The business provides c.£20bn in funding to customers, from SMEs through to the largest real estate operators in the UK. The strategy includes a strong focus on sustainability with a primary goal of supporting real estate customers of all sizes to respond to the climate challenge and transition to a low carbon economy.

Richard Fell serves as the Head of European Logistics Capital Markets at TCC. Based in London, he is responsible for identifying, structuring and securing debt and equity capital to support the joint-venture activity of TCC’s logistics development business across Europe.

Prior to TCC, Fell was vice president for investments at Clarion Partners Europe. He has also worked in private equity roles for Brydell Partners, Curzon Advisers, and Tristan Capital Partners.

Issie brings over 17 years of investment management experience spanning product strategy and development, and investor relations, with previous roles at DWS Group, Aviva Investors, and LaSalle Investment Management, where she helped deliver pioneering strategies, including the first UK PRS fund. In 2025, she was recognised as a Future Female Leader by Bisnow.

Gavin Quigley MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer has over 11 years’ experience in the property industry and has built up an extensive knowledge of the various markets within the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom. Gavin is a RICS Registered Valuer and has gained good valuation experience valuing commercial and residential properties as well as development land. Gavin has been involved in a number of portfolio valuations for banks & other financial institutions. Gavin has represented clients in rent review, lease renewal & commercial property rating cases in the office, retail and industrial sectors. While working in the UK, Gavin has undertaken RICS Red Book valuations on behalf of clients for assets in the retail sector, specialising in Out-of-Town Retail Parks and Foodstores, giving his opinion of Market Rent and Market Value. Gavin has carried out monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually portfolio valuations on behalf of REITs and Investment Funds. Gavin completed a L4 Data Analytics Fellowship programme with Multiverse in September 2022. Gavin is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a RICS Registered Valuer. Gavin has completed training courses in both Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer and uses Argus Enterprise and Excel on a daily.

Peter is responsible for providing institutional investors bespoke separate account strategies, joint venture and club investment opportunities and leads the UK commercial investment and asset management teams. He joined the business in 2010 and was previously a co-fund manager within the long lease division, investing across the UK and Europe in all sectors. Prior to this, Peter held responsibilities for the management of direct and indirect real estate portfolios in the UK and Europe, in addition to managing large joint ventures on behalf of a £10bn separate account mandate. Before joining M&G Real Estate, he worked for DTZ Investment Management and went on to join their Corporate Finance team.

Peter graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first class BA(Hons) degree in Economic and Social History and also gained an MSc in International Real Estate from the University of Reading. Peter is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds the Certificate in Corporate Finance (ACSI) from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
