Why This Matters

As our very own Mike Phillips reported early this year, "values and rents are falling but billions of pounds of investment still flowed into UK property in 2018 — £20B in Central London alone, according to Savills, in line with 2017 and 25% above the 10-year average. Will the same be true in 2019, and if so, who has the money to spend?"

This question and more will be addressed at this year's Capital Market's event in May! We will take a close look at the city's investment landscape and examine both, the debt and the equity market. We will be considering the geopolitical climate as well as the hottest asset classes for investment, and investigate how our all-star panelists are aiming to close the biggest and best deals in 2019!
