In his capacity as Senior Managing Director, Head of Portfolio, Dan is responsible for managing the team to maximise the overall performance of the Brockton Everlast portfolio, creating and implementing strategic plans for the assets and fostering relationships with Brockton's resident companies and other key stakeholders.

Dan joined Brockton in 2014. He is a qualified solicitor and gained his initial experience working in all areas of real estate during 8 years at Clifford Chance, including investment, development, real estate finance and construction, and the structuring and formation of complex real estate funds and joint ventures. In 2008, Dan joined Grantham Associates (which later merged with Brockton in 2014) as a Director and since then has been intimately involved in the acquisition, development, financing and asset management of over 3.5 million sq ft of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects with a GDV of over £4.0 bn.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and completed his postgraduate training as a solicitor at The College of Law in London.

Rosie Rodriguez, SVP of Growth and Head of People, Place & Projects at Relation, brings over 20 years of successful experience in Research and Development within the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sectors. As a senior executive, Rosie has a proven track record in Clinical Development, Alliance & Portfolio Management, and Business Strategy. At Relation, Rosie is dedicated to driving the company's growth and is passionate about cultivating a purpose-driven culture within biotech.

Relation is an end-to-end biotech developing transformational medicines, with technology at its core. Their ambition is to understand human biology in an unprecedented way; discovering therapies that will treat some of life's most devastating diseases.

Tim leads the science business area, across the UKIMEA region for Arup. He leads on strategy and

business development, maintains relationships with clients and manages a portfolio of projects.

Tim is a chartered engineer and experienced team leader, having led multi-discipline teams in

delivering engineering solutions on complex highly serviced buildings from concept design phases

through to fully coordinated detail design and construction.

He has been involved in science buildings from his first project over 28 years ago, working on the

design and construction of a facility to produce injectable vaccines. As well as other manufacturing

projects experience, Tim has been involved in the design of many research and development

laboratories for a range of science users and scales of project. These have been for private clients,

government institutes and higher education establishments.

Tim thrives in solving client’s challenges bringing a wealth of experience to provide robust, energy

efficient and sustainable design solutions, applying his knowledge of construction, commissioning

and maintenance.

Appointed as Director of Cambridge Science Park in August 2022, Jane Hutchins brings a wealth of

experience of the science park sector and the innovative companies and people it serves.

Jane is also chair of the Cambridge Forum for Place, established by Cambridge University Health

Partners and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, and chair of Anglia Ruskin

University’s business advisory board.

Working in partnership with Trinity College Cambridge and managing agents Bidwells, Jane is

responsible for delivering the College’s future vision for the Science Park. This includes an ambitious

new cycle of investment focused on sustainability, amenity enhancement and the creation of diverse

and inclusive employment opportunities for the wider Cambridge community. Jane also plays a key role

in supporting existing and new businesses on the Park, which is at the heart of one of the best-known

and economically successful science, technology and innovation ecosystems in the world – Cambridge.

Eve is the Centre Laboratory Manager at the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre, University College London, a neuroscience research institute focusing on the study of neural circuits and behaviour. Opened in 2016, the SWC was designed in collaboration with scientists to specifically meet the needs of the research teams and to be adaptable for future requirements.

Eve leads the laboratory management team and is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient running of the SWC labs. Eve oversees the refurbishment and redesign of multiple lab spaces that enhance research productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and the integration of sustainable practices. She has previously held laboratory management roles in the Division of Medicine, UCL, the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, UCL and at the Tyndall National Institute, an ICT research institute in Cork, Ireland.

Dan is a Partner and chartered surveyor with 20 years’ experience, both in the UK and SE Asia.

He brings with him a broad skillset and a wealth of experience across multiple industry sectors including life sciences, commercial office, manufacturing and residential working with clients including Longfellow, Brockton Everlast, Derwent London, Fabrix and Rolls Royce.
