Paul joined Australian Super, working in the London office, in November 2020 and is responsible for property investment activity in the UK and Europe. Since his arrival Paul has built out the Property team in London and led the acquisition of a 50% interest in the Canada Water regeneration scheme in partnership with British Land.

Paul has over thirty years’ experience in real estate investment, development and management. Previously he spent 13 years at The Crown Estate where he was the Chief Investment Officer and ran the strategy, investment, development and asset management teams dealing with £16 billion of assets. During his time there the teams he led were involved in around £10 billion of real estate transactions and completed over 2 million sq ft of new development. He also devised and led the creation of major partnerships with significant blue chip investors both in central London and around the UK. Prior to this Paul ran the real estate investment portfolio of the Church Commissioners.

Paul has also held various non-executive positions on unlisted vehicles and continues to contribute more widely to the real estate sector. Currently he sits on the board of Pathways To Property and is an active member of the British Property Federation.

Eiichiro Onozawa joined Mitsui Fudosan UK in April 2014 as Deputy Managing Director and was promoted to the role of Managing Director in April 2016. His global real estate career spans more than 26 years with the Mitsui Fudosan Group and he is highly experienced in development, marketing, leasing, and asset management.

Before transferring to London, he spent four years as Senior Vice President of Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc., where he was responsible for strategising growth plans and assessing acquisition and disposal transactions within the company’s investment committee.

Eiichiro graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Keio University in Tokyo and earned an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Mr. Breslauer founded Patron Capital in 1999 and is the Managing Director of Patron Capital Advisers, LLP (and held a similar position in its predecessor vehicles), the investment adviser to the Patron Capital Funds (including Patron Capital Captive Fund, Funds I - V). In addition to his overall leadership responsibility, Mr. Breslauer is primarily responsible for leading the origination efforts of all Patron funds.

Mr. Breslauer began his career at Lehman Brothers, where he worked for approximately ten years until 1997. At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Breslauer was involved in and led many transactions in the U.S. distressed markets in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1993, while with Lehman Brothers, he moved to London and assisted in creating and leading the Principal Finance Group to invest in financial institution and property assets and companies, and served as the co-head for the International Mortgage and Real Estate Department until 1997. In 1997, Mr. Breslauer left Lehman Brothers to create and manage an investment fund focusing on smaller European property and property-related opportunities which was a bridge to the ultimate formation of Patron.

A senior research fellow specialising in fixed income and alternative assets research. Key research interest is in the area of reeal estate finance, bank lending, Basel II, debt ratings and securitisation.

Over 15 years of experience in banking specialising in CMBS origination, debt structuring and real estate finance. Previously worked at Moody's Investor Service, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank involved in load origination and restructuring loans across Europe.

Responsible for Demontfort UK Commericial Property Lending Report which covers ca. 70 UK lending institutions and has been published since 1997.

Mr. Gregor is the Managing Director for Partner’s European operations. Based out of the London UK office of Partner Engineering and Science Ltd., Mr. Gregor provides technical and operational direction as well as direct oversight of Partner’s European team. In addition, Mr. Gregor serves as an environmental and European liability technical resource company wide. He also serves as National Client Manager for several private equity firms both in the USA and Europe.

Angus Dodd was appointed Chief Executive of Quintain in June 2016. Quintain is the London developer behind the transformation of Wembley Park in north west London.

Quintain have completed more than 2 million sq ft of mixed use development at Wembley Park and by the end of 2017 will have 3,000 homes under construction on this site and outline consent for the delivery of a further 3,000.

Prior to Quintain, he was Senior Managing Director, Co-Head European Real Estate Investments, Lone Star Europe Acquisitions LLP, an affiliate of the General Partner of Lone Star Funds. Lone Star acquired Quintain in September 2015. Mr. Dodd joined Lone Star in March 2009. Prior to joining Lone Star, Mr. Dodd served as Managing Director at JER Partners for five years. He previously worked at Parkes & Company and Invesco Real Estate (which acquired Parkes & Company in 2001), BZW and Jones Lang Wootton. Mr. Dodd has an MA in Land Economy from Queens’ College, Cambridge.

Jonathan co-founded Cain International in 2014 and has since built it into a privately held real estate investment firm with $5.8 billion of debt and equity transactions in Europe and the United States. Under his leadership, Cain International was named Property Week’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017.

Prior to Cain International, Jonathan was Head of European Real Estate and Direct Investments at Guggenheim Partners, the global investment and advisory firm. He previously served for seven years as Deputy Chief Executive of Heron International, where he led substantial real estate transactions in the UK and Europe and played a central role in Rontec’s 2011 acquisition of 500 Total petrol stations and the majority of its downstream business in the UK.

Prior to Heron, Jonathan worked at Olswang LLP, an award-winning international law firm. He became a partner at age 28 and one of the youngest ever chief executive of a city law firm at age 32. Under his stewardship, the firm’s turnover grew significantly and it was awarded ‘Law Firm of the Year’ on multiple occasions. During that time, the firm also expanded operations into Belgium and Germany and entered into a global alliance with Greenberg Traurig.

Jonathan currently serves as the Chair of the Jewish Leadership Council, the umbrella organisation of the UK Jewish community. He is also the Chair of the Trust of the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, a trustee of The Gerald & Gail Ronson Family Foundation and an Honorary President of Camp Simcha. He previously served as the Chair of Partnerships for Jewish Schools (PaJeS), the Vice-Chair of Jewish Care and Chair of Governors of Kerem School in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Jonathan holds a law degree from the University of Manchester and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.

John is the Chief Operating Officer at ABP in London, with the brief to transform Royal Albert Dock into London’s next business district in a £1.7 Billion development. John was appointed in 2009 just as ABP began to seek global development opportunities and he was immediately tasked with coordinating ABP London’s submissions through the rigorous OJEU European procurement process and led the team in acquiring the Royal Albert Dock site in 2013. Subsequently, he successfully led the company’s work in extending the project from a 3.2 million sq feet to a 4.7 million square feet development and achieving the various planning approvals from local government, London Mayoral government and UK Central government. Following on from this success John has been responsible for building the London delivery team with a focus on site and he is also shaping and leading the strategy for global sales.

Katie Kopec is one of the foremost development advisors in the industry having achieved a wide range of complex developments for a range of clients across Europe. Katie’s work involves advising on land use options and disposal and acquisition of sites for corporate landowners, developers and public authorities. She is currently advising the Mayor of London on regeneration opportunities across London to encourage inward investment.

Richard specialises in all aspects of real estate development. He acts for both public and private sector, land owners, investors, debt financiers, developers and contractors through structures including joint venture corporate vehicles, contractual joint ventures, project agreements, development management agreements and funding documents direct and indirect.
