Victoria Turnbull is the Joint Managing Director of Opus Land, a leading Property Investment company with offices within the

West Midlands and London.

Founded in 1999 and part owned and funded by Fiera Real Estate. , the company has an established track record in delivering

added-value solutions for real estate. The company has extensive experience of working in partnership with landowners,

investors and occupiers with assets under management approaching 3 million sq ft.

Previously Victoria was based in London where she worked as an Associate Director for Fiera Real Estate, a Real Estate Fund

Manager and Venture Capital backer of companies with a focus on opportunistic real estate investment. Before that, she was a

Senior Surveyor at King Sturge (now Jones Lang La Salle) in London where she specialised in commercial investment and

business recovery.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Management from The University of Reading and is a chartered

member of RICS and CFA. She has a breadth of experience with over 15 years in the property industry dealing with direct

and indirect property investment, development and asset management. She has an appreciation of the challenges and

opportunities facing the Midlands and is uniquely placed to view these alongside her experience in the London market.

Tom co-founded Bloom after five years of development, asset management, and investment experience FTSE 100 REIT SEGRO Plc. He was then CEO and Co-founder of a data analytics PropTech start-up named GeoHood with Antler VC, and has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Tom is obsessed with all things e-commerce, last mile logistics, q-commerce, warehousing and PropTech.

Ekaterina Avdonina is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mirastar, where she leads the platform’s overall strategy and operations across Europe. A widely recognised Pan-European logistics expert, she regularly shares her insights at industry panels and contributes to logistics publications.

Before founding Mirastar, Ekaterina co-founded Delin Properties in 2011, initially as Head of Investments and subsequently as Managing Director. She transformed Delin into a fully integrated logistics development and asset management platform. During this period, the company secured third-party investment, expanding assets under management from €400 million to over €1.3 billion in under three years.

Earlier in her career, Ekaterina honed her skills while working with ING Real Estate in the Netherlands and GVA in Moscow.

Mark is a founder Caisson iO and a member of the Executive Management Board, responsible for the strategic direction of the business. On a day-to-day basis he is responsible for the Asset Management Team and implementation of property business plans.

Since1993 Mark has worked exclusively in the Last Mile Logistic and MLI sector including as Director of European Asset Management at The iO Group (now Cromwell Property Group) responsible for €3.5bn assets across multiple European countries Mark has over 25 years’ establishing the first pan-European asset management platform to service the first cross-border institutional investor, multi-let industrial funds, totalling €3.5bn.

He has experience in running diverse teams of skills and personalities as well as the operational resources and requirements that go hand-in-hand with this. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, educated to Masters level in International Property Development & Management.

Mark has grown up in the property industry, experiencing all aspects from hands-on construction through to institutional fund management. He is fascinated by human trends and what type of demands this will create in real estate.

Sally Morris-Smith is a real estate partner at DAC Beachcroft. She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including investment, finance, development and asset management for both public and private sector clients. Her current key clients include a government department, a local authority, a UK developer and a manufacturer.

Clare Bottle FCILT is CEO of the UK Warehousing Association and Vice-Chair of Women in Logistics UK. Having joined the logistics industry in the 90s she has worked across a number of sectors including chemicals, construction and food & drink. Before joining UKWA in 2021, Clare was Associate Director of Warehousing at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As head of UKWA, a leading trade association with over 900 members, Clare has pursued an agenda of economic, social and environmental sustainability, as well as driving diversity and inclusion.

Stuart is Head of Solar PV and the energy and utilities sector at international, independent real estate consultants, Hollis. Stuart is an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years’ spent working in the solar industry, helping to design, plan and develop PV projects for industrial developments. His work ranges from initial feasibility reports and remote desktop assessments through to specification development, bid appraisals, contractor selection and project management. Since joining Hollis in 2021, Stuart has been instrumental in developing the firm’s Solar PV service providing strategic advice focused on clients’ ESG goals and aspirations.

With almost 30 years’ experience in real estate software, Adam Mackay, Senior Account Executive at Yardi, brings a wealth of experience to customers on the best approach for implementation to maximise the efficiency benefits of automated workflows and processes.

Petrina joined Tritax in 2007 and is responsible for the Group’s Asset and Property Management service, incorporating ESG and insurance functions. Within her role, she is focused on the strategic management approach, procedures and processes that unlock and create value enhancing initiatives to protect and maximise investor returns. She has developed the capabilities of the team to extend the skill sets in logistics and industrial operations, integrating ESG and power considerations into analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Tritax, Petrina was a Partner at Knight Frank, managing the Trophy Asset Management team. She began her career at Carter Jonas in 1996 where she qualified as a chartered surveyor, subsequently moving to King Sturge (now JLL) to gain experience in institutional industrial portfolio management.

Natali Cooper is responsible for the portfolio strategies including execution of disposal programs. She leads the implementation of asset management strategies and best-in class practices across the European portfolio. Natali is also Head of ESG – Europe and a member of GCP Global ESG Committee. In her role, she leads the development and integration of ESG policies and practices across GCP and GLP ’s operations in the region. Natali has over 20 years of experience across all sectors and has directly executed over EUR 3 billion of acquisitions. She joined from CBRE Investment Management (formerly CBRE GI), where she was a Managing Director with responsibility for the investment and asset management strategies for their pan European core flagship fund invested in 11 countries. She also had previously worked at Aviva Investors where she held the position of Fund Manager for 9 years for two direct real estate funds invested respectively in Retail and Logistics/Industrial in CEE. Natali holds a Bachelor‘s Degree from Inalco–Paris and has completed Leadership and Management programs from Esade and Harvard Business School. She is fluent in 5 languages.

Alex qualified MRICS while at Weatherall Green & Smith in the 1990s, before joining the industrial team of the UK’s largest property-owning pension fund, Coal Pension Properties (managed by LaSalle Investment Management) under Ian Culwick and Brian Ellinthorpe. He later joined Savills Commercial and the teams that manage several large pension fund mandates including Diageo’s and the Charities Property fund. In 2009 Alex left the mortally wounded Drivers Jonas before its takeover by Deloitte and made his first industrial investment, the Royal London industrial estate in Park Royal. Since 2009 Alex has bought, managed, let, refurbished and sold approximately fifteen industrial properties, through limited companies and partnerships, many of which were with Space Property - leading to the idea to formalise the relationship and form Kingston Space Properties.

Johnnie Sims is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Coyote Software, where for the past five years, he has successfully led the Onboarding, Customer success and Support teams to ensure that Coyote’s clients receive the best possible service.

Before joining Coyote, Johnnie had a successful career in commercial real estate, with considerable stints at King Sturge, JLL and M7 Real Estate – where most recently, as Investment Manager, he was responsible for multi-let real estate across Europe with aggregate valuations exceeding €1 billion.

Johnnie’s passion for innovation and continuous improvement is evident in his customer-first strategy. By drawing on his extensive real estate experience and working collaboratively with clients, he has honed his talent for finding technological solutions to complex data problems.
