Summary
Bisnow's Power Women initiative honors top-level executives and industry leaders who shape commercial real estate, and we are excited to recognize our inaugural class of Houston powerhouses. Women still make up a fraction of C-suite positions in our industry. Companies that are leading the way on this front are not only breaking the glass ceiling, but also offering the support needed to bring more women into the industry and help them succeed. Our first annual Houston Power Women event will bring together some of the industry's most powerful and influential women to honor them and their accomplishments. Honorees will share their stories, as well as discuss strategies in recruitment and advancement of women in the industry. This year's honorees are by no means the full spectrum of amazing women breaking barriers and getting deals done in Houston commercial real estate. We hope to see many more in the audience and to honor another class of 25 women next year. To recommend someone for next year's list, or for any other questions, comments and press inquiries, contact Sophie Molzan, our Houston Event Producer, at sophie@bisnow.com. Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowHouston on Twitter and Instagram, and follow @BisnowHouston on Twitter for more local news.
