As a Senior Development Director for East Wick and Sweetwater project, Hanna manages the feasibility, business planning, budget, design, programming and planning pathways of mixed-use regeneration project which has over 1,800 homes and 20,000sqm of non-residential floor space, part of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park legacy. She brings her skillset as a MRICS qualified planning and development professional to help achieve the vision for a community first neighbourhood.

Hanna is also the founder of Black Women in Real Estate, bringing together black women in property with the intent for them to connect, empower each other and grow. She also sits on the board of E16 CLT - a community land trust in Newham, helping to make strategic decisions on the management of newly owned ex-council properties and the feasibility of future opportunities. In addition, Hanna is the vice chair of the University of Greenwich’s Construction, Property and Surveying Practices – Industry Advisory Board and sits on the Estate Gazette’s D&I Content Advisory Panel.

Troy Javaher is the Managing Partner responsible for the European/UK operations of Lincoln Property Company. Lincoln was founded in Dallas in 1965 and is one of the largest full-service real estate companies in the United States. Lincoln has developed more than 180 million square feet of commercial projects and 240,000 multifamily units, as well as managing 220,000 multifamily units, making it the second largest operator in the United States. As an investor, Lincoln has also acquired more than $26 billion of assets during the last fifteen years, and currently manages commercial assets valued at more than $94 billion. Lincoln’s current European/UK platform is both an investment and development platform, with over €2 billion in development across multiple sectors, including the landmark Station Hill scheme in Reading.

An American national, Troy has a Masters in Real Estate from Columbia University in New York and has over 20 years professional work experience in Europe/UK.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2007, Erin joined Investec in 2012 as Legal Counsel before moving in to her current role in 2016, where she is responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, who largely focus on development and value-add activities. Her focus is on sourcing lending opportunities largely for development in residential properties for sale and rent, purpose-built student accommodation and the industrial and logistics property sectors.

Lee is a senior member of Oxford’s European Investment Team, working on the origination and execution of European equity and credit investments. Lee’s primary focus is on UK opportunities, most recently in the multi-family and single-family residential sector including Oxford’s investment in Get Living. Lee joined Oxford in 2013, originally in the Corporate Finance team, and previously led the sourcing of debt financing for all European investments as well as the formation of Oxford’s European credit investment strategy. Lee attended the University of Warwick and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

As Head of Residential Capital Markets for Godwin Developments, James is predominantly focused on the BTR sector – both urban and suburban – delivering investment opportunities for the institutional markets, with a special focus on Single Family Housing for rent. With over 20 years of property experience, James has also worked in Asset and Investment Management for some of the top real estate companies including JLL and LaSalle Investment Management where he gained a wide range of experience across the Residential and Commercial sectors delivering value-add opportunities across the UK.

Ashley Perry has over 10 years of experience in real estate consultancy, across UK, Ireland, Spain and Canada. Before joining Apache Capital, Ashley worked for European BTR Consultancy, LIV Consult, since 2018.

Ashley held the position of Director, BTR Consultancy (UK) at LIV Consult with responsibility for consultancy services to clients in Europe with a client base including Private Equity, Local Authorities, and both Public and Private Developers. Ashley’s experience across both single and multifamily strategies helped to secure planning, funding and public support for thousands of rental homes across Europe. Prior to LIV Consult, Ashley worked at JLL in its Project and Development services team where he achieved RICS Chartered status as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex and challenging projects. Ashley is also on the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Residential Council steering committee.

Andrew specialises in Build to Rent and structured finance and joined BNP Paribas Real Estate UK in 2022 to head up Residential Capital Markets. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, he was Head of Investment in the UK for Cortland, a US Multifamily investment firm.

Andrew has a background in merchant banking, property development, investment and structured finance and was instrumental in rolling out Cortland’s £4bn Build to Rent development and investment platform in the UK. He has over 20 years’ experience in residential development and investment and was a pioneer in Build to Rent, Forward Funding, Development, Joint Ventures and Investment.

Andrew is highly regarded for his deal making successes as well as an expert Build to Rent commentator, regular speaker, chair and moderator at conferences across Europe. Andrew’s career spans quantity surveying, banking, property development, investment and agency (GVA & CBRE).

