Event Host
Arora Group
Arora Group is the UK's largest private operator of airport hotels, with a portfolio of 15 owned and operated hotels across key UK locations. The group operates across property, retail, golf and construction, managing assets from inception through development and delivery. Its current projects include the major redevelopment of the historic Luton Hoo estate, which will reopen as a Fairmont brand hotel with a new championship golf course, central to the estate's bid to host the Ryder Cup in 2035. The group is also behind Heathrow West, a proposal to expand Heathrow Airport that includes a new western terminal and runway. Novotel London West, the host venue for this event, is part of the Arora portfolio. Founder and Chairman Surinder Arora, who built the business from a single hotel in 1999 into one of the UK's leading privately owned property groups with a portfolio of flagship assets exceeding £3 billion across its property, hotel, leisure, and construction divisions, will be speaking at the event.

Why You Should Attend This UK Hospitality Event
What You’ll Learn
Where is capital actually flowing in the UK hotel sector right now, and what are the clearest signals on pricing, returns, and investor appetite across different asset types and locations?
In today’s market, how are you structuring deals and portfolios to balance short-term performance with long-term value, particularly as exit strategies and hold periods evolve?
What does “future-proofing” a hotel really mean in 2026—from operational resilience and cost control to integrating wellness, technology, and changing guest expectations?
How are rising costs, planning constraints, and funding challenges reshaping development strategies, and when does conversion or adaptive reuse make more sense than ground-up development?
Looking ahead, what will separate high-performing hotel assets from the rest—whether through location, brand, operational efficiency, or the ability to adapt to shifting demand and economic conditions?
How You’ll Do More Business: Meet the investors, lenders, developers and operators shaping UK hotel real estate in 2026. You will leave with clearer signals on pricing and investor appetite, a sharper understanding of what is financeable and how deals are being structured, and insights into where development is truly viable across conversions and regeneration.
