Nadia, who joined the Team in August 2007, is committed to this dynamic team ensuring excellent delivery of quality, high profile services and projects to the world class London Bridge Business community. She moved from South Africa where she had been managing BIDs in Johannesburg. Nadia believes that for the business community to make a difference to the area in which they operate there is no better way than through the BID process.

Along with the Team London Bridge Board she will ensure the levies that local businesses contribute will be well managed and benefit the community directly.

Passionate about the role that stations and the railway play in helping business and communities to thrive; I established a new strategic direction and vision for Network Rail Property. This customer centric approach looks at how we can support the UK by maximizing the value of our assets and available land.

I am responsible for one of the largest and diverse property estates in the country, including the Managed Station portfolio and the land strategy and acquisition teams. While supporting our remit to generate income to reinvest in the railway, we are unlocking the potential of stations to enhance and delight. King’s Cross and Waterloo stations are recent examples of this strategy in action. Our current business strategy is also shaping how we invest in our Business Estate to generate value for the UK taxpayer.

Peter John became a councillor in Southwark in 2002, Leader of the Labour Group in

2004 and became Leader of the Council following the local elections in 2010.

Under Peter’s leadership Southwark has become known for its’ progressive policies

on regeneration, council house building and public health. Southwark is currently

building 1500 new council homes to be completed by 2018; and is progressing major

regeneration projects at the Elephant and Castle, Walworth, Canada Water and the

Old Kent Road.

Southwark recently introduced free swimming and gym use for all residents at the

council’s leisure centres.

Peter is the Deputy Chair of London Councils and Executive Member with

responsibility for Business, Skills and Brexit. He has been a member of the London

Enterprise Panel since 2013.

He has recently been chairing the government’s Area Review of Further Education in

central London.

Peter was awarded an OBE in the New Year’s Honours List 2016.

Jon is a partner of Deloitte and the UK firm’s Head of Real Estate Development. He has 26 years’ experience working as a planning and development adviser in London, UK and international markets. Leading a team of 30 surveyors he advises on all aspects of the development process from initial feasibility/strategy through deal execution, procurement, asset enhancement and exit/sale. He has a particular interest and expertise in joint venture developments and major regeneration projects.

Jon enjoys a diverse client base including property development companies, sovereign wealth funds, major corporates and landowners in public and private sectors. He is currently advising on over £5 billion of development opportunities, including numerous high value land sales and procurements in central and inner London.

Joined the Group and appointed to the Board in 2002. Formerly with MEPC from 1991 to 2002. Member of the British Property Federation Board and Policy Committee, Director of the New West End Company and Non-Executive Director of Liv-Ex Limited, Member of Imperial College London Council.

Melanie joined the British Property Federation in 2015, following nine years as Director General of

the Food and Drink Federation.

Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service.  She joined

HM Customs in 1988 and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is

to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable real estate UK real estate sector recognised for

the positive benefits it delivers to communities across the country.

Melanie is also a Trustee of the property industry charity LandAid and a member of the Council of

the University of Essex. She was awarded a CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Chief Operating Officer of Westfield in the UK and Europe. Peter joined Westfield in 1994 and has since held senior roles across the Australian and UK divisions, including Director of Design, Development and Construction where he led Westfield's UK business to deliver Europe’s two largest shopping centres, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City as well as the development of Westfield Derby. He was also one of three key Westfield personnel transferred to the UK in 1999 to establish the Westfield business and was appointed COO in 2009.

Peter is on the Executive Committee for Westfield Corporation and is responsible running the UK and European operating business with assets under management of £2.5bn including Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City which together attract over 70 million shoppers and generate in excess of £2bn in sales. Peter is also responsible for leading the UK/EU business to deliver its £3.5bn+ development pipeline, which includes the expansion of Westfield London and creation of new centres in Croydon and Bradford, plus the company’s first retail destination in Europe, Westfield Milano.

Dan is a Partner at Knight Frank, heading up the City Leasing team and advises both landlords and tenants within Canary Wharf and The City. He has a diverse client base including developers, UK and overseas funds and property companies. He has worked on a number of landmark Central London projects such as 20 Fenchurch Street, The Walbrook and London Fruit & Wool Exchange.

Current clients include Sellar Property Group, British Land, M&G, Blackstone, Viridis, LaSalle Investment Management, Hines and Helical Bar. His team closed three of the four largest office transactions in Central London in 2016, including securing Apple at Battersea Power Station and Wells Fargo at 33 Central. Dan is also instructed on the leasing of the remaining offices at The Shard.

Philip Kolvin QC is Head of Cornerstone Barristers. He is a licensing barrister, acting for national and local regulators, the licensed industry and community groups. He is a Patron and past Chair of the Institute of Licensing, the professional body for licensing practitioners; a board member of the Sports Grounds Safety Authority; a former Chair of Purple Flag, the national awards scheme for safe and diverse town centres; and a former Chair of Best Bar None, the national scheme for safe bars.

He is the author of a number of textbooks in his specialist field. As a local campaigner he is a member of the shadow Board for Crystal Palace Park and a former Chairman of the Crystal Palace Campaign. He led a campaign to extend the South East London Green Chain Walk from Outer to Inner London and helped save the Herne Hill Velodrome, a grassroots community facility, from redevelopment. He loves the theatre and lives in South London with his family.

Irvine founded Sellar Property Group in 1991 and his business experience spans over 40 years. Having built up an unrivalled contact base both in and outside the property industry he now concentrates his efforts in the commercial property market and has built SPG into an organisation with a diverse investment portfolio in the UK and Europe and a development portfolio in England.

His instinctive can-do attitude to life and business is reflected in the SPG ethos and Irvine led and guided The Shard and London Bridge Quarter development team through the complex planning process and delivered finance and investors at one of the most difficult times in global capital markets.
