Neil is a senior thought leader specialising in technical and innovative solutions for Landsec’s

current and future portfolio, acting as a trusted adviser to the senior executive team.

He is charged with providing strategic advice to the business on sustainable building design,

smart building technology and innovative procurement and construction processes to ensure

Landsec retains its leadership position in the real estate sector.

This involves a wide remit to drive innovation and the application of new technology,

Neil is an advocate of sustainable buildings, renewable energy technologies and intelligent

Neil sits on the Board of the British Council of Offices (BCO) and chairs the Technical Affairs

Bridget is the Chief Sustainability Officer at PwC UK with responsibility for the firm’s internal corporate

sustainability strategy.

A strategist by background, with a degree in languages from Oxford, an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in

Environmental Technology from Imperial, she held multiple leadership positions in industry and in a

global management consultancy.

She joined PwC in 2010, where she focuses on innovation and behaviour change for better sustainability

performance. As a result, PwC is now a recognised leader in tackling its carbon footprint and in applying

the principles of the circular economy to its operations.

She sits on the business’ Executive Committee.

Tor previously held the position of Director of Placemaking. She has worked in the company for nearly a decade, including leading the asset management programme for the Mayfair estate and working as Head of Strategy for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. She sits on the Good Growth Steering Committee of London's West End Partnership and is part of the Westminster Property Association’s Senior Advisory Committee.

Andrew Roughan

Andrew Roughan has spent the predominant part of his career in Technology Infrastructure within

the telecoms and data centre sectors driving business transformation for clients and major cities.

He first got involved with Here East in 2011 where he was a founding member of the bid team who

successfully acquired a 200-year lease from the London Legacy Development Corporation to

transform the former Press and Broadcast Centre’s on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

His role as COO at Here East made him responsible for creating the eco-system and community

where large and small companies collide, allowing them to benefit from one another’s scale and

creativity, together with ensuring delivery of the Legacy goals that Here East aspires to.

Recently Andrew was appointed to be Managing Director of Plexal to lead the Innovation Centre at

Here East where they have a focus on hosting high growth and established businesses, convening

across industry borders and innovating to solve the problems that matter to society. Plexal has a

Significant past projects include a Research Campus for Novartis in Shanghai and Deutsche Bank's Headquarters in Paris.

In the past 30 years, Nic Pryke has gone from a furniture designer to the Creative Director of London’s leading workplace design and build company, Oktra. His understanding of workplace goes beyond the built environment, exploring human behaviour and employee experience. “The look and feel of a work environment is just one part of the design solution; mostly it’s about people and how they behave”, says Nic.

Nic shares his experience and predictions of the workplace industry at numerous events and thought leadership talks. He understands the specific drivers behind successful coworking spaces, having headed up Oktra’s design team who partnered with WeWork to deliver nearly two million square foot of coworking space across London.

Backed by a substantial investment from Brockton Capital, Fora is challenging the co-working landscape as it leads the way in championing spaces designed for productivity and wellbeing.

In addition to his banking credentials, whilst at Deutsche Bank, Enrico has also served on the board of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, taking it from an operating loss of $35m to a turnover of $155m in just three years.

In 2018, alongside co-founder Katrina Larkin, Enrico was listed sixth on the OnOffice Top 50 Power List.

Laurence Jones

Robert Wolstenholme

Mr. Wolstenholme formed Trilogy Real Estate LLP as a UK-focused

investment and development management business in 2015. His

principle responsibilities include the creation and management

of Trilogy’s projects.

Prior to founding Trilogy, Mr. Wolstenholme was Investment

Director at Resolution, where he was responsible for the

acquisition, strategic business planning, procurement, and

letting of multiple office, retail and residential schemes. While

at Resolution, Mr. Wolstenholme was personally responsible for

13 transactions, investing over £300m of equity with a gross IRR

of over 28% and a 1.9x cash multiple. Mr. Wolstenholme spent 14

years at JLL where he gained a wide range of professional real

estate experience, most notably advising a range of UK institutions,

developers and international corporations on the funding of major

real estate undertakings.

Mr. Wolstenholme has a degree in Architecture from the Batlet

School of Architecture, UCL and a qualification in Chartered

Surveying (MRICS), as well as a diploma in Finance from the

Securities Institute.