Nick advises in relation to all aspects of real estate work, with a particular expertise in complex development and regeneration projects. He acts for a mix of private developers, public companies and local authorities and has advised on acquisitions, disposals, developments, planning, leasing, financing and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

His broad client base means that he has acted on major BTR schemes, city-office developments, mixed-use schemes, and sub-urban housing and regeneration projects.

Highlights include advising Quintain on the latest phase of the Wembley Park scheme, advising U+I on a joint venture with TfL to bring forward a mixed-use regeneration project in Southwark and advising Aldgate Developments on the development, letting and sale of One Braham.

Peter Denton is the Chief Executive Officer of Homes England.

Peter joined Homes England in August 2021. Prior to this, he was Group Finance Director and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of housing association The Hyde Group.

He has worked in a broad range of strategic leadership roles, amassing 27 years of pan-European real estate experience.

Before joining the housing sector, Peter spent his early career in investment banking and then moved to global real estate investment management firm Starwood Capital.

During his investment career, Peter deployed over €25 billion of capital and had significant exposure to investors and fundraising on a global scale, working as a ‘bridge’ between the public, private and third sector.

In addition, Peter has held senior EMEA real estate investment banking roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Eurohypo and WestImmo. He is also a non-executive Real Estate Investment Committee member at global investment company Eurazeo.

Katherine is the Managing Director of VervLife; a specialist consultancy, operations and creative partner for the BTR and rented homes sector engaged on multi-family, single-family and co-living communities.

model, Ami combines her experience in residential development and operations with

Michael Herrington joined Related Argent in April 2022 as the Managing Director of Residential Operations. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President for Related Management Company overseeing a portfolio of 35 luxury rental and condominium buildings with over 10,500 units located in New York City, Boston, Chicago and the District of Columbia. A property management professional with over 20 years’ experience, Michael also served as the Director of Business Operations for Related Management Company, overseeing the induction of more than 30 sites into a newly established property management company. A graduate of Stephen F Austin State University, Michael is a Certified Property Manager and an accredited member of Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Bronx/Manhattan Board of Realtors. Prior to joining Related Management, he was an Executive Director with Brookdale Living Communities in Raleigh, NC.

Nico has worked at Schneider Electric for over 12 years, taking up the role of Vice President of Home & Distribution in 2019. Throughout the years, Nico has been in charge of Schneider Electric’s Channel Development for Europe, playing a vital role in formulating and leading strategic transformational projects.

Muir Baxter-Yiannou has more than 12 years of experience in high-end residential and

technology markets and is the UK Sales Director for SmartRent, a US-based enterprise

smart home automation company catering to the needs of property owners, managers, and

homebuilders. Muir leads the team in the United Kingdom and has pioneered the

company’s growth in this market since joining SmartRent in 2020.

Hamish heads up the RealPage Europe Smart Building division working with BTR and Student developers and providers helping them automate and effectively manage their properties' smart technology with the RealPage Smart Building Suite.

Hamish brings a wealth of experience he has worked with many clients across the world for companies such as Crestron Electronics, where he was the Head of Residential Sales at Crestron Europe, Barco a global technology leader that develops networked visualisation solutions for the entertainment, enterprise and healthcare markets, Control4 a leading provider of automation and networking systems for homes and businesses. He was the co-founder of Hero labs developers of Sonic, super-smart technology designed to help prevent water leaks in properties and spent 6 years as a non-exec director for CEDIA - the global industry association and central touch point for residential technology.

Lorna Walker is a Cofounder - COO and Head of ESG at Modomo, the housing pioneer transforming underused land into beautiful, buzzing places to live. She previously spent 12 years at CBRE, playing a key role in high-profile commercial transactions in the UK and Europe.

Her strong property background is backed up with a passion for social justice, diversity and sustainability. Lorna is a trustee of the UK Green Building Council, and founded Peer 20 to inspire and support millennial professionals. Kevin McHugh is a Director and leads pre-construction for the company, providing support in areas that include project feasibility estimating, design cost optioneering, procurement and contracts.

