Turner Levison is focused on helping CRE brokers with Yardi's tools from the CommercialEdge brand. He was the CEO and Co-Founder of CommissionTrac, a deal flow and commission management platform for CRE brokerages, which was acquired by Yardi Systems in 2020. He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Frances, and two pups, Miso and Nala.

Nadir is a managing director and is responsible for all aspects of New

York office real estate investments.

Nadir’s experience includes various positions from asset management,

acquisitions, and product development. Prior to joining Nuveen Real

Estate in 2012, Nadir was involved in both asset management and

acquisitions roles at Silverstein Properties and RLJ development Urban

Lodging Trust (formally RLJ Development LLC).

Nadir graduated with a B.A in Business Administration from St. John’s

University, an M.B.A. from Villanova School of Business and an M.S. in

Real Estate Finance from New York University.

As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Alex Kakhnovets serves as the National Director of Leasing for Boxer Property Management Corporation, a commercial real estate investment company with over 18 MM SF under management in 14 US markets and 1,000+ employees spanning office, retail and hospitality divisions.

Alex leads the office leasing division in an executive capacity and is responsible for guiding departmental strategy, transaction oversight, recruiting, marketing and oversight of 80+ employees. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions including leasing, property management, sales and business development with Boxer as well as other institutional firms.

Alex is a CCIM designee and a member of CCIM Houston Gulf Coast Chapter, The Real Estate Council, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Central Atlanta Progress. He serves on the Texas State University Leadership Council and engages in various charities including the National MS Society and ALS Association.

Matthew Derba is a partner in CohnReznick’s New York office and a member of the firm’s National Assurance Practice. He primarily provides technical accounting assistance to engagement teams and clients. Having spent more than 15 years in private and public accounting, Matthew has developed expertise in a broad range of industries and technical areas with a focus on lease accounting, revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity transactions, derivative accounting, consolidations, and SEC reporting.

Matthew serves a variety of practice groups including Commercial Real Estate, Manufacturing and Distribution, Technology and Life Sciences. He spent five years of his career in private industry and seven years serving on audits of public and non-public companies.
