Previously Managing Director at Round Hill Capital, building logistics investment platforms and led them in buying and managing logistics and industrial investment properties throughout Europe.

Ekaterina Avdonina is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mirastar, where she leads the platform’s overall strategy and operations across Europe. A widely recognised Pan-European logistics expert, she regularly shares her insights at industry panels and contributes to logistics publications.

Before founding Mirastar, Ekaterina co-founded Delin Properties in 2011, initially as Head of Investments and subsequently as Managing Director. She transformed Delin into a fully integrated logistics development and asset management platform. During this period, the company secured third-party investment, expanding assets under management from €400 million to over €1.3 billion in under three years.

Earlier in her career, Ekaterina honed her skills while working with ING Real Estate in the Netherlands and GVA in Moscow.

In 2003, after 16 years at Fuller Peiser, Charles set up C2G Property Solutions Ltd a niche practice focusing on the large logistics market. In 2006, Knight Frank acquired C2G Property Solutions Ltd and Charles has since led our National Logistics & Industrial agency business, operating across the UK &internationally, with responsibility for the co-ordination of Knight Frank’s Global Logistics & Industrial agency activities.

Prologis is the leading owner and developer of logistics parks in the UK and has been investing

heavily in London and the South East for over 15 years. In the UK alone, £54 billion of goods flow

through Prologis’ warehouses each year – that’s the equivalent of 2.6% of the UK’s GDP and

She has deep and long-lasting relationships with a wide range of talented professionals across Europe. This experience puts her in an excellent position to advise leading real asset businesses on recruiting and retaining top talent. Whilst she has worked with top tier firms across the sector, she has a particularly strong track record of making senior hires for real estate private equity funds.

Before she founded the firm with Alice Fontana in 2008, she ran the European real assets practice at Armstrong International and was a founding member of the Soros-backed search firm Skillcapital. Emily graduated from Trinity College, Dublin and St. Petersburg State University with an MA in Business and Russian. She speaks French, German, Irish, Russian and Spanish.

Emily is a Trustee of The Story of Christmas, the property and construction industries’ annual Christmas charity event that supports disadvantaged children and the homeless. She is also on the board of Ireland Funds Great Britain. The Ireland Funds is a global philanthropic network established in 1976 to promote and support peace, culture, education and community development throughout Ireland, and Irish-related causes around the world. Emily is also Co-Chair of Thornhill Primary School Foundation, a state school in London. Finally, Emily is founder of Run Kids Run, an initiative to get children running, raising vital funds for state schools in England.

Lynda Shillaw became Chief Executive of Harworth Group on 1 November 2020. Lynda was previously Group Property Director and a Board Member at London Stock Exchange-listed Town Centre Securities plc where she led the management of its land and property and its development pipeline. Before that she was Divisional CEO, Property at the Manchester Airports Group (MAG), where she was responsible for MAG's investment portfolio and development land bank, including its "Airport City" joint venture. This followed a long career managing both investment and development real estate portfolios for BT and Co-operative Group before joining Lloyds Banking Group as Global Head of its Real Estate lending division. Lynda is also a Non-Executive Director of The Crown Estate and Vivid Housing Association.

Alison Abbey is Director at Eastdil Secured focusing on pan-European logistics transactions, and has been at the heart of some of the world’s largest real estate deals over the past few years. Alison has almost 20 years of logistics real estate investment experience, including 14 years working across Europe. Eastdil advised Blackstone in its €12.5B sale of Logicor to CIC in 2017. In this capacity, she played an integral role in one of the largest private real estate M&A deals on record. In recent years, Alison has managed and advised on large-scale logistics transactions totaling more than €25B, ranging from multi-jurisdiction portfolios and platform trades to large single-asset deals. Before joining Eastdil in early 2016, she was vice president of transactions for Prologis. Alison recently launched Ladies in Logistics, a women’s networking initiative to foster relationships amongst women across the sector as well as support the rising of women in logistics real estate.

With significant experience in the logistics sector in Continental Europe, Alina joined Tritax as Assistant Fund Manager following the launch of Tritax EuroBox REIT plc to expand the team’s capabilities in transaction origination and execution.

Before joining Tritax, Alina was part of JLL’s pan-European logistics capital markets team based in London, where she was extensively involved in advising on acquisitions, disposals and joint-venture structuring of logistics portfolios across Continental Europe. In the last three years she participated in transactions of logistics assets totalling over €4.5 billion. Alina has more than 11 years’ experience working in the real estate industry.