Kevin is actively involved and a Steering Group member of the Collaborative Clients Forum, which supports the Construction Leadership Council and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Before joining Greystar in 2018, Kevin worked as a Cost Manager with IKEA’s Global Property Management Group, supporting project delivery teams across 30 countries. Prior to that, Kevin worked for Davis Langdon, the leading global quantity surveying practice, working across a range of asset classes including commercial, education, industrial, retail and residential.

Kevin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received a first-class bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University.

Sophie qualified as an architect at leading BTR firm Assael and now manages a number of core developments within the Packaged Living portfolio. She has led the planning and development of a number of projects including The Almere, a 294 apartment BTR scheme in Milton Keynes which has just completed on site, and the redevelopment of the former Debenhams store at Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester which secured planning approval for 300 new btr homes.

Jack holds BREEAM AP accreditation and is a licensed BREEAM Assessor. With over five years' experience working in the sustainability sector, Jack possesses a comprehensive understanding of sustainability within the built environment and is particularly interested in the material aspects of building design and is a part of the UKGBC's working group for Circular Economy. Through working on aspirational projects and a love for problem solving, Jack has developed an ability to push design teams to ensure that all avenues of sustainability are explored.

Michael joined Chapman Taylor in 2016 to build the practice’s expertise in the residential sector. Appointed to the Group Board in 2025, he continues to play a leading role in shaping and expanding the practice’s residential and hospitality portfolios across the group.

Rebecca is the Managing Director of Long Harbour's build to rent/multifamily business. Since joining Long Harbour in 2015, Rebecca has deployed over £300m of equity and is responsible for all assets from strategy and deal origination, design, development, delivery and operations.

Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in development and investment having worked on projects in Australia, UK and UAE. Prior to joining Long Harbour, Rebecca spent eight years at Laing O’Rourke working in their property and investment team. Here she worked on their offsite delivery solution, a number of PFI schemes and their residential and mixed use property portfolio.

Kieran is responsible for leading the development of URW’s residential portfolio in the UK. In 2018, he oversaw the delivery of URW’s first residential block in the UK – Newall Court at Westfield London which comprises almost 90 affordable homes. As part of the White City Opportunity area and regeneration, he is currently leading the plans for a further residential scheme at Westfield London including circa 1,700 homes as part of a vibrant mixed use community. In East London, Kieran is responsible for the Cherry Park 1,224 home PRS scheme which includes significant commercial and retail components at Westfield Stratford City. Kieran is also part of the team working on refining the vision for a major mixed use scheme as part of our future development in Croydon.

Simon is a Director in 3DReid’s London studio and leads a number of mixed-use developments where Build to Rent forms the catalyst for new community creation. The practice is working with a broad spectrum of developers, funders and operators to deliver over 15,000 new homes in new and existing communities across the UK

Gemma is Head of DACB’s Residential team, which provides specialist, full service legal advice, from Strategic Land to Plot Sales.

She specialises in all aspects of land acquisition and development and her client portfolio includes the majority of the country's largest housebuilders, leading regional developers, specialist build to rent and affordable housing providers throughout the UK. Many of the developments Gemma is involved with are mixed -use schemes, which are helping regenerate our urban landscape.

Jackie has over 20 years commercial experience in property, retail and leisure and is the Director of East Village, Get Living’s flagship neighbourhood. East Village was the Athlete’s Village in 2012 and ten years on is an impressive legacy from the Olympic games and now a thriving neighbourhood in East London and part of the wider regeneration plan for the area.

Presently responsible for one of the first UK private sector residential BTR investments, with a portfolio of 2500 residential homes and 30+ retailers. Jackie’s role involves looking after East Village’s residents and ensuring every aspect of the neighbourhood runs smoothly, from residential and commercial to community and placemaking. She also oversees the group-wide customer contact team – the “Customer Hub”, ensuring that Get Living customers get the very best experience.

Jackie has a wealth of experience in the commercial and service sectors. Previous companies include David Lloyd Clubs, Waterstones and World Duty Free where she has worked in senior operations and business development roles.

