Lottie is Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Kennedy Wilson Europe. She is responsible for the development

and communication of KW’s European business strategy as well as the identification of new products

and strategic opportunities. Lottie is also responsible for sourcing UK equity investment

opportunities across all sectors and has completed over £1bn of transactions since joining KW.

Lottie previously worked at J.P. Morgan Cazenove in the UK Real Estate Investment Banking team,

where she focused on providing financial analysis and advice to a broad spectrum of real estate

clients. Lottie holds a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University, where she was awarded

a distinction in spoken Spanish

Gemma Kataky joined Blackstone in 2015 and is a managing director in its European real estate asset management team, based in London. She oversees the day-to-day operations of more than €7B of complex portfolios in the mixed-use, flexible office and affordable housing spaces, most notably The Office Group, Sage Housing and Obligo. Over the last three years she has also transacted on €4B of asset and portfolio sales in the Nordics, Germany and UK.

Kataky started her career at Bank of America in the general European mergers and acquisitions team. She then went on to spend seven years at Carlyle focusing on UK real estate acquisitions.

Petrina joined Tritax in 2007 and is responsible for the Group’s Asset and Property Management service, incorporating ESG and insurance functions. Within her role, she is focused on the strategic management approach, procedures and processes that unlock and create value enhancing initiatives to protect and maximise investor returns. She has developed the capabilities of the team to extend the skill sets in logistics and industrial operations, integrating ESG and power considerations into analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Tritax, Petrina was a Partner at Knight Frank, managing the Trophy Asset Management team. She began her career at Carter Jonas in 1996 where she qualified as a chartered surveyor, subsequently moving to King Sturge (now JLL) to gain experience in institutional industrial portfolio management.

Ruth recently joined M&G as Head of UK Investment Management – Real Estate and she is a member of the M&G Real Estate UK investment committee. Ruth joined in September 2025 and was previously a Managing Director, Investment Management at Hines, focused on managing the value-add fund series across the UK and Europe in all sectors. Prior to this she was the deputy fund manager for the pan-European open-ended core fund at Invesco Real Estate, she started her career at JLL, predominantly as an investment and development advisor in Central London. Ruth has approximately 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

Ruth graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Geography and also gained an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Anna Strongman is CEO of Oxford University Development (OUD), a joint

venture between Oxford University and Legal & General set up to build

Innovation Districts and subsidised accommodation for graduate students

and the university workforce.

Anna was previously Managing Partner of Argent LLP in London, where

she spent 12 years executing a range of asset, development, and business

planning projects. Highlights included leading the Asset Management of

King’s Cross, developing Coal Drops Yard, and setting up a BTR portfolio

with JV partners Related. Anna was instrumental in building the business

from 40 people to a team of 200 over a ten-year period and led the

corporate side of the business as Managing Partner.

Before joining Argent, Anna worked in the planning and economic development team of Arup, worked for DTZ

in Scotland, and lived for 18 months in Japan, where she studied Japanese and conducted research at the Japan

Productivity Centre as a Daiwa Scholar.

Kelly became Head of Real Estate and Investment at British Land last year, and has overall responsibility for asset management, leasing and investment across the business. Kelly has been at British Land since 2011, with roles in corporate finance and heading up strategy, and has been Head of Investment since 2016. She joined the Executive Committee in November 2020. Kelly is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in New Zealand in 2001 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and has worked in real estate in the UK since 2004.

Kelly is also a Non-Executive Director at Sirius Real Estate, the FTSE250 owner and operator of business parks, offices and mixed use workspace.

Clare Harrison is a Development Director in the London team and is responsible for an exciting pipeline of redevelopment opportunities in the St James’s area of the London portfolio that will support London’s renewal, helping it continue to be locally relevant and globally distinctive. The Crown Estate is adopting a place-led approach to activities in this area and she has led in developing the Haymarket District Plan to guide activities and investment to maximise the potential of TCE’s contiguous ownership. She is passionate about innovation, exemplar sustainable development, and improving the quality of peoples' lives through development of vibrant inclusive places.

She initially trained and worked in architecture, before moving into senior roles for Mace and Grosvenor - where she led large masterplan and mixed-used developments, in the UK and internationally. Prior to joining The Crown Estate two years ago, Clare led on the delivery of a new neighbourhood in Bermondsey, for Grosvenor, to deliver 1,548 high quality, low carbon build to rent homes, as well as flexible commercial space and a mix of ground floor uses. Having previously supported in the delivery of Barton Park, a 900 home, mixed-use, masterplan development in Oxford, where Grosvenor was the master-developer.

Kat is a partner in the Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer market-leading real estate team in London. Kat has a broad practice spanning all aspects of the real estate sector and the lifecycle of real assets. She advises clients on development, investment, corporate real estate, joint venture, equity and debt financing, pre-letting and leasing transactions, and has particularly extensive expertise in the delivery of some of the largest and most complex long-term development and regeneration projects in the UK market. She also specialises in multi-faceted and large-scale energy and infrastructure projects with real estate elements which support the UK's energy transition. Alongside her practice, Kat is a leading committee member of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer's Gender Equity Matters Network and has for many years, organised women in real estate networking events. She is passionate about supporting and driving greater diversity in the real estate industry. In terms of her background, Kat has an MA in Modern Languages (German) from the University of Oxford and completed her GDL and LPC at BPP University Law School in London. She joined Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in 2008 and has also spent time in the Hong Kong office and in Germany.

Kelly is the Head of Construction at RSM UK, driving collaboration across service lines and global delivery with International RSM firms.

Having spent 30 years advising the construction Industry through her roles as an audit principal, and corporate finance and restructuring secondments, Kelly transferred to our Consulting team last year, leading the Consulting offering for the industry, driving our "Total Consulting" offering focusing on Technology, Risk and Governance. This bring industry insight and consulting solutions together providing a deeper understanding of our clients technology opportunities and challenges embedding new and innovative solutions .

Kelly has also spent time in the US working with RSM US colleagues and obtained an executive certificate in strategy and innovation from MIT in December 2023, being implemental in building RSM's data driven industry approach and working with RSM's in-house business transformation and data analytics team designing AI and DA tools.

Kelly has worked with large complex Real Estate and Construction clients, listed, PE backed and privately owned businesses through all aspects of their life cycle from global expansion to exit strategies, working closely at Board and Operation level to embed cultural change and drive enterprise value.

With her extensive career in the industry, multi service line experience, enthusiastic and pragmatic approach, it allows her to support clients in any aspect of their business transformation.
