Symon is Senior Development Director for Canada Water and has strategic oversight, with the Director of Development, across all residential at Canada Water. He has supported the negotiations of the housing strategy and Section 106 Agreement for the hybrid planning permission.  Symon led the negotiations of the GLA Affordable Homes Grant Programme, securing the great required to deliver the minimum planning obligations, the £100m Homes England loan and the design and development of five residential buildings from conception to delivery.  Symon has overarching responsibility across Phase 1, which include 178 lower prime and 87 affordable homes, ensuring the sales, marketing, procurement and delivery is delivered in line with the business plan.

Symon joined British Land in 2017 from Argent, where he was a Senior Projects Director.  Symon worked on the King’s Cross development and took the lead of Argent Related’s 1,000 home scheme at Tottenham Hale.  He was responsible for land assembly, development agreement with local authority, feasibility and business planning to take the 1,000 homes to planning permission.

Bronwyn Jones is a Director in the Development team at Greystar. Since joining Greystar four years ago Bronwyn has led on the delivery of Pearl Yard Bermondsey, a landmark scheme providing over 1,600 new homes at the former Biscuit Factory site in Southwark.

Bronwyn began her career at Savills, and has 13 years of planning, design and development experience across London, with a particular interest in large-scale mixed-use masterplans. Bronwyn holds a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and is a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Morwenna joined the former Argent business in 2011. She became Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and Partner in 2020. Since 2023, Morwenna has been Executive Director of Related Argent.

In addition to her corporate leadership role, Morwenna led the design and delivery of several major projects at King’s Cross, including Coal Drops Yard, the Fish & Coal Building and Gasholder Park. At Brent Cross Town, Morwenna is responsible for the ground plane experience, retail, leisure and public realm.

Morwenna is a chartered mechanical engineer and started her career at Arup as a mechanical building services engineer. During this time, she was the lead mechanical engineer for the Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge, designed by Stanton Williams architects, which in 2012 won the most sought-after accolade in the industry – the RIBA Stirling Prize.

Since joining Hines in 2003, Ross has overseen a wide variety of transactions spanning core investment through to opportunistic development on behalf of Hines Funds and third-party capital sources. Under Ross’ leadership, the UK portfolio has grown to comprise office, logistics, retail, PBSA, BTR and self-storage.

In 2021, the UK team expanded to include Property and Facilities Management to enhance the existing Asset and Development Management capabilities. Ross has been Head of Hines’ operations in the UK since 2012, and more recently became Head of Western Europe, including Ireland and France. Ross obtained an MSc in Property Investment from City University and is a member of the RICS and BCO.
