Fiona is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of key strategies in areas such as the London Plan, the Economic Development Strategy, the London Enterprise Panel, transport, environment and climate change and in overseeing the operation of the Mayor’s powers in relation to significant planning applications in the capital.

A graduate of the University of Northumbria and the London School of Economics, Fiona has worked in a variety of voluntary and public sector roles including advising homeless people in Dublin, housing management, development and regeneration and strategy and policy development.

Fiona spent three and a half years with the London Borough of Hackney as Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Regeneration. She was part of the small team of senior officers leading the authority from an Audit Commission ranking of 1 star to 3 stars.

Responsible for a broad span of services, including regeneration and planning, economic development, transport and public realm, waste and recycling, community safety, environmental health and trading standards, together with leading for the borough on all work associated with the 2012 Olympics and legacy planning.

Jonathan is responsible for the Development business across Europe, including the successful delivery of the major £5 billion urban regeneration portfolio encompassing Elephant and Castle, Stratford and Deptford. His mandate also includes investments in a large retail portfolio, including Touchwood at Solihull and Peterborough in the UK, and the growth of the Lendlease property business across the UK and European markets.

Jonathan is regarded as a prominent global expert in the field of urban growth and regeneration, helping local and national government address issues of urban densification and global competition for capital, talent and tourism. Jonathan brings commercial and strategic acumen in building public sector policy and partnerships that enable the delivery of complex large scale projects across timeframes that cover numerous economic and market cycles. He is passionate about building the next generation of "Urbanists" and creating liveable towns and cities that are fit for the future.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Jonathan has held a number of senior roles, notably overseeing Hammerson's development activity across the UK, working on projects in regional conurbations such as Reading, Bristol, Aberdeen and Leicester.

Since joining Lendlease in 2002, Kristy has led various development teams during the design, planning and delivery of mixed-use regeneration projects in Australia and London, namely working on Elephant Park, Elephant & Castle, the Athletes’ Village (East Village) Stratford and London and Greenwich Peninsula, London. Kristy was the Project Director for International Quarter London in Stratford from 2012, before taking on her current role as Head of New Business, Development in 2015.

Steve Edge is a branding guru. A designer, jockey, fisherman and honorary eagle dancer of a north american indian tribe. Whether it’s a website for a rubber grommet factory or brand direction for the world’s oldest jewellery house, Steve’s passion for delivering inspirational stories is the same as it was when he founded the agency over 30 years ago.

Having joined Transport for London in 2013, Peter jointly runs the Property Development team in transforming TfL property estate, and delivering circa 20m sq.ft. of development over the next ten years. With over 15 years’ of experience, Peter is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RIBA qualified and holds a Post-Grad Diploma in Planning, providing a solid foundation to establish vision, realise value, and benefit from the valence of the planning framework.

He is currently engaged on major schemes in Harrow, Westminster, Barnet and Hammersmith, exemplifying the new approach TfL is taking to asset management and land redevelopment, whilst delivering regeneration projects in Northwood, Harrow and numerous other outer London centres. Peter previously worked with the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation with responsibility for major regeneration schemes within Barking, including Barking Riverside, Lower Lea Valley, and Stratford.

Head of Real Estate for Trowers & Hamlins with over 20 years' experience helping developers, housing providers, local and central government to deliver large and complex partnerships, joint ventures, regeneration, PPP and development schemes. Sara is passionate about creating better places for people to live and work and believes that a good legal advisor is one that provides real solutions to allow the client to focus on the delivery of its project in the most efficient, economical way.

Sara is a regular speaker at a number or high profile industry events including MIPIM Cannes and MIPIM UK. Acritas Stars independently rated lawyers survey 2017 views her as "very down to earth" with a "no city type attitude towards law but with city firm quality".

J​ames Lass joined Schroder Real Estate in 2006 and is Fund Manager for the Schroder UK Real Estate Fund. James is responsible for delivering the fund’s strategy and business plans of each individual investment. James has five years investment experience within a private practice and prior to that worked at Savills and Allsop.

