David Marks is the CEO and co-founder of Brockton Everlast, a London-

based real estate investment firm established in 2006. The firm has

raised over £2.20 billion in institutional capital, developing and investing

into 370 properties across 22m sq ft. Its current focus spans three areas:

a 2m sq ft masterplan of laboratories in Cambridge, 1m sq ft of office

development in central London, and Fora, London’s largest flex office

operator, managing 3m sq ft and 30,000 desks across 70 buildings in

partnership with Blackstone. David has been a member of the Bank of

England’s Commercial Property Forum since 2006 and a trustee of the

National Gallery since 2017. David holds a Master’s from MIT and a BA

from the University of Manchester.

Katherine leads the development of commercial assets and real estate partnerships on Imperial’s 22-acre White City Campus. Imperial’s campus has been designed to be a platform for innovation, entrepreneurship and multidisciplinary research. Imperial is now progressing the next phase of its masterplan to deliver a further 2.6m sq ft of mixed-used development. Prior to focusing on White City, Katherine worked on strategy, transactions, and development across Imperial’s diverse real estate investment portfolio.

Will has over 17 years industry experience in commercial real estate and has spent the past 5 years leading the evolution of the Life Science investment and asset management strategy at Royal London across the mandated funds. During this time RLAM have established a life science portfolio in excess of 1.5 million sq ft principally focussed across the Uk Golden Triangle.

Peter is leading a programme for the redevelopment of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ campuses and community facilities in Lambeth and Southwark, with a combined capital value of more than £2bn over the next decade. Until November 2017 he was the Director of Healthcare Projects for John Laing, a leading international investor in economic and social infrastructure which delivered more than 20 major healthcare Public-Private Partnership projects and over 40 clinics and primary care facilities during his time there.

He has worked on the development of public infrastructure since 1989 and has substantial experience in the successful structuring and delivery of a diverse range of project financing, PPP and development projects in the healthcare, water and transportation sectors in the UK and overseas. Since 2001 he has managed the development of healthcare projects with a capital value exceeding £2bn.

Peter is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and has served two full terms as a Non-Executive Director of the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He also led the development of a UN standard for the use of PPP in the healthcare sector for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and remains a member of the United Nations PPP Business Advisory Board.

Paul specialises in commercial real estate, focusing on institutional and inward investment (including asset and portfolio acquisition and management), as well as real estate finance and property development (commercial, residential and mixed use).

Paul works for a diverse range of clients including institutional funds, private overseas investors, banks, property companies and family offices, each with varying objectives and commercial needs.

Sebastian Johnson is a leader in the UK’s innovation and investment

landscape, currently driving growth and collaboration as part of the ARC

Group and Harwell Science and Innovation Campus. With a career

spanning private, public and charity sectors, Sebastian previously played a

pivotal role in Government bodies and local authorities, fostering economic

development and supporting the Oxford region’s world-leading science and

technology ecosystem. Passionate about creating opportunities for cutting-

edge companies and innovators, he remains dedicated to advancing the

UK’s and Oxford’s position as a global hub for research, development, and

investment.

Ed is the interim Managing Director of Cambridge Biomedical Campus Ltd which

represents some of the major businesses located on the campus which is the

biggest in Europe. These include Astra Zenica, the University of Cambridge,

Abcam (Danaher), the MRC Lab of Molecular Biology, Cambridge University

Hospital Trust and the Royal Papworth Hospital. Ed’s career was built in Local

Government as a Director of Planning and Regeneration at Camden, Lambeth

and Westminster before founding consultancy EW&A which works with a range of

clients including CBC Ltd, Arup and British Land, LabTech, Bouygues/Linkcity and

Moorfields. At Camden Ed led on the negotiations to secure the arrival of the

Francis Crick Institute and worked with Argent to develop their scheme at Kings

Cross.

Priya is a Chartered Chemical Engineer, who has over 15 years’ experience working on high profile projects within a number of highly regulated sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial gases and nuclear. Over the last 9 years, she has managed large-scale projects within the life sciences sector for a number of pharmaceutical clients, and over this time has amassed extensive knowledge and expertise in the successful delivery of complex pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences real estate projects. In her current role at Merrick, Priya is leading growth in the UK and European life sciences, pharmaceutical and laboratory markets by increasing local presence and capability while also ensuring clients are receiving the highest quality of architecture and engineering design services and technical quality and operational performance consulting services.

Board Director, Oliver Delucia-Crook joined Curtins in 2013 and has spent over a decade building trusted, long‑term relationships with our clients. His people‑first approach has been central to evolving Curtins’ work winning and delivery strategies. Oliver leads Curtins' key sector groups for both the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, with extensive knowledge and insight into funding, developments, drivers, procurement routes, innovation, governance, and collaboration within these.

Mike is UK editor of Bisnow. Before this, alongside three friends he bought pan-European property mag EuroProperty out of non-existence and re established it before selling the business to PropertyEU. Prior to that he was editor of Property Week, and has also worked for Estates Gazette.

Claudia is Arup’s Architectural Leader for UKIMEA, with over 24 years’ experience shaping complex architectural and masterplanning projects across the science, research, and property sectors. Working at the intersection of design strategy, placemaking and technical integration, she leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver resilient, future‑ready environments that support innovation, collaboration, and long‑term campus evolution.

Her work spans research campuses, high‑containment estates, headquarters environments and major urban regeneration projects. Claudia is recognised for guiding clients through the transformation and regeneration of science campuses and innovation districts—aligning vision, infrastructure, planning and stakeholder needs to create places where scientific, commercial and community activity can thrive.

Recent leadership includes strategies for redevelopment of the Max Planck Institute Campus, the AstraZeneca Headquarters and R&D masterplan, and the National Science Centre for Animal Health Masterplan, where she has shaped strategic frameworks and delivered integrated solutions across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Her broader portfolio—including the Battersea Masterplan and other major mixed‑use and property programmes—demonstrates her ability to balance design ambition, technical rigour and development viability.

Claudia champions a holistic “Total Design” approach, bringing together architecture, planning, engineering and user experience to regenerate science campuses and innovation districts into adaptable, high‑performing places for discovery, enterprise and community.
