Jane has worked in housing for over 30 years, starting her career as a housing officer with East Thames HA.

Jane joined AmicusHorizon in July 2008 as Interim Chief Executive of 1066 Housing Association and then also for Rother Homes. Both companies were subsidiaries of AmicusHorizon Group Ltd.

She became Regional Director, Sussex, following the amalgamation of all the Group's subsidiaries in 2009. In 2012 she took on the same role for London, becoming Regional Director, London and Surrey.

Jane was appointed as AmicusHorizon Executive Director of Operations in 2012.

She’s also on the National Housing Federation South East Standing Board.

James Clark is responsible for housing policy and strategy within the GLA’s Housing and Land Directorate. His key responsibilities include the London Housing Strategy, providing advice on policy direction to the Mayor’s office and the Deputy Mayor for Housing, leading a range of policy development projects, and overseeing the directorate’s research, analysis and corporate strategy functions.

Pete leads Legal & General’s direct investments into partnerships with the Public Sector, with particular passions for Social and Affordable Housing, new models of Care provision, and investment into regeneration around the country. Before this, Pete created new funds to enable long term capital to invest into social infrastructure, now totalling over £5billion, and to enable Defined Contributions pension funds to invest more efficiently in real estate – leading L&G’s partnership with the government’s NEST pension scheme.

Pete was formally a Senior Analyst at the property consultancy, DTZ, and enjoyed an erstwhile life as a youth worker for seven years in the Oxfordshire area.

Pete is a Member of Oxford University, holding a post-graduate MA, as well as an initial degree in Computation, and also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Louise is Head of Social Housing at Shakespeare Martineau and specialises in all aspects of asset management for Registered Providers. She is a key adviser on the sale of extracare properties.

Louise gave evidence at the All-Party Parliamentary Group inquiry (HAPPI3) on innovative leasehold models for retirement housing to include older people’s perceptions, obstacles, pitfalls and benefits to assist the Government in how to tackle the shortage of suitable retirement housing. Two of the top three suggestions to Parliament were recommended by Louise.

Niccolò Barattieri di San Pietro joined Northacre as Chief Executive Officer in

September 2013 and has over 20 years experience in the finance and property

sectors. Northacre is London’s leading luxury residential developer and has an

impressive property portfolio valued at more than £2bn.

Previously, Niccolò spent six years as Partner at Est4e Four, the international

property development company, where he spearheaded successful and

prestigious projects in London, Milan, New York and Los Angeles.

Prior to this, Niccolò was the Head Trader for Theorema Asset Management, a

$600 million European Equity Hedge Fund. Niccolò was also the Head Trader at

Newman Ragazzi, a $1 billion European Equity Hedge Fund, and Park Place

Capital. Niccolò started his career with Merrill Lynch (Equity Sales) and Barclays

Global Investors (Asset Allocation) in the U.S.

Niccolò graduated from The American University of Paris with a BA in

International Economics. He also has an MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific

University.

Niccolò is also the former Advisor to the Chairman of Sunderland Football Club.

Niccolò is a keen sailor and once sailed from Antibes to Hawaii.

Killian is the co-founder and majority shareholder of Mount Anvil. He is a multi-disciplined professional and has worked in the London property market since 1988.

Passion, hard work and a very demanding approach focused on the development of people are key aspects of Killian’s business style. His ethos is that trust is earned through character and competence – demonstrated through repeat partnerships and collaborative delivery of design-led schemes that leave a lasting legacy for London.

These attributes have enabled the development of an exceptional team providing the platform for controlled profitable growth of the business in an entrepreneurial fashion.

Under Killian’s leadership, Mount Anvil has seen over ten-fold growth, from a turnover of £24m in 2004 to £293 in 2017. In the last two years the business has generated profits of £130m, with £109m of this going to joint venture partners. Mount Anvil has been named in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in each of the last eleven years and Property Week’s Best Places to Work in 2018. His passion for people and their safety on-site has led Mount Anvil to hold the title of the ‘UK’s Number One Company for Health & Safety’ for four consecutive years, with the highest score awarded by the British Safety Council in 2017 – 99.3%.

He received his Commerce degree from University College Cork and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1983.

Killian is a Director on Cork University Foundation Board and also sits on Munster Rugby Commercial Board.

John Mulryan is the Group Managing Director of The Ballymore Group.

Based in London, John has overseen Ballymore becoming one of the biggest providers of residential accommodation in the city. These include landmark schemes including London City Island, Embassy Gardens, and Goodluck Hope. John also worked alongside the US government to move their embassy from Grosvenor Square to Embassy Gardens at Nine Elms, establishing a new riverside cultural district for the city and signalling a major shift in London’s diplomatic centre of gravity.

In Ireland, John is overseeing the completion of the group’s regeneration project on North Wall Quay, Dublin Landings. John is also responsible for ensuring planning permission is submitted for Ballymore’s large mixed-use scheme on 2.8 hectares at CIE Connolly Station in Dublin’s IFSC.

Prior to being appointed Group Managing Director in January 2018, John was Managing Director of Ballymore UK from July 2010. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Operations from July 2008 to July 2010.

He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering in 2004.

Over the last 4 years Jo has built Cluttons' international residential offering and has been advising on residential property developments in London and the wider UK. Jo works closely with clients, developers and investors advising on sales, with particular expertise in international sales and extensive knowledge in local and international marketing strategies, to drive sales and investment performance. Prior to joining Cluttons Jo was Head of international new developments at Savills. Jo runs the Cluttons network of international residential offices.
