Ekaterina Avdonina is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mirastar, where she leads the platform’s overall strategy and operations across Europe. A widely recognised Pan-European logistics expert, she regularly shares her insights at industry panels and contributes to logistics publications.

Before founding Mirastar, Ekaterina co-founded Delin Properties in 2011, initially as Head of Investments and subsequently as Managing Director. She transformed Delin into a fully integrated logistics development and asset management platform. During this period, the company secured third-party investment, expanding assets under management from €400 million to over €1.3 billion in under three years.

Earlier in her career, Ekaterina honed her skills while working with ING Real Estate in the Netherlands and GVA in Moscow.

Sally Duggleby

Sally has recently joined Savills to create a dedicated Industrial and Logistics Occupier Services function. Previously the UK and ROI Head of Real Estate at Amazon Operations from 2011 to 2017, she assembled the portfolio and the property team over this period. Prior to this, Sally managed the distribution portfolio and various retail units at John Lewis Partnership, was a Director at Brixton plc and managed a variety of institutional, charitable and private client estates at previous employers King Sturge and Cluttons. She specialises in occupational advice, build to suit development and asset management and has over 20 years' experience.

Richard Croft

Richard Croft is the Chief Executive Officer for M7 Real Estate. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, capital raising and leads the real estate fund management function. In this capacity he sits on the GP board and Investment Committees of all of M7’s funds in addition to numerous other M7’s JV boards.

Prior to co-founding M7 Real Estate in April 2009, Richard founded Halverton REIM LLP (subsequently GPT Halverton), a European real estate fund management business which was sold to The GPT Group (an Australian listed property trust) in July 2007. From 2005 to early 2009 Richard was CEO of GPT Halverton which at the time of sale employed circa 180 people across ten European offices and managed €2 billion of assets.

Before his time at Halverton, Richard was International Investment Director of Property Fund Management PLC (now Valad), and was responsible for setting up their international infrastructure, including offices in Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, Copenhagen and Madrid.

Richard has been involved in over €5 billion of transactions across the UK and Europe during his 25 years of real estate experience.

Michael Kilner heads up the Maples Teesdale Real Estate Litigation team. Mike is a specialist in real estate litigation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations issues, service charge disputes and lease terminations, High Court and arbitration proceedings in respect of dilapidations, rent reviews and rights of light issues and tenant breaks and implementation of landlord vacant possession strategies to allow redevelopment/ refurbishment programmes in office buildings.

Kevin Harrington is a chartered surveyor working for Siemens Plc in the UK as a Real Estate Manager. His role specifically involves analyzing the company's portfolio of leased and owned industrial, office and laboratory assets and advising the various business units on strategies to improve occupational effeciency and minimize vacancy driving real estate efficiencies. Kevin has been working as a CRE executive for over five years, prior to that having been an industrial and office agent in various European and Asia Pac markets. Kevin is a member of the IAMC and CoreNet and is chair of the CoreNet One Big Day 2017 organising committee.

Ollie is a Director on the Development and Leasing team, focussing on projects in the London and South East markets. He joined Prologis in 2011 and led the UK Investment Services team before moving to his current role.

In addition to his development and leasing responsibilities, Ollie has particular expertise in the financial analysis of complex land, development and joint venture opportunities. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 10 years’ experience in the property industry.

Alan Holland is the Managing Director for SEGRO’s Greater London business. With a market value of £7bn the Greater London business includes over 417 customers. Historically concentrated in Park Royal and Heathrow, the portfolio has expanded its urban logistics and light industrial footprint in North and East London, with the London unit now spanning over 47 locations.

SEGRO is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouses and light industrial property. It owns or manages 9.7 million square metres of space (104 million square feet) valued at £23.8 billion serving customers from a wide range of industry sectors. Its properties are located in and around major cities and at key transportation hubs in the UK and in eight other European countries. Major retail and ecommerce customers for SEGRO include John Lewis, Amazon, Ocado and Yoox.