Richard Hywel Evans

Richard is the principal of Studio RHE, an innovative architecture practice with a background in both international Hotel and Office design. They came to prominence on completing ‘Alphabeta’ in London, a groundbreaking and winner of several Awards including the RIBA, OAS and BCO. Their imaginative, inclusive design approach and understanding of the new market and users’ needs also lead them to designing the co-working brands Huckletree and Fora. ‘Republic’ is the latest iteration of their approach; a new campus of flexible healthy workspace built around generous amenities and outdoor spaces meticulously imagined and realised by the practice.

Charlie Wade is the EMEA Managing Director for VTS, the modern platform for commercial

Zach Vaughan

Mr. Vaughan joined Brookfield in the United States in 2012 and relocated to London

in 2015. Since joining, he has been involved in several M&A and asset transactions

including Thayer Lodging, Center Parcs, MPG Office Trust, Student Roost,

Associated Estates and Interhotels. Before to relocating to London he oversaw

Brookfield’s North American multifamily investments and its operating company,

Fairfield Residential. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Vaughan worked at Canada

Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Reichmann International.

Boudewijn Ruitenburg

Boudewijn is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Board Member of EDGE, owned by OVG Real Estate. After a Geography Master’s graduate at Groningen University

and a Business Economics Master’s graduate at the University of Amsterdam, Boudewijn began his professional career at Amvest and Unibail-Rodamco, where he honed his Asset and Development Management skills on high street shops and shopping centers. In 2008, Boudewijn joined EDGE as Commercial Manager. His knack for recognizing upcoming talent and building high-performance teams allowed Boudewijn to rise to the role of Head of Investment in 2015. He was then swiftly promoted to Executive Commercial Director for Western Europe in 2016.

In his current role as COO, Boudewijn is passionate about working alongside the teams he mentors, unlocking new projects and creating stand-out buildings in cities world-wide. A year-round cyclist, Boudewijn stays in peak condition by honoring the elements; taking to the ice during winter and practicing his serve on the tennis court in summer. Richard Blair is Senior Managing Director and Country Head of Hines UK. During his time with Hines, he has been responsible for all investment activities for Hines funds and third-party capital sources in the UK, and has recently been involved with the acquisition of projects in London and Birmingham. He served as Project Officer for assets within Hines' Pan European Value Added Fund, Hines' European Development Fund II and Hines' Global REIT. Blair is a Chartered Surveyor and graduated from City University, London, with an MSc in Property Investment. He is a member of the British Council for Offices and Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Eleanor Jukes

Eleanor Jukes is the Senior Investment Manager within Legal & General Capital’s Future Cities business. Future Cities is a framework that enables us to make sense of the future world, and incorporates investment into urban regeneration, clean energy and infrastructure. Since 2015 it has committed over £1 billion to initiatives worth £8 billion, alongside signing a JV with Oxford University to fund development in Oxford of £4 billion across 10 years. Eleanor joined Legal & General Capital in 2019 from the Real Assets division of Legal & General Investment Management where she was the Senior Strategist for five years. Prior to Legal & General Eleanor worked at Schroders for three years within its European Real Estate Investment Management business. She started her investment in 2006 as an Economist at Experian Business Strategies. Eleanor graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Masters degree. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Lesley Chen Davison

Lesley joined Seaforth Land, the London-focused commercial real estate investor and asset manager, as Chief Investment Officer in September 2019 to grow the company’s highly specialised fiduciary operating platform. She has worked on real estate transactions across Europe and North America, and has a wealth of financing experience across a diverse range of sectors including office, retail, residential and alternatives.

Prior to Seaforth Land, Lesley spent 14 years at Delancey as Director of Banking and Treasure and as a member of the company’s Steering Committee. She had oversight of all third-party financing and banking relationships, and sourced approximately £3 billion of new financing for Delancey clients and partners from 2014 to 2019.

Lesley started her career in the real estate private equity group of Deutsche Bank in New York where she first met her colleagues Tyler Goodwin, founder and chief executive officer, and Kurt Roeloffs, chairperson, around 20 years ago. She left in 2002 to pursue the next phase of her career.

An active participant in the UK real estate industry, Lesley was a member of the UK Government’s Build to Rent Joint Committee and CREFC Europe’s Build to Rent Finance Initiative Committee. She is currently a Council Member of Cranfield University where she sits on the Finance Committee and the Nominations Committee in addition to the main council.
