Jon Zehner is Vice Chairman of LaSalle with a primary focus of maintaining strong client relationships, particularly for clients of LaSalle Global Solutions, and on originating investment opportunities for LaSalle Global Solutions mandates and funds. Prior to becoming Vice Chairman, Jon was Head of LaSalle’s Global Partner Solutions business. He is a member of LaSalle’s Global Management Committee.

Jon joined LaSalle in 2012 as Global Head of the Client Capital Group and was responsible for leading LaSalle’s global activities relating to clients, capital raising, new product development and large-scale, cross-border strategic investments. He assumed responsibility for LaSalle’s Global Partner Solutions business at the end of 2019 and headed the business until it merged with LaSalle’s Securities business, to form LaSalle Global Solutions, in March 2023.

Jon’s career in Real Estate began in 1981 at JPMorgan where, during his 28 years, he held several senior positions including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of sub-Saharan Africa. ​In 2009, Jon left JPMorgan and joined AREA Property Partners as a Senior Director.

Jon is Chair of the University of Cambridge’s Land Economy Advisory Board, is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute where he served as a recent European Chair and past Member of the Board of Directors. Previous industry activities include founding and serving on the Executive Board of the European Public Real Estate Association and serving on the British Property Federation’s Policy Committee. In addition, Jon is a member of the Board of Governors of Arnold House School in St. John’s Wood, London and is the Chair of the UK Board of African Parks. Jon holds an MBA from Harvard and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth.

Adam is a chartered surveyor who joined C C Land in the Summer of 2017 to head their UK office. He is responsible for portfolio asset management, leasing transactions and supervision of future acquisitions. C C Land’s portfolio includes The Leadenhall Building in EC3 and 1 Kingdom Street, Paddington.

Prior to joining C C Land, Adam held positions at Resolution Property and Delancey, where he was an integral part of the team responsible for the acquisition and ongoing management of East Village, the former Athlete’s Village at the 2012 London Olympics.

Adam is a member of The Paddington Partnership and a past Governor of Alma Primary School which he helped establish in 2013.

Rasheed Hassan is Head of Savills Cross Border Investment. His focus is on providing clients with a broader service offering across their portfolios and their chosen investment markets. His role also encompasses Cross Border capital groups, in particular from Asia and Middle East.

Ciaran is The Head of the CMS UK Real Estate Team and co-chair of the CMS Global Real Estate Group and on the CMS UK Board. The clients he works with include a broad range of international and domestic investors (on their own or in joint venture), financiers and developers. Clients (in the public domain) include Angelo Gordon & Co, ARADunedin, Blackstone, CBRE Global Investors, City Developments of Singapore, The Crown Estate, Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia, Hanwha, KWAP, Lendlease, London & Continental Railways, Savills Investment Management, Union Investment and Urban&Civic.

He is identified as a leader in the field of Real Estate by Chambers UK, Chambers Global and Legal 500 directories. He is also listed in the inaugural edition of Super Lawyers and recognised by Who's Who Legal as Global Elite 2018 as one of the top 8 lawyers amongst Global Elite Thought Leaders in Europe.
