Drew Schwartz is a member of the Capital Markets team and is focused on both asset and corporate finance. Since joining FCP in 2015, he has also worked on the multifamily acquisitions and asset management teams. Drew graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he earned his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Taylor

Williams, managing director, is responsible for originating and

structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Williams was responsible for

originating and structuring debt for commercial real estate properties

at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. During his tenure, he was focused

on establishing and maintaining insurance company correspondent

relationships, developed, and maintained new client relationships, and

was consistently in the top 20% of Grandbridge producers. Before

Grandbridge, Mr. Williams served as senior vice president at Wilson &

Nolan and began his commercial real estate finance career with Green

Park Financial, the original Agency lending arm of Walker & Dunlop.

Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington

and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Mr. Bateh is a Senior Vice President with JLL Capital Markets, where he focuses on debt and equity placement, investment sales, and advisory projects throughout Florida and nationally. Mr. Bateh has over 14 years of experience in real estate transactions, development, operations, and law as an intermediary, principal, and attorney encompassing over $2 billion in capital investment across all major property types including retail, multifamily, hospitality, office, land and mixed-use.

Mr. Bateh received both a Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a Master of Science in Business Administration – Real Estate, from the University of Florida. Mr. Bateh also received a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University. Mr. Bateh is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute at both the national and local levels, serving as a Full Member of the Commercial & Retail Development Council (Platinum Flight) and as District Council Chair for ULI North Florida. A member of the Florida Bar Association and a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Mr. Bateh has been named as a “40 Under 40” leader by the Jacksonville Business Journal and Member of the Year by ULI North Florida. Mr. Bateh also volunteers as a mentor to students in Washington & Lee University’s Commerce School, and serves on the Finance Council for Assumption Catholic Church.

Judd Bobilin founded Chance Partners LLC in 2009 to focus on the development of mixed-use and student housing communities throughout the southeast. Judd has extensive experience in the real estate development arena most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Novare Group. Novare was a leading developer of mixed-use hi-rise communities in urban locations having developed over $1.5 billion of real estate with 6,000 residences and 250,000 square feet of retail in aggregate. Prior to joining Novare, Mr. Bobilin was an executive with Lincoln Property Company heading up their multi-family development efforts in the Southeast. Before Lincoln, he was an investment officer with TMW Real Estate Group (now part of Prudential Real Estate Investors) focusing on development properties (office and multi-family) in the southeast. Mr. Bobilin has served on numerous professional panels including for National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and various real estate publications conferences. In 2006, Mr. Bobilin was selected to serve on Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin's Permitting Improvement Taskforce. He also worked with the City of Atlanta on the Sustainable Green Building initiative. Currently a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Multifamily Council of NAHB, Atlanta Home Builders Association, NAIOP and an Advisory Board Member for the Georgia State University Real Estate Department. Mr. Bobilin received his MBA from Georgia State University and his B.S. from Syracuse University

Peter is Vice President – New Investments of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for new investments including acquisitions, speculative developments and build-to-suit transactions. Peter has coordinated the development and leasing of more than 10,000,000 SF of Pattillo projects over the past 25 years including projects with BMW, Volvo Truck Parts, Falken Tire, GE Aviation, Boeing, Owens & Minor, and WW Grainger.

Peter has coordinated the acquisition, entitlement and permitting of multiple industrial parks encompassing hundreds of acres over the past two decades. Prior to Joining Pattillo in 1992, Peter was with Cushman & Wakefield and Rubloff, Inc. Peter has served twice as President of NAIOP of Northeast Florida.

Peter graduated from the University of Georgia where he played football for legendary coach, Vince Dooley. In 1985 Peter was Captain of the team and recognized as a consensus First Team All-American. In 2015, Peter was inducted in to the University of Georgia Circle of Honor.

Peter lives in Jacksonville Florida with his wife of 30+ years and is a father of four adult children.

Ms. Wheeler serves in leadership roles for a number of national professional organizations. In 2018 she will serve as president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. She is also a National Product Council Chair for the Urban Land Institute. She serves on the Advisory Boards of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and TREC Foundation. Ms. Wheeler was the 2009 chair of TREC, the first woman to hold that designation. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Real Estate Financial Executives Association. She serves on the boards of the Jackson-Shaw Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and Circle of Support.

A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing and Management, she has pursued graduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2015 Ms. Wheeler was named both Consumer Credit Counseling Financial Literacy Champion and Dallas Business Journal Outstanding Director for a nonprofit. In 2012 she received the Individual Award for Career Advancement for Women from CREW Dallas. In 2009 the Dallas Business Journal named her CFO of the Year, and in 2006 she received the Outstanding Achievement Award from CREW Dallas.

Michael Balanky is a third-generation Jacksonville native with strong ties to the area’s business, governmental and non-profit communities. Mr. Balanky has a strong track record in land development, land acquisition, entitlements, construction, and environmental remediation. Patrick W. Krechowski is a Jacksonville Attorney, who joined Jimerson Birr in 2018 as Partner. He is currently the head of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Law practice group, and serves concurrently as City Attorney for The City of Neptune Beach, Florida. Originally hailing from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Patrick grew up in a traveling Air Force family, with homes throughout childhood in Germany, Alabama, Tampa and Hawaii. He has family roots in Jacksonville including San Marco, Ortega, and the Beaches and moved up from St. Augustine in 2007.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience in governmental, environmental, land use, real estate, appeals and title insurance law. He is Board Certified in City, County & Local Government Law by The Florida Bar. His thorough local government expertise includes oversight and defense of governing bodies and related board activities and decisions, land use litigation and appeals, environmental permitting and remediation, ordinance drafting and development, code enforcement litigation, budget oversight, contract negotiation, employment and collective bargaining and general representation of city government, including staff.

In addition to governmental law, Patrick’s practice focuses on environmental permitting (including sovereign submerged lands), environmental remediation, water use permitting and planning, zoning and land use (including medical marijuana dispensaries), beach nourishment projects, coastal construction and due diligence before local governments and federal/state agencies, including associated administrative and civil litigation.

Previous to joining Jimerson Birr, Patrick was Of Counsel at GrayRobinson in the Jacksonville Office. Before that role, he served as an in-house attorney for the Fortune 500 company Fidelity National Title Group, Inc., where he directly managed multi-jurisdictional title insurance claims litigation ranging in exposure from $10,000 to in excess of $10 million, including coverage and indemnity disputes, quality assurance and insurance regulations, complex litigation, settlement/mediation and recoupment. The position required frequent analysis of complex real estate and land use issues in resolution of title disputes.

Additional experience stems from Patrick’s past service as an Assistant Attorney General (criminal appeals) and Assistant General Counsel with both the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (coastal construction) and the St. Johns River Water Management District (environmental permitting and consumptive use). Further, Patrick has extensive public speaking and teaching experience and is a published contributing author to a book focused on international climate change.

Lastly, Patrick is a former adjunct professor with the Florida Coastal School of Law where he taught “Dredging & Marine Construction” and “Environmental Compliance” as part of the law school’s Logistics and Transportation LLM Program. For over 8 years Patrick taught Environmental Law, Ocean and Coastal Law and Environmental Law Practice and Procedure.

When not working at Jimerson Birr, Patrick enjoys quiet runs, relaxation and family time with his wife Jennifer, their children Maggie and Maxwell, as well as their 8 year-old Australian Shepherd. He is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, Florida State University Seminoles and Jacksonville Jaguars.
