Jorge brings a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail and transit-oriented design to his projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His work is recognized within the industry for design innovation and unique project solutions, and he is on the Wandsworth Design Review Panel. Jorge is dedicated to sustainability principles and works with clients and project teams to incorporate eco-friendly concepts whenever possible. His clients prize his willingness to try new ideas while keeping projects within scope.

Bill joined Legal & General in 2007 and is responsible for transforming its UK property fund management business into a global real assets platform. Operating in both the direct investment and lending markets, today it actively invests and manages over £35bn of assets across real estate, infrastructure and corporate and alternative debt. Bill continues to play an active role in several influential government and industry committees around responsible investing, infrastructure, urban regeneration and housing. He is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and is on the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (NZCBS) Governance Board. Bill is also Chair of the Property Industry Alliance (PIA), which brings together the UK’s leading property bodies to give them a stronger collective voice on issues such as policy, research and best practice. Prior to joining Legal & General, Bill was CEO at RREEF UK (the Real Estate Fund Management business of DWS) and Head of Research and Deputy Managing Director at Schroder Property Investment Management.

David joined Argent in 1990, he was appointed Joint Chief Executive in 2006 and Managing Partner of

the new Argent LLP in 2012 and is Joint CEO of the new Argent Related Partnership. He has overall

responsibility for all Argent business, including structuring and establishing financial and management

programmes. He oversees the sourcing, master planning, building design, financing and legal aspects for

all projects.

David is Chairman of the Trustees of UK‐GBC and sits on the Policy Committee of the British Property

Federation and on the DIT Capital Investment Advisory Board (formerly RIO). He is a Past President of

the BCO and was one of the founding members and now ex‐Chairman of both the Piccadilly Partnership

in Manchester and Urban Partners (the King’s Cross and St Pancras Business Partnership) and is ex‐

Chairman of CityCo in Manchester.

David read architecture at Cambridge and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and

has served on a number of RIBA practice committees, and is an Honorary fellow of the Royal Society of

British Sculptors.

In May 2015, David was awarded NW Insider Property Personality of the Year, and in April 2014, David

jointly won the Property Week Personality of the Year Award with Roger Madelin.

Patrick Williams is a partner in Fried Frank's European Real Estate Group, resident in London.

Mr. Williams has wide transactional experience on commercial real estate matters, including large scale mixed-use developments and pre-letting arrangements, joint venture agreements, complex real estate investment transactions and real estate finance.

He acts for a broad mix of clients, including property investment companies (including those on the FTSE100), global real estate fund managers, banks, infrastructure development and land promoter specialists, ultra high-net-worth individuals and family offices, and a range of Asian sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Williams was a partner at a large international law firm.

Over 20 years, Siobhan has worked across both founder-led, private equity and public sector companies during periods of high growth, transformation, crisis impact and business revival. Siobhan advocates an authentic and empathetic approach to understanding customers, championing their needs to embed a customer centric approach, and has led complex business change programmes.
