Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, serves as an Executive Managing Director at NKF where he leads the company’s National Industrial Practice. In this capacity, he guides the direction and expansion of the firm’s industrial brokerage capabilities across North America, including supporting various corporate portfolio, e-commerce, manufacturing, food & beverage, and data center projects, while also promoting the benefits of sustainability, technology and innovation for the sector. He also serves as CEO and Founder of Op2mize Energy, a strategic energy procurement firm.

Mr. Kasselman was recently honored as a member of the 2017 Midwest CRE Hall of Fame, a 2016 CoStar Power Broker, and recently won NKF’s Outstanding Service Award for 2016, in addition to numerous other honors and distinctions received over his 30-year career. He is a prominent national speaker and accomplished author on a variety of topics including economic trends, innovation, sustainability and the exponential future of CRE. Over the course of his career he has completed more than 1,000 transactions worth in excess of $1 billion.

In addition to his NKF responsibilities, Mr. Kasselman is serving a one-year term as the 2017 Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) Global President. SIOR was founded in 1941 by the US Government to help secure industrial facilities in support of the World War II effort. In this regard, SIOR has been servicing the commercial real estate industry for over 75 years. In this volunteer role, Kasselman leads the preeminent non-profit commercial real estate services organization in an array of strategic and global initiatives while acting as an ambassador and discussing the many benefits of becoming a SIOR designee.

Born in Rushville, Indiana, Mayor Joe Hogsett has lived and worked in Indianapolis now for more than

thirty five years. Joe served six years as Indiana’s Secretary of State and four as United States

Attorney, cracking down on gun crimes and street gangs while breaking all-time records for the

number of criminal convictions and the length of sentences.

On November 3, 2015, Joe was elected to serve as the 49th Mayor for the City of Indianapolis. As

Mayor, Joe Hogsett is using the same results-oriented approach that he cultivated in his time as federal

prosecutor to focus on public safety, neighborhoods and the fiscal well-being of the city. In his first

year in office, Mayor Hogsett has lifted the city’s 35-year moratorium on new streetlights, returned

IMPD to a community-based policing model and created Indianapolis’ first comprehensive youth

summer employment plan — all while cutting overall city spending and building a bipartisan coalition,

dedicated to moving Indianapolis forward.

Okay, this resume could take a while. So to spare your eyeballs undue stress, suffice it to say Michael has done it all. From spearheading developments that have changed the skyline of Indianapolis to building headquarters for some of the nation’s most recognized organizations. Toss in warehouses that have over a million square feet under a single roof and you begin to get the true definition of “been there, done that.”

Mr. Browning is very involved in community activities and has played an active role in the Indianapolis “public-private” partnership. He is the Chairman of Visit Indy, former Chairman of the Indiana Sports Corporation, serves on the Advisory Board of St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center, serves on the Indianapolis Indians Board of Directors, is a Board Member of the Indy Public Safety Foundation, a Member of the Indiana Golf Foundation as well as Crossroads Council of Boy Scouts. He previously served on the Board of Educational Choice Charitable Trust, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Mr. Browning served on the Local Organizing Committee for the Super Bowl 2012 as well as the Bid Committee for Super Bowl 2018. Additionally, he serves on the Graduate School Advisory Council and the Advisory Council for the Student-Athlete of the University of Notre Dame. He is a Member of the Board of Directors for Duke Energy Corp.

Michael has been honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young and Inc. Magazine, Notre Dame Man of the Year and recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash from Governors Bayh, Kernan and Daniels. He received the 2003 Thomas W. Moses Good Scout Award as well the Bishop Chartrand Award by Cathedral High School. He was awarded the Community Service Award by the Catholic Charities Indianapolis. He has an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Marian University and Martin University. Michael was honored with the Charles S. Whistler Award in 2010, and included into the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame, as well as The Indiana Academy in 2011. He was recently inducted into the 2013 Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame.

Mr. Browning has been actively involved in the emergence of Indianapolis as the Amateur Sports capitol of the world. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Indiana Sports Corporation. He was an organizing member of the 1982 National Sports Festival, a member of the executive committee of the Pan American Games Organizing Committee, served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Indiana Sports Corporation from 1989 until February 1993, and is Chairman of the organizing committee for Youthlinks of Indiana. In addition to his involvement in amateur sports, Mr. Browning was the General Chairman of the 1991 PGA National Championships which was held at Crooked Stick Golf Club, where he also served as President for three years. He led the negotiations that resulted in the relocation of the NCAA Headquarters to Indianapolis. Additionally, he was Chairman of the Indiana Sport Corporation’s Solheim Cup Venture and led the negotiations for the 2012 BMW Championship as well as serving on the Executive Committee for the 2016 BMW Championship as part of the PGA Tour’s Fed Ex Cup.

