As President and CEO of Keystone Construction and Keystone Realty Group, Ersal has made a considerable impact on the Indianapolis community. He brings expertise, leadership, and vision to the companies, igniting a hunger for growth and development.

Ersal graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Class XXVIII.

He speaks to various groups and has been interviewed about a variety of international issues over the years. Some of his hobbies are traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, playing table tennis, and supporting the local art community.

Ersal is also the Owner of Indy Eleven, Indianapolis’ professional soccer team.

Will Follett is the Senior Producer for Bisnow's Midwest market, where he oversees content and strategy for 40+ annual programs aimed at connecting and advancing the commercial real estate industry. He previously worked at GovExec, the largest B2G marketing and events platform for public sector leaders.

A New England native turned longtime Midwesterner, he holds a degree in political science from Drake University and lives in Chicago where he enjoys the city's restaurant scene and the occasional triathlon.

Matt Isbell is the President and Founder of EnvelopiQ, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and technology industry. Throughout his career, Matt has been instrumental in designing and implementing technology for some of the largest and most complex projects. For the past decade, he has focused on adopting a user and experience-driven approach to planning and integrating technology within the built environment. His expertise and dedication have positioned him as a leader in the field.

Matt and EnvelopiQ are currently involved in planning and connecting technology in iconic projects across the country. These include the $4.3 billion IU Health Downtown Hospital, OCVIBE in Anaheim, CA, COTA Turn 11 car condos, the $650 million+ Indiana School for the Deaf and Blind, Elanco Animal Health’s new global headquarters, and the Bottleworks District in Indianapolis.

A native of Indianapolis, where EnvelopiQ is headquartered, Matt also oversees an office in Austin, TX. His innovative mindset continues to drive EnvelopiQ’s success and influence in the industry.

Heather Richmund brings 35 years of experience in the A|E|C industry to her role as HEAPY’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO). A trusted partner and advocate for clients, Heather leads the firm’s national growth strategy with a focus on developing long-term relationships, aligning services with market needs, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

As CGO, Heather plays a vital role in advancing HEAPY’s mission and vision while exemplifying the firm’s core values. She directs resources toward high-potential opportunities, guides expansion into untapped markets, and drives efforts to broaden HEAPY’s national footprint. As a client advocate, she ensures our growth strategy reflects evolving demands and delivers meaningful value across all regions.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Interiors and is a registered interior designer, having owned and operated her own interior design firm for over a decade. She brings valuable perspective on the intersection of engineering, architecture, and aesthetics – insight that supports HEAPY’s commitment to integrated, client-centered solutions.

Randie Dial has more than 24 years of experience in providing valuation, forensic accounting and financial modeling services to a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held companies. He performs valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, tax, merger and acquisitions, private equity investment, and capital budgeting. Randie also works in transactional services such as due diligence.

Randie is also the Managing Principal of the Indiana Practice for CLA. He is committed to the firm's position as a professional services firm that delivers integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing and public accounting capabilities. Randie is also passionate about the CLA Promise, which is about knowing and helping our clients succeed personally and professionally.

As VP of Sales for IONX Networks, Jim Martin leads the CRE, mixed-use and multifamily verticals. With nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise and customer-facing technology, his career spans start-ups to global leaders, all with a focus of driving operational excellence and elevating the guest experience.

Before joining IONX, he co-founded Venue Intelligence, delivering SaaS and PropTech solutions for major venues and live events. He has deep expertise in wireless solutions for commercial real estate, serving as VP at Airwavz Solutions and spending over a decade at Simon Property Group, where he introduced WiFi and managed DAS networks across 200+ properties worldwide. Jim also led the deployment of Simon’s mobile security reporting platform, streamlining operations across thousands of devices and millions of labor hours.
