Graham was part of the team that set up the original Harwell Science and Innovation Campus for the UKAEA, a public and private joint venture that delivered the campus we see thriving today. Since then, Graham has acted for a range of Life Science operators, including Eli Lilly on all of Lilly’s UK Real Estate lab, office and development requirements. Graham regularly contributes to Real Estate Life Sciences thought leadership, as part of which he delivers training to clients considering: ground-up developments, repurposing existing assets for Life Sciences use, flexible leasing models, cooperation and promotion agreements, ESG’s role in Life Sciences, as well as bespoke asset management and dilapidations strategies. Graham takes a commercial but collaborative approach to negotiations, as it is imperative that parties approaching a Life Sciences Real Estate deal do so with a true sense of flexibility, partnership and innovation.