Of course all this pales in comparison to serving in Vietnam and the joy of 19 grandchildren. One of Michael’s favorite quotes, of course, when asked how his day might be going is “hard to be better.”

As Senior Vice President and Regional Director of IDI Logistics’ East region, Doug is

directly responsible for leading all capital deployment and operations efforts for the eastern

United States. This includes overseeing all land and building acquisitions, development,

construction, leasing, sales, dispositions and property management in Ohio, Kentucky,

Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia.

Since coming to IDI Logistics in 1995, Doug has been involved with leasing and

development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 20 million square feet

of space, valued at more than $950 million.

Doug’s experience includes real estate development and leasing, brokerage, financing,

acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining IDI in 1995, he was a Market Officer at

Prologis in the Cincinnati Region, and Finance Manager for Paul Hemmer Companies, a Cincinnati based developer.

Currently, he is a Chairman of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Executive Advisory Committee and a member of

BEARE. In the past, Doug has served as a speaker for NAIOP's eCon conference and the NAIOP Developing for the New

Century course, and has instructed Real Estate Finance in the College of Business Administration at the University of

Cincinnati.

Doug holds B.B.A. degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, and is a CRE (Counselor of Real

Estate), SIOR industrial member and is a licensed real estate Broker in the states of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Elain Bedel, Indianapolis, was appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb in 2017 to serve as president of the

Indiana Economic Development Corporation, the state’s lead economic development agency.

Prior to serving the state in her current role, Elaine served as president, chief executive officer and chief

compliance officer of Bedel Financial Consulting Inc., a role held since she founded the company in 1989.

Bedel is an author of a personal finance book and is a nationally-recognized speaker, providing financial

expertise at conferences hosted by Schwab Impact, the University of Indianapolis and the Financial

Standards Board. Previously, she served as the director of personal finance planning at Coopers and

Lybrand.

Throughout her career, Bedel has been recognized for dedication to her profession and her community.

Bedel was recognized as a 2014 Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine and

received a Trailblazer Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She

was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame by the Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and received

the Financial Planning Association’s “Heart of Financial Planning” Award in 2013.

Bedel is a graduate of Hanover College and earned an MBA from Butler University.

Mr. King has served as our Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Operations since 2011. Prior to the formation of our company, Mr. King served as a Managing Director for STAG Capital Partners, LLC and STAG Capital Partners III, LLC from 2005 to 2011, where he was responsible for portfolio management for the company. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. King worked for AMB Property Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, as regional management officer, where he had primary responsibility for leasing, management, development, acquisition sourcing and dispositions of the firm’s industrial and office portfolios in the Mid-Atlantic region and in various other positions. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and a Master of Public Administration degree from Indiana University.

Andrew Klinger brings substantial experience to the Town of Plainfield with more than twenty years of service in local and state government. Andrew possesses particular expertise in economic development. He began his career in public service as an economic development specialist for Allen County, Indiana and later worked for the Indiana Economic Development Council. He has guided communities across Indiana through strategic planning processes focused on economic development. Andrew holds three degrees from Indiana University (B.A. in Political Science and Economics, Master of Public Affairs, and Doctor of Jurisprudence) and is an avid IU fan. Upon receiving his law degree, Andrew served as the Deputy General Counsel for the Indiana Gaming Commission and as General Counsel for the Indiana State Lottery Commission (aka Hoosier Lottery). Andrew returned to local government as the Town Manager for Cumberland, Indiana, so he could pursue the community building efforts that he enjoyed as an economic developer. Now serving as the Town Manager in Plainfield, Andrew works to efficiently manage town services, build community pride, and foster value-added development and infrastructure improvements for the Town.

As Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, Grant is responsible for the pursuit and execution of our development projects as well as targeted market growth. Prior to joining Ambrose, he spent more than 10 years at Pepper Construction Company where he was charged with leading overall Indiana company growth strategy and was involved with projects ranging from small renovations to new buildings in excess of $200 million. Grant earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Grant enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, son, Max, and daughter, Reese. His hobbies include competitive road cycling, fitness, and golf.

Mr. Winterer joined in October 2014 and serves as Head of Asset Management - Industrial, in addition to being responsible for Gramercy's Build-to-Suit business. Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Winterer served as a Director at RREEF. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Winterer worked for Catellus Development, and its subsequent company, Prologis. Mr. Winterer graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Williams College and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.