Jamie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years’ experience in real estate asset and operational management.

At Apache, Jamie is responsible for the successful deployment of all asset, portfolio and operational management strategies across its vertically integrated businesses of both multi and single-family Build to Rent. Additionally, Jamie chairs Apache’s monthly Health & Safety Committee and he is also a member of Apache’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) committee where he is responsible for ensuring all asset and operational management is deployed in line with its ESG policies and guiding principles.

Prior to joining Apache in January 2014, Jamie worked at niche asset management practice, MJ Mapp, for a period of twelve years, leaving as a Director and member of the Business Development Board. During his time with the business, Jamie led the teams responsible for the management of portfolios owned by a range of institutions, funds and development companies as well as heading up the Private Client team which serviced high net worth individuals and family trusts. Jamie was responsible for the teams managing a diverse range of commercial, residential, industrial and alternative asset classes with a total capital value of c£1bn.

Andy specialises in providing legal advice in relation to a wide variety of real estate projects.

He works for a wide range of accommodation providers and investors including developers, central government organisations, Registered Providers, local authorities, contractors, joint ventures, banks and private equity houses.

The accommodation projects in which Andy has been and is involved include build to rent, student housing, regeneration projects, affordable housing and key worker schemes.

As President – Europe, Victoria leads the European business for Cortland, where she is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the business as well as ensuring the business delivers for our customers and clients. Victoria brings a wealth of experience in the real estate and construction sectors, having held positions spanning investment, development, business operations, finance and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Cortland Victoria worked at Lendlease Europe in a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and most recently as Managing Director - Investment Management.

Prior to joining Realstar in 2002, Ryan co-founded iGabriel, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in European business. iGabriel subsequently merged with Pi Capital, one of the U.K.’s leading, early-stage investment groups. Prior to founding iGabriel, Ryan worked in various roles in the area of structured and corporate finance.

Chris has extensive experience working within the private and public sectors, including the development of residential-led mixed use schemes, build to rent schemes and town/city centre regeneration projects. He has a particular focus on build to rent projects acting on multiple schemes across the UK, helping clients to structure and plan their projects and transactions, understand and manage risk and protect their interests. Chris co-leads the Gowling WLG build to rent sector team, which is heavily involved in this growing sector, working with clients on developing their rental product and acting as an extension of their teams. He draws on his legal experience acting regularly for parties on both sides of the negotiating fence to make him perfectly placed to quickly focus on what will be most important to his clients and pragmatically to deliver the right end results.

Sadie joined Moorfield in 2007 and sits on the Operational Board as Head of Special Projects & Legal. She is responsible for overseeing and implementing specific projects that require both private equity and real estate knowledge, as well as leading our in-house legal function. Sadie also manages the Moorfield (and its investments’) brand, corporate communications and digital media strategy, together with various other operational matters. She also oversees our ESG policy and our transactional, legal and regulatory functions.

Sadie has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and a post graduate degree in Law. Prior to joining Moorfield, Sadie worked in the Private Equity group at Clifford Chance where she advised international private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and listings.

Victoria is a qualified town planner and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Victoria has worked for both national and international developers including Berkeley Homes and Greenland Group on a range of projects across London, from high-density, mixed-used projects such as The Ram Brewery in Wandsworth to heritage-led housing schemes in sensitive parkland settings such as Trent Park in Enfield. Victoria has experience across the development process from acquisition through to delivery.

Victoria holds an honours degree from the University of Leeds and a Masters degree from University College London.

Nick Hirst is a Principal Director at architecture and design firm, tp bennett. From Build to Rent and

student housing to superprime apartments and high-density tall buildings, tp bennett is designing

innovative residential solutions for both end-users and developers.

Currently working with both leading developers and smaller independent specialists, Nick recently

led the development of residential and urban design standards for a Housing Association with a

national remit.

He is also working in Southwark, Lambeth and Wandsworth on a variety of residential projects

exploring new build to rent and co-living models. With experience in developing BTR in permitted

development and masterplan contexts, Nick also works across many other sectors including, health,

education, mixed-use, hospitality, heritage and conservation, all for a wide range of public and

private sector clients. He is a member of the Urban Design Group, the Chartered Institute of Housing

(CIH), and the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC).

