Matt Waggoner leads the market-leading tenant representation team for the

Indianapolis office of JLL. Matt’s specific focus is helping companies maximize the value

of their real estate through developing and executing a people-focused real estate

strategy. His team has worked on some of the largest, most complex, award-winning

transactions in the State of Indiana over the last decade, with some of the state’s largest

employers. Matt is highly passionate and convicted about the impact that office space

creates for an organization and their people.

Matt also serves a variety of multi-market clients by functioning as their “in-

house” real estate department, handling all facets of their real estate needs. Matt

has quickly emerged as a leader within industry circles and has been tapped for

participation in key relevant organizations, including speaking engagements with

BOMA, NAIOP, Bisnow and ULI.

When he is not helping companies find and create incredible office spaces, Matt

can be found on a road bike, creating a culinary experience in the kitchen, or

engaged in his local community with his wife, three kids and boxer (dog).

John has been with Shiel Sexton since 2003 and became a principal of the firm in 2010. As Vice President of Preconstruction, he oversees Preconstruction, Estimating, Marketing and Business Development for the Company. John and his team focus on project planning and development, working closely with the operations group leaders to develop new clientele, new business units and strategic partnerships. John is responsible for strategic planning and plan oversight, and helping ensure the company’s business groups are in alignment with the long-term strategic plan. John has been active in a number of community development organizations and initiatives in Indianapolis. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. He previously served as board chair for Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB), Near North Community Development Corporation (NNDC), and St Roch Catholic School Commission. John also

served on the The Indianapolis Public Library Board, The Penrod Society Board of Directors. John and his wife, Becca have 3 sons and live in the Fountain Square Neighborhood.

Randie Dial has more than 24 years of experience in providing valuation, forensic accounting and financial modeling services to a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held companies. He performs valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, tax, merger and acquisitions, private equity investment, and capital budgeting. Randie also works in transactional services such as due diligence.

Randie is also the Managing Principal of the Indiana Practice for CLA. He is committed to the firm's position as a professional services firm that delivers integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing and public accounting capabilities. Brad is Vice President of Development for Milhaus. At Milhaus, Brad leads all company development activities throughout Indiana along with Milhaus’ National JV Partnership Platform. Since joining Milhaus in 2015, Brad has led the development of more than 1,500 units and $250M of mixed-use, multi-family, and for-sale residential real estate in Indianapolis, Kansas City, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin and Charlotte.

Brad has a passion for urban and community redevelopment and has previous economic development and real estate experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He sits on the Board for the Virginia Ave EID in Indy and is on ULI’s National Small-Scale Development Product Council. Brad has his undergraduate degree from Butler and his Master in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.

As CEO, Steve champions clear communication, meticulous budgeting, and strategic transparent bidding throughout the T&W collaborative process. Jeremy Welu

Jeremy Welu is a partner and co-founder of the award-winning Indianapolis design studio, DELV Design. From workplaces to universities, new multi-family to adaptive re-use developments, Jeremy has had the opportunity to shape the delivery and performance of numerous environments--both in public and private sectors. Of recent, he led the design team for the massive redevelopment of The Stutz Building.

In his pursuit for meaningful metrics and data, he’s developed an arsenal of tools that help his clients understand how numbers inform smart design in a manner that both engages and builds consensus. The American Institute of Architects has invited Jeremy multiple times to nationally share his expertise on the unique intersection of technology and design, and in 2019 they awarded him the honor of Indiana Young Architect of the Year.

As a partner at DELV, he brings leadership to the team on numerous fronts—in ideation, technology application, and strategically connecting like-minded businesses to our studio team.

As a proud Miller, Mayor Chris Jensen is honored to serve the community he has called home his entire life.

Professionally, Jensen worked in business development for a civil engineering firm, assisting cities

and counties across Indiana with infrastructure development. Before his current role, Jensen served

on the Noblesville Common Council from 2016 to 2019. Jensen also served as executive director of

the 2016 Indiana Bicentennial Commission. Jensen worked for many years in the administration of

former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. He served as special assistant to Lieutenant Governor Becky

Skillman and director of Intergovernmental Affairs, where he served as the key link between the Lt.

Governor’s office and local units of government.

Jensen and his wife Julie, both Butler University graduates, are active members of the Noblesville

community. They are the proud parents of CJ, Vivian, Hank, and Emmy Kate.
