Why Attend Bisnow's Jacksonville Construction & Development Summit

Why This Matters:

After years of anticipation, Jacksonville is stepping into its long-awaited construction and development boom. Billions of dollars are now flowing into the city’s core from the Jaguars’ $2B stadium renovation and the new Four Seasons hotel and residences to Gateway Jax’s large-scale mixed-use plans and the University of Florida’s new LaVilla campus. For the first time in decades, Downtown Jacksonville’s renderings are becoming reality, redefining the skyline and reenergizing the city’s economic identity.  But the story doesn’t stop downtown. Growth is radiating outward into Greater Jacksonville from Clay to St. Johns to Nassau counties where builders, planners, and investors are capitalizing on infrastructure expansion, strong in-migration, and new master-planned communities. Together, these shifts are reshaping how and where the region grows, creating new opportunities for collaboration between the public and private sectors to ensure balanced, sustainable progress.

What You Will Learn:

  • How billions in public and private investment are finally transforming Downtown Jacksonville from potential to progress.

  • The catalytic role of the Jaguars’ stadium renovation, the Four Seasons, and Gateway Jax’s mixed-use district in redefining the city core.

  • How the University of Florida’s new urban campus and major infrastructure investments are creating long-term momentum downtown.

  • Where the next wave of development is accelerating across Northeast Florida’s suburban and exurban markets.

  • How builders, planners, and community partners are guiding equitable, smart growth beyond the city core.

  • What population, infrastructure, and capital trends are shaping the region’s development map for the next decade.
