Originally setup inside the LIV Group as LIV Consult, both acquired by Cortland in August 2019 and recently re-branded to reflect this. Cortland is a US multifamily owner operator with 75k+ apartments in the US and a pipeline of over 5k homes in the UK. Cortland BTR (the re-branded LIV Group business) manages over 2.5k homes for their third-party clients and our LIV Block Management and Qdime businesses service over 55k homes in the UK. Cortland BTR will soon launch Cortland Cassiobury the first of its UK developments and acquisitions.

 

The company's speciality continues to be providing white collar independent advice to a wide range of Investors, Developers, Owners, and Operators. They have a significant client base across Europe serviced by their dedicated BTR Associates from their offices in London, Leeds and Dublin. Parking Information:

PARKING

Parking is available at the Wembley Gold Car Park, next to the venue, just past the loading bay. This has a height of 2m and up to 24 hour continuous parking is available at the discounted daily rate of £15. Tickets will need to be validated at reception upon exit for the discounted rate.

 

For larger vehicles, there is Pink Car Park available near the hotel at HA9 0HX. For vehicles over 2.1m in height there is parking on the ground level.
