Why You Can't Miss this London Hospitality Conference

With close to £3B in deals occurring in 2024 alone by four major private equity companies, one thing is clear: hotels are white-hot in and around London, finally seeing a renaissance and resurgence for CRE investors and buyers after the pandemic. Experts are predicting that this is just the beginning of deal-volume and returned interest in the sector, fueled by the uptick in bleisure (business and leisure travel, fused together), as well as a fair balance between supply and demand for hotels. What does this increased interest in the hotel sector mean for London's owners, investors, operators, and developers? Join us on October 22 to learn more --

What You'll Learn:

  • How today's deals are successfully pencilling for hotel acquisitions and mergers, and how you can get in on the action

  • What London's operators are seeing in terms of consumer demands and desires

  • How boutique hotels versus flag operations are faring in today's economic environment

  • What innovative tech and design trends are being welcomed into hotels in and around London

  • Where flags and owners see the next hotel hotbed being in London and its surrounding submarkets

Who You'll Meet: London's top investors, owners, operators, developers, and providers for the UK hospitality scene.
