Nick Leslau, 57, BSc (Hons) Est Man, FRICS, is Chairman of Prestbury Investments LLP, Investment Adviser to the Group. He is a Chartered Surveyor who has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited since it commenced business in 2000 and Chairman of Prestbury Investments LLP since its establishment in 2006. He was Chief Executive of Burford Holdings Plc for approximately ten years up to 1997 and Group Chairman and Chief Executive of Prestbury Group Plc from 2008. He has sat on many quoted and unquoted company boards including, most recently, Max Property Group Plc, and is a Member of the Bank of England Property Forum.

David Marks is the CEO and co-founder of Brockton Everlast, a London-

based real estate investment firm established in 2006. The firm has

raised over £2.20 billion in institutional capital, developing and investing

into 370 properties across 22m sq ft. Its current focus spans three areas:

a 2m sq ft masterplan of laboratories in Cambridge, 1m sq ft of office

development in central London, and Fora, London’s largest flex office

operator, managing 3m sq ft and 30,000 desks across 70 buildings in

partnership with Blackstone. David has been a member of the Bank of

England’s Commercial Property Forum since 2006 and a trustee of the

National Gallery since 2017. David holds a Master’s from MIT and a BA

from the University of Manchester.

Mark has 15 years experience, mainly within real estate, working for AJ Gallagher and Aon prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2014. Mark works on Pan-European property portfolios for a wide range of clients and across all asset classes. He also leads the London practice dealing with Asia Pacific investment into London and Europe.
