Justin Harley is a residential real estate visionary with over 18 years’ experience in building and implementing flexible workspace software solutions to make portfolios operationally efficient. Harley joined Yardi in 2019 as Regional Director and has dedicated his time ensuring clients and software seekers are adopting the most appropriate tech solutions for their businesses.

Jane joined Fresh Property Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2010 and has overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the business, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Fresh Student Living and Five Nine Brands. Jane has played an intrinsic part in the growth of Fresh Property Group and has overall responsibility for the management and

marketing of over 18,000 student beds across the UK and a team of over 300 staff.

Jane is an experienced student accommodation operator, having worked in the sector for over 15 years, working as Operations Manager at iQ from its inception. Before that, Jane worked in the Social Housing sector for over 15 years, leading teams providing supported housing, reactive and planned maintenance, leasehold management and general social housing.

Michael Howard is the Owner and Managing Director of the North West’s (UK) award-winning Property Management Firm. During the 10 years of practice, Michael has become a keynote speaker for the property industry and is recognised as a Build-to-Rent (BtR) / Private Rented Sector (PRS) Specialist. This has led to the appointment of an advisory role by Manchester Life and the UKAA.

Since 2008, urbanbubble has been elected by nearly 11,000 residents to care for 10,000 schemes across the UK. Michael has a BA in Economics and was selected by Manchester Metropolitan University to undergo the GS10K program along with the other top 6% UK growth companies.

Olivia Harris is Chief Executive of Dolphin Living. Dolphin Living is a charity providing affordable rental homes to working Londoners on modest incomes. The charity develops, purchases and manages build to rent properties in London. Previously, Olivia was Finance Director at Dolphin Living. She is a Chartered Accountant and has worked for more than 15 years in the property industry.
