and systems approach, as well as product innovation. Prior, she was at Whitbread, the largest hotel chain in the UK, where she ran a Data Science and Insights team – which earned her the title of “Data Leader of the year” in 2018 and had her on a top 100 most influential people list for data in the UK last year. Her team led customer research, segmentations, and analytics in advance fo AI & automation stages. Judith also spent six years at McDonald’s in Business Strategy and Insights, where she collaborated with finance and wrote McDonald's three year business strategy and made the case for major product launches including those incorporating digital transformation.

Abi is Head of Customer Solutions and Property and Real Estate Industry Lead at CloudShift. Having worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for 5 years both in project delivery and solutions, her role is to support new and existing Salesforce Customers shape their business transformations and navigate digital change across people, process and technology.

Jonathan is Managing Director at TSP, a boutique property management company which helps clients create flexible, connected, and sustainable workplaces.

Susan is a partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. An experienced real estate lawyer, her in depth understanding of the property market and business training as a Sloan Masters MSc (London Business School) graduate, combined with a wide circle of contacts help make the firm’s programme of events “must attend” networking opportunities. Susan was listed as ''The woman who knows everyone' by Bisnow in their 51 Most influential Women in UK real estate list 2018.

Susan is a member of the Mishcon Technology Group, which has recently launched MDR LAB - an incubator programme for tech start-ups in the legal space. She also mentors for Pi Labs accelerator programme for proptech start-ups since it launched and is a regular speaker on the #proptech circuit. Susan is Vice Chair of the British Property Federation's Technology and Innovation Group. She is also a member of the Urban land Institute Technology and Real Estate European Product Council. She chaired the FUTURE: Proptech Advisory Group bringing together key influencers in real estate and proptech. She is ranked 40 in the Tyto Tech Top 500 List 2018

Tracy has been active in all aspects corporate real estate and facilities management for over 15 years – her skills encompass project management, design and construction, leasing & transactions and workplace operations. With international experience leading corporate real estate teams in the film, fashion and the technology sectors, notably previously at Yahoo! for 7 years and now at Twitter as the Global Head of Real Estate. She has been at Twitter for the last 5 years joining them to lead their EMEA and APAC Real Estate & Workplace teams in 2013 moving to San Francisco in 2014 to head up their Design & Construction team during a period of explosive growth which ultimately led to her assuming leadership of their entire global Real Estate & Workplace team in March of 2016. Tracy experience covers the entire gambit of corporate real estate including the design and project management of various types of spaces from sound studios for Ridley Scott whilst at Ascent Media Group, to showroom space for Calvin Klein to award winning innovative and collaborative office spaces for Yahoo! and Twitter. Tracy specializes interweaving company culture within the physical space and raising the profile of corporate real estate teams within the business. Tracy’s philosophy is that of #oneteam meaning that CRE must be seen as part of the business as a trusted and strategic business partner with a seat at the decision making table to be truly effective and impactful.

Clare is an active member of a number of real estate associations and has served on committees for the Urban Land Institute and is on the operational board of the Investment Property Forum and chairs their education committee. She was recently instrumental in the production of industry standard non disclosure and exclusivity agreements, designed to streamline the real estate transaction process as well as the production of the Guide to Streamlining Transactions: Improving liquidity in commercial real estate. She has also written for the Property Law Journal and Estates Gazette and regularly speaks at industry events. Clare also leads the publication of CMS’s annual real estate thought leadership, with recent research looking at everything from the future of the workplace to the social value of real estate Real Estate Reset (cms.law). She has been named as one of Bisnow’s 51 most influential women in real estate and appeared in The Lawyers Hot 100 List 2019.