Daniel is currently leading the London Cancer Hub development team, to deliver a sustainable district for excellence in cancer research. The shared vision is to provide a new ecosystem of labs, R&D and commercial facilities, that will attract researchers and scientists from around the world and accelerate the development of groundbreaking cancer treatments.

Daniel is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects with over 20 years’ experience within the industry. He has worked across all stages of development and specialises in maximising the creation of value through his understanding of design, planning, engineering, financing and construction. Daniel has tutored architectural students at University of East London and has supported the RIBA in the development of their Client Services. He has also mentored emerging architectural practices to develop their business strategies.

Choisanne Man is a partner in Shoosmiths’ London office. She has a broad practice which focuses on investment acquisitions and disposals, development of residential led, commercial and mixed use schemes and general asset management work. Her experience is across all sectors, however she has particular experience in the acquisition and forward funding of developments to be used for mixed use, PRS and BTR. Choisanne’s clients range from private and publicly listed property companies to investments funds, asset managers and high net worth individuals. Clients value her commercial approach and her ability to project manage and lead on large/high value transactions.

Freya joined Vertus, part of the Canary Wharf Group in 2019 following seven years at Knight Frank’s head office in London. Having started her career in residential leasehold management Freya then moved over to set up a new department within the residential division, focusing on management of residential portfolios. During this time, she set up all operational and letting functions of the business including the implementation of centralised lettings and property management systems, and subsequently oversaw the growth of the department into the build-to-rent sector, estates, and distressed portfolios. She worked with clients such as Greystar, Kennedy Wilson, Essential Living, Urbanest and A2 Dominion to launch and lease up buildings such as Pinnacle Tower, Exchange Gardens, Nin Elms Point and Camley Street.

Thomasin leads the development strategy and execution of all BTR and PBSA developments across the UK. This includes Pearl Yard in Bermondsey and One Medlock Street in Manchester.

Before joining Greystar, Thomasin served as Chief Development Officer at Pocket Living, Director of Development (Head of South Molton Triangle) at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and Development Director at Muse. She has over 20 years of experience leading complex residential and mixed-use regeneration projects across London and the UK.

Thomasin holds a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from University College London and a Master of Science in Surveying from the University of Reading. She is a Fellow of RICS (Planning and Development).

Tomer Bercoviz was born in Haifa, Israel. He completed his MBA in financial engineering & real estate at Hebrew University Jerusalem after a BA in both Business Administration - Finance and Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy at IDC Herzliya. He has combined his love of traveling with his knowledge and over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, as well as natural capabilities to seize opportunities, in his role as Co-founder and CEO of Vonder.

Laura-Jayne (LJ) is the Director of Operations for Outpost. LJ has extensive experience delivering operational real estate in the student accommodation, BTR, and Co-Living sectors. Formerly an Operations Manager at Greystar, LJ held responsibility for a large portfolio and led pre-development services for third-party clients, including design, fit-out, mobilisation, and lease-up. Most recently LJ worked as the Director of Operations for Society, a Co-Living start-up that delivers design-led apartments with flexible contracts through a digital platform.

LJ received her MSt. in U.S. History from Oxford University, and her B.A. in History from Oxford Brookes University. LJ is a member of Ladies in Real Estate (LiRE) and the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).

Jon has 20 years’ experience of launching and growing smart technology and SaaS services into the UK & Irish market. Today he leads the multi-tenant real estate sales team for Quadient’s parcel locker and campus hub business working with property developers, managers, and owners across all residential asset classes.

During her time with Yardi, Georgie has become fully immersed in all things build-to-rent and student accommodation. Georgie’s passion lies in being an advocate for technology in the residential space and how innovation can add value to not only the entire journey from prospect to resident, but how software and mobile applications enhance the resident experience throughout their entire tenancy. Georgie’s experience and focus spans across all residential asset classes including build to rent, student accommodation, co-living and includes a vast knowledge on the social housing market.

