Why This Matters

What You'll Learn:

  1. Space planning — the provision per unit for amenity space in BTR.

  2. Understanding how residents use the space, and the amenities attracting the most interest.

  3. Strategies to align residents' needs and desires with build costs and economic viability.

  4. Future proofing when creating community — building in flexibility and adaptability to amenity services.

  5. The latest innovation trends in amenities and technology interaction to provide a greater user experience.

How You'll Do More Business: Successful BTR schemes understand that providing the best amenities may help attract a higher rental value. However, this provision affects build costs and use of valuable floor space to accommodate these facilities, and consideration must be given to what actually provides value to residents. Gain exclusive insight into the amenities becoming more and more important and how to leverage this knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.

Who Attends: Investors, owners, developers, architects, designers, engineers, planners, brokers and advisors.

Why You Should Attend: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to identify opportunities, build your network, and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us.