James holds an MA in Property Valuation & Law and a BA (Hons) in Public Policy and Management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

David Marks is the CEO and co-founder of Brockton Everlast, a London-

based real estate investment firm established in 2006. The firm has

raised over £2.20 billion in institutional capital, developing and investing

into 370 properties across 22m sq ft. Its current focus spans three areas:

a 2m sq ft masterplan of laboratories in Cambridge, 1m sq ft of office

development in central London, and Fora, London’s largest flex office

operator, managing 3m sq ft and 30,000 desks across 70 buildings in

partnership with Blackstone. David has been a member of the Bank of

England’s Commercial Property Forum since 2006 and a trustee of the

National Gallery since 2017. David holds a Master’s from MIT and a BA

from the University of Manchester.

Richard is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years experience in the industry.

In 2001, joined Cushman & Wakefield, predominantly working in the Syndicated Funding Team

structuring and funding development and investments in the UK and Europe on behalf of retained

investors including his now Partner John Dunkerley at London & Capital.

In 2006, Richard joined John at fund manager BPIM working on the UK and European Funds. The

later grew from €25m-€270m over a two year period. Sectors acquired included offices, retail, out of

town retail, industrial and distribution in 9 countries.

In March 2008 Richard co-founded Apache Capital Partners Ltd with John.   Apache is a private real

estate investment management firm with offices in London and Bahrain, and specialises

predominantly in investing capital from the Middle East into the UK property markets.  Apache

currently manages two Investment Platforms focusing on the alternative sectors including;

Social Infrastructure (student accommodation and healthcare) and The Private Rented Sector.

Apache currently has over £500m AUM with a committed pipeline which with planning with

increase the portfolio size to over £1.3bn.

Richard is Managing Director and responsible for the UK business, team and strategies, the portfolio,

performance, business development and investor relations.

Mike is UK editor of Bisnow. Before this, alongside three friends he bought pan-European property mag EuroProperty out of non-existence and re established it before selling the business to PropertyEU. Prior to that he was editor of Property Week, and has also worked for Estates Gazette.

Skills and expertise: Emily has overall responsibility for overseeing Leasing and Asset Management transactions, building on our excellent customer service and relations, leading our marketing and digital strategy, whilst continuing to ensure that our future developments provide best in class workspace for the next generation of businesses. Emily is a chartered surveyor and was previously Director of Investment Management at CB Richard Ellis North America.

Peter leads all of Enfield Council’s major regeneration projects, including the flagship Meridian Water project.

Meridian Water is the £2.5 billion regeneration of brownfield land in North London which will deliver a new riverside neighbourhood of over 8,000 new homes, 3,000 permanent jobs, schools, retail and health facilities as well as new rail infrastructure.

Under Peter’s leadership the project has achieved Housing Zone status, three master developer candidates have been short-listed, 15 hectares of land have been acquired, and planning applications have been prepared.

In addition to his work at Enfield, Peter also sits on the board of a London based housing association.

James Silver has a 15-year track record in the property industry, working at Healey and Baker and Knight Frank, before joining Landid, where he has been leading on the development of a portfolio of offices in emerging locations in west London and the Thames Valley, in partnership with Brockton Capital.

As development director, James oversaw the development and leasing of One Valpy, Reading, and the Urban Building, Slough, and subsequent sale of both assets to Standard Life. He has subsequently led the highly successful speculative development of One Queen Caroline Street office in Hammersmith, attracting tenants including BTS, A+E Networks and Kambi, and the recently completed Thames Tower, Reading, which has already attracted high profile occupiers, including BDO, Austin Fraser and HSBC.

The Landid/Brockton partnership is the most active office developer in the Thames Valley, accounting for around 25% of the development pipeline in the region, and as well as the landmark Thames Tower it is bringing two other major speculative office schemes to the market this year – The Charter Building, Uxbridge and The Porter Building, Slough.