Justin Harley is a residential real estate visionary with over 18 years’ experience in building and implementing flexible workspace software solutions to make portfolios operationally efficient. Harley joined Yardi in 2019 as Regional Director and has dedicated his time ensuring clients and software seekers are adopting the most appropriate tech solutions for their businesses.

Clint has been operating in the UK residential rental markets since 2012. Initially working in the US multi-family and student housing sectors he transitioned to the UK PBSA market with Round Hill Capital’s operator Nido Student Living and then established the operating platform Hello Student for Empiric Student Property Plc. Clint was formerly the Managing Director for Strawberry Star Group’s block management, letting’s operations and establishing its BTR operations platform, Star Living. Clint is a WiredScore Accredited Professional and holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate from Roosevelt University in Chicago and a B.S. in Sociology from Illinois State University.

Paul has 25 years of real estate and development experience in the hospitality sector. Joining the

PKF hospitality group in 2022, Paul heads the Future of Hospitality Institute a think tank for the

hotel, living, tourism & leisure sectors. He also leads the serviced living consultancy practice of the

PKF hospitality group and is based in London.

Paul is a recognised expert in the serviced living sector having previously spent seven years at

BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, the leading serviced apartment solutions provider and operator,

where as VP International Development he led the development, real estate and supply partner

teams and was a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to this, Paul was a director of a hotel

real estate fund start-up, as well as holding development roles with Premier Inn, Mitchells & Butlers,

and Marstons.

Having graduated with a real estate degree from Nottingham Trent University, he joined the Allied

Domecq graduate training programme where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 1998.

Ben is a Partner in the Real Estate department at Irwin Mitchell acting for a range of funders, developers (from small scale local developers to national house builders) and build to rent owners and operators . He works on schemes including city centre apartments, mixed use, urban regeneration and out-of-town/ rural developments. Ben has advised clients on innovative and unique schemes including commonhold developments, schemes involving the creation of significant public realm and large scale schemes involving hundreds of plots built out in phased development.

George is editor of Urban Living News and oversees the editorial direction of Boutique Hotel News, Serviced Apartment News, and Short Term Rentalz. He has more than 20 years' experience as a hospitality, property and travel journalist. He regularly contributes to a wide range of b2b and b2c international publications and websites. He also helps plan and programme the IHM event agendas and heads the judging panel for the Serviced Apartment Awards.

Sophie Chick runs the research and advisory services for ULI in Europe. She is responsible for developing and delivering original, objective research on a wide range of issues related to land use, climate change and sustainability, real estate development and investment, and the built environment.

Prior to joining ULI, Sophie was the head of department for Savills World Research team and the lead researcher on ESG in the Urban Environment. Working across all property sectors, she delivered market leading research on global real estate markets and the international forces that shape them.

Before her global role, she moved to Sydney, Australia in 2016 for two years, where she set up a residential research department for Savills. This role was followed by a period at Mirvac, an Australian owner and developer, which saw her working closely with the capital transaction team to best understand risks and opportunities for potential purchases and sales. Sophie began her career at Savills in 2010 in the UK residential

Daljit Sandhu is co-founder and chief operating officer of Précis Capital Partners, a real estate lending platform that delivers large-ticket financing solutions to real estate developers for projects across the UK. Sandhu, alongside Précis Capital’s two other co-founders, secured the backing of TowerBrook Capital Partners and launched the platform in March 2021 amid uniquely challenging market conditions.

In her role as COO, Sandhu is responsible for overseeing strategy, people management, marketing, IT and governance, and led the build-out of an experienced team, which has built an active deal pipeline and is well placed to eventually deliver up to £1B of development financing a year. Sandhu led the business’s ESG strategy, which will include B-Corp certification and a range of new lending products designed to encourage sustainable build practises. An experienced and passionate green finance specialist, Emma Harvey joined the Green Finance Institute in 2019 and leads the Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings — an industry-led collaboration with more than 320 individual members representing all sectors involved in the built environment. The coalition's goal is to catalyse new markets for financing the decarbonisation of buildings and their construction, promote enabling conditions for market growth, and deliver a scalable model for stimulating financial innovation both at home and internationally.

