Victoria is a qualified town planner and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Victoria has worked for both national and international developers including Berkeley Homes and Greenland Group on a range of projects across London, from high-density, mixed-used projects such as The Ram Brewery in Wandsworth to heritage-led housing schemes in sensitive parkland settings such as Trent Park in Enfield. Victoria has experience across the development process from acquisition through to delivery.

Victoria holds an honours degree from the University of Leeds and a Masters degree from University College London.

Lukman joined L&Q in 2001 and has over 19 years of experience in the Housing sector. He has held positions in Customer Service, Housing Management, Regeneration and Private Rented Sector.

Lukman was the lead on a £141million regeneration scheme in Hackney, heading a team to deliver 761 new homes and an award winning mixed tenure scheme. This flagship scheme involved working in partnership with all stakeholders to deliver much needed regeneration to a deprived area.

Presently Lukman heads up L&Q’s PRS, Intermediate Market Rent and Commercial Operations, where he is leading on the delivery of an ambitious programme to creating one of the largest PRS portfolios in London and the South East.

Joe Persechino

Joe is the global Sector Specialist for Residential and Student Accommodation for the Real Assets platform at AXA IM Alts. He is responsible for the sector strategy, assisting with deal origination, advising on investments, working with the in-country AXA IM teams globally on existing portfolio performance, sharing best practice, introducing sector innovation and leveraging his professional network.

Joe joined the business in 2018. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Global Student Accommodation, (the largest global investor,

developer and operator of student accommodation and serviced apartments). From 2011-2014, Joe was with the Unite Group plc, the leading manager and developer of student accommodation in the UK with over 50,000 beds in its portfolio at the time.

Joe has worked in Australia and France and has over 10 years of experience in residential real estate.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Business Studies from the University of West London.

Matthew Taylor

As Managing Director of London Developments, Matthew oversees Vistry Partnerships’ development programme across London and is responsible for all land acquisition, planning, development management and sales & marketing, working in partnership with public and private sector partners. Matthew has been with the business for just over 4 years and has over 15 years experience of the London Development market, holding previous Director level positions at both Berkeley Homes and Barratt Homes, where he has overseen some of the largest regeneration projects in London. Throughout Matthew’s career he has led upon the investment of over £300m in land transactions that will deliver over 5,000 new homes across London & the South East. Since joining Vistry, Matthew has secured and established a development business and pipeline with a GDV in excess of £1.6 billion.