Holladay Properties has added David Holt as senior vice president of development & community affairs. He previously served as vice president of operations and business development for Conexus Indiana. Holt will be responsible for the development of World Connect @ IND, 300 acres of airport-owned land located at the Indianapolis International Airport, as well as on various other development projects throughout the state of Indiana, including Northpoint, a 300-acre business park in Westfield. Northpoint is expected to bring more than 2.5 million square feet of office, advanced manufacturing, and logistics space as well as $200 million in capital investment to the growing community of Westfield.

During his tenure at Conexus Indiana, he developed, recruited and led the formation of the Conexus Indiana Logistics Council, a forum of prominent logistics executives throughout the state of Indiana, as well as six regional logistics councils. Holt also chaired the INDOT agency review team for Indiana Governor-elect Eric Holcomb’s Transition Team and moderated Indiana Governor Mike Pence’s Blue Ribbon Panel for Transportation Infrastructure.

In addition to his work with Conexus Indiana, Holt previously served as the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s vice president of health care/education policy and federal relations, where he was an integral part of that organization’s governmental relations team at the federal and state levels. His professional career has also included service in Washington D.C. as chief of staff in the Office of Vocational and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education, and as a senior legislative aide to a U.S. Representative on Capitol Hill.

Holt holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and serves on numerous boards and advisory committees, including the Greater Indianapolis Foreign Trade Zone Board 72, and the Mid-State Corridor Coalition. He previously served on the city of Indianapolis Board of Water Works, Indiana Professional Standards Board and the State Workforce Innovation Council. Holt also volunteers as football commissioner for the St. Malachy Athletic Ministry, coaches the 5th grade soccer team and is a first degree Knight of Columbus.

John Cumming is Senior Vice President of Development for SCP. John’s main concentration is to expand SCP’s industrial portfolio as well as assist with office and mixed–use portfolios in SCP’s target markets.

Prior to joining SCP, John was senior vice president of Buckingham Companies, managing development operations and the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to Buckingham, John was with Opus Development for 14 years as Vice President of Development. In 1998 John opened the Indianapolis office for Opus and led development activities in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, where he developed and leased over 6 million square feet of industrial space and 350,000 square feet of office space with a total investment of over $300 million.

John is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. in Economics. He serves on the board of directors and is a former president of the Indiana Chapter of NAIOP and previously served on the corporate board of directors for NAIOP. John is an active member of Urban Land Institute and is a licensed Indiana Managing Broker.

As President and CEO, Mike is responsible

for providing overall direction of Lauth Group, Inc. and its affiliated entities, Mike has overall responsibility and accountability for development, management and leasing of all Lauth Group Office and Industrial projects across the United States.

With experience spanning more than 8,000,000 square feet

on more than 2,000 acres of land, Dustin brings a wealth of

experience and knowledge to land and industrial projects within

Indiana and throughout the United States. Understanding and

accounting for all costs associated with a location, from the

rental rate to the employees’ commutes, to the commodity

markets, his consultative approach brings a true location

intelligence perspective to acquiring and disposing of farmland,

commercial, and industrial real estate. These characteristics and

passion for negotiating has proved very beneficial for his clients,

their employees, and their shareholders.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Before joining RESOURCE, Dustin was based in Chicago with

Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Consulting group where he was

responsible for managing corporate site selection projects with

respect to search area identification, location screening, in-field

site evaluations, labor market due diligence and operating cost

analysis. Further, Dustin has experience in projects ranging from

a local industrial shop to a detailed portfolio analysis of over 400

properties. Prior to C&W, Dustin served as a Location Analyst

with The Staubach Company in Newport Beach, CA.

For the last 24 years in the real estate industry, Jonathan has

worked to lease or sell, develop or build any type of project for

banks, major corporations and even his children’s soccer club.

Jonathan has been involved in lease, sale, purchase, and

development transactions in excess of 3 million square feet and

$1 billion in consideration. He serves as an advisor and provides

ongoing solutions using the array of services offered by Bradley

Company. Jonathan finds solutions to what the client needs and

is loyal, not to a fault, but only to benefit the client. Experienced

in delivering solutions in Central Indiana, across North America

or Internationally while maintaining the core mission of his

clients guides his enterprise model.

Hardy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and has

served as president of the Indiana CCIM Chapter. He’s a member

of the Indiana Association of REALTORS, Indiana Commercial

Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Also active in his community, he serves on various boards,

positions, and organizations promoting children, cooperation

and public-private partnerships. He is a volunteer coordinator

for various events, assists youth development through sports

and mentoring while serving his neighbors through a variety of

active civic and charitable endeavors.