Harvey previously worked at Barclays Bank where she championed the green finance agenda, supporting the bank’s first green bond issuance and pioneering the Barclays green home mortgage.

Over the past year, Harvey has promoted the role of green finance at more than 40 public events, presented evidence to the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy enquiry on decarbonising heat in homes, and overseen the launch and adoption of the industry-backed Green Home Finance Principles. She continues to advocate the need for a national retrofit delivery authority to accelerate the UK’s transition to the net-zero built environment.

In her spare time, Harvey enjoys exploring restaurants and bars across London, travelling to new cities around Europe, blowing off steam at the gym and supporting her favourite basketball team, the Denver Nuggets.

Shervin brings over 12 years of Digital Construction experience from AEC and infrastructure background. In the last 7 years, he has been working with major contractors in UK to lead digital adaptation and innovation strategy. He is currently leading Digital Project Delivery for John Sisk and is part of business Digital Transformation and NetZero core working groups which focuses on adopting new technologies and Digital skillsets that are needed to achieve greener, more efficient and higher quality construction. Shervin is also exploring the benefits Digital Twin and AI would bring to our clients and operational teams and it changes our business model and services in the future.

Colin Veitch is a founding Director of GRID Architects, a 12 year old practice which designs and delivers medium and large scale mixed-use projects for landowners, developers, housebuilders and Housing Associations.

Colin has been at the forefront of the design of city centre residential developments since 2000, securing one of the first Building for Life Gold Awards for Brewery Square, and many Housing Design Awards since then.

He has been designing and delivering Built to Rent developments for ten years and has built up considerable knowledge of this increasingly key residential sector. Colin was responsible for the successful delivery of Quintains first BtR project in Wembley, Emerald Gardens, and subsequently two further BtR projects in Wembley, totalling just under 2000 dwellings.

Dan Foryszewski heads up the Investor Solutions in EMEA who focus on agents and owners operating properties of all asset classes. He has a strong focus on the residential space and helps organizations of all kinds created tailored ecosystems covering leasing, property management, tenant engagement, accounting and BI. As the demographics and expectations of renters have shifted dramatically in recent times, Foryszewski's deep understanding of the market has been influential in shaping the strategic development of

MRI's resident engagement tools.

Dan Foryszewski helps property managers and agents utilise an ecosystem of products to create tailored solutions for their particular requirements across the end-to-end life cycle - from back office property management and accounting to resident engagement and community building.

Simon leads the residential building consultancy team at JLL which provides building surveying, project management and cost management services across the whole property life cycle to the full spectrum of residential providers in the UK. This includes build to rent, affordable housing, student accommodation, investors, funders, managers and occupiers in both the private and public sector.

Services range from professional work including feasibility advice; asset management and portfolio rationalisation; dilapidations; building surveys; compliance surveys and stock condition surveys to project management, contract administration and employer’s agent services for both new build and refurbishment projects. Simon has provided expert witness advice and has provided assurance and due diligence advice on key residential sector transactions.

James is a Development Principal at Crosstree Real Estate Partners with breadth of experience of delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, with a recent focus on the hotel sector having delivered the Standard and Mama Shelter hotels in London. This diverse experience along with his previous role at the Berkeley Group brings a unique outlook on the effective design, delivery, and operation of residential assets.

Having recently worked within the team to achieve planning for 1,500 homes at Edmonton Green he’s in a strong position to advise on what he believes to be the current trends in residential design.

Adina David is Executive Director at MGT Investment Management where she is responsible for

leading the company's rental living strategy, growing the firm’s residential portfolio across London and

Southern UK.

Adina has over 12 years of industry experience. Before joining MGT, Adina was Director of Urban

Living at Greystar, where she was responsible for consolidating their global strategy around the

development and acquisition of urban living assets. Prior to this, Adina worked in acquisitions of UK

BTR and shared living developments at Greystar and The Collective. Notable projects include the

world’s tallest modular building which opened in Croydon in 2021. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016,

Adina worked in acquisitions and asset management for Dermot, a residential company in New York.

She started her career in commercial real estate with Knight Frank in Bucharest in 2010.

