Why You Should Attend This Event

Join us at Olympia London on Thursday 17th September from 4pm to 7pm as the industry comes back together after the summer!

The afternoon opens with a welcome from our hosts Olympia, followed by our panel 'Building London's Next Neighbourhoods', an intimate conversation with leading developers and investors on where capital is growing, what turns a site into a neighbourhood, and which districts will define London's next decade. We will then have drinks, nibbles and networking from 5pm onwards.

Why You Can't Miss It: This is the room London's real estate community comes back to after the summer. An afternoon of drinks, conversation and the connections that shape the year ahead. Miss it, and you'll be hearing about the deals rather than making them!

How You’ll Do More Business: Gain insights from leading developers and investors on where London's next neighbourhoods are taking shape and how capital is being deployed. Learn what turns a regeneration site into a place occupiers and residents want to be, and how to deliver long-term value. Connect with institutional investors and developers to forge partnerships and de-risk opportunities. Discover how the teams behind London's biggest schemes are balancing commercial, community and environmental goals while staying ahead of emerging trends.

Who You'll Meet: Owners, developers, investors, architects, construction, designers, brokers, lawyers, consultants, engineers and financial institutions.
