Emma is the founding director of Development Company The Vesta Group, which works alongside local authorities, land owners and Pension Funds. She is a chartered surveyor with extensive development experience in design, planning, procurement, viability, construction and legal governance. Prior to Vesta she was perviously Director of Residential Development for Westfield, Head of Pre Construction Development at Berkeley Homes (NE London Ltd) and has held roles at Grosvenor, Sellar and Henry Boot.

James is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years’ property experience. In his previous roles, he has worked in the Far East, EMEA and the UK, overseeing the strategic asset management of pan-European and multi-national corporate property portfolios. James joined Crestbridge when they acquired his previous employer, Kingfisher, in March 2018.

James now leads the finance advisory role at Crestbridge Property Finance LLP. He is responsible for arranging senior debt and mezzanine finance for both property investment and development opportunities. James arranges both conventional and Shari'a finance for all commercial and residential property classes, including the alternatives sector such as student accommodation and hotels. He works closely with the Crestbridge Family Office Services Team and regularly travels to the Middle East.

His relationships with lenders are extensive an include bank and non-bank lenders. He also has significant experience of the development process so he is well placed to assist clients in satisfying lenders with building contractor and professional team due diligence. He has first-hand experience as a valuer and can liaise between borrowers and bank valuers, with an extensive network of valuer relationships.

James is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also a member of the Investment Property Forum. He is an FCA approved person in which capacity he is responsible for managing several of the funds operated by Crestbridge Property Partnerships Ltd and Crestbridge Operator Services Ltd.

Dr Nicole Lux has over 15 years of banking experience. Throughout her career, she has worked in loan origination and distressed asset workout at leading international banks including Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. She is currently COO at Finloop a digital debt lending platform and Senior Research Fellow at City University.