Adina is the Founder of Ladies in Real Estate, an 1,100-member networking group, and Co-founder of

Doyenne, a road cycling club for women in property, with both groups supporting LandAid’s Networks

Against Homelessness initiatives. Adina is a Member of ULI UK's Residential Council Steering

Committee, Member of ULI Europe's Living Concepts Forum, and a supporter of

their UrbanPlan programme.

Richard joined Chapman Taylor in 2021 with a particular focus on helping to grow Chapman Taylor’s residential design capability in Manchester. Richard brings a unique perspective to holistic living and workplace trends thanks to his former experience in managing a flexible workspace start-up.

Richard is highly experienced in several sectors, including residential, workplace, and education projects, and is skilled at blending the different uses in mixed-use projects. He is well placed to offer our clients a unique view on the growing Build-to-Rent sector from both an architectural and management perspective.

Eddie Beer is an Associate Director at IN2. Since joining the team in 2015, originally in their Dublin office, he now heads up the IN2 London office and has considerable design and management experience across a multitude of impressive projects. This includes Deanston Wharf, Royal Wharf, Chelsea Barracks, Edmonton Green and many other landmark residential developments across the UK. Eddie previously worked as an Energy Engineer with a Sustainable Energy Authority and has extensive knowledge and appreciation for energy-efficient design

Architect, design and development strategist Brendan Geraghty is a recognised Build to

Rent (BTR) thought leader who has been active in the sector since 2011. Brendan is known

for actively championing the integration of consumer culture in BTR with a ‘brand before

building’ approach.

Brendan combines deep generalist and broad specialist knowledge, creating structured

development and consumer centric BTR strategies, integrating consumer culture principles

with investment requirements. He has spent 16 years in senior roles, including with Centred

Architecture, Optim and Geraghty Taylor Architects, before becoming CEO of UKAA (the UK

Apartment Association) in 2022.

Spearheading the UKAA’s leadership through high quality knowledge and research, Brendan

will be supporting the organisation to serve as the voice of the Build to Rent sector in the

UK. He will also explore new relationships with others in the residential sector with an

interest in Build to Rent including housing associations, co-living investors and operators,

contractors and house builders as well as pressing ESG issues such as Net Zero Carbon.

James Saunders was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quintain in October 2019 and since then

has led the company through the Pandemic, during which Quintain achieved the biggest

construction completion year in its 30-year history.

Starting with just 141 apartments for rent in 2016, James has led the team to reach 3,651 homes

under management, noting the 2022 year-end occupancy across the entire rental portfolio sat at

over 98%. Since then, Quintain’s tenth build to rent development has opened at Wembley Park.

James was previously Chief Operating Officer of Quintain and has been a main board director since

2017. As Chief Operating Officer, James led the place-making and estate management at Wembley

Park, commercial partnerships, group marketing, IT and health and safety.

During his time at Quintain, James has led the repositioning of Wembley Park from an event

destination to an exciting new neighbourhood for London. He has created the strategic direction for

marketing, communications and place making that has led to dramatic reconsideration of the area,

increase in footfall, improvements in press coverage and word-of-mouth, plus new partnerships

including with Boxpark, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Troubadour Theatres and Second Floor

Studios.

He has managed key stakeholder and commercial partner relationships with GLA, London Borough

of Brent, Wembley Stadium, the FA, AEG and Realm. He was responsible for the renegotiation of

agreements with adjacent landowners that unlocked the Wembley Park site from a development

and operational perspective.

Prior to joining Quintain, James was the Chief Marketing Officer at The Cloud Networks, a consultant

to Vodafone Europe and Brand Director at Coca-Cola Great Britain. He holds a Sloan Masters from

London Business School, a Law Degree from Cambridge University and is a barrister-at-law.

Tim is the Director of Property Science Innovation at Rightmove combining data, technology and analytics to develop unique insight and drive property decision making. Prior to this, Tim ran Rightmove’s Lettings and Overseas businesses.

Before joining Rightmove in 2010, Tim worked in investment banking and strategy consulting, advising on business, investment and financing strategies.

Tim holds an MBA from the Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania, USA.
