Town Centre One

Town Centre One is a 10 story, 253,714 square foot Class A LEED Gold Certified office building with structured parking allowing for a 3.5:1 per thousand parking ratio. Typical floor sizes are 27,000 square feet and tenants are served by four passenger elevators and a freight elevator. In addition to the office buildings, the complex has a state of the art auditorium available to the tenants for additional meeting or event space. Tenants are offered sweeping views to the east of the Houston skyline and to the west of the Energy Corridor. Tenants have access to over thirty-two (32) restaurants within walking distance and a Life Time Fitness one block away.

As Chief Executive Officer, Brandt Bowden oversees Capital, Development and Construction efforts for Hanover Company. He is integral to the planning and execution of Hanover’s corporate strategy. Brandt joined Hanover in 2002 as a Development Partner covering the East Coast. In 2009, Brandt headed Hanover’s Capital Markets division and soon took on the role of Chief Investment Officer. As CIO, he oversaw the investment and financing of approximately $5 billion in apartment development. Brandt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Multifamily Gold Council. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and currently serves as the Houston-area District Enrollment Director. In addition, Brandt serves on the Board of Trustees at The Kinkaid School.

As Executive Vice President, Deans oversees the development of commercial and multifamily projects from inception to delivery, to ensure the entirety of the project aligns with Midway’s investment strategy. One of Deans’ primary projects is Midway’s East River project, 150 acres of carefully designed, multi-phase, mixed-use development that will transform Houston’s waterfront east of Downtown into a new economic center.

Jacob Sudhoff, CEO of Douglas Elliman Texas, took the helm in September 2019 when his decade-old firm Sudhoff Companies joined forces with one of the nation’s largest independent residential real estate brokerages by sales volume, expanding its presence into the state of Texas for the first time.

As CEO of the Texas Region, Jacob is responsible for rolling out the Douglas Elliman brand around the state, with offices located in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. In his executive leadership role, he oversees the

company’s complete suite of services which includes development marketing, builder marketing, traditional real estate sales, relocation, and commercial real estate. Sophisticated research and analysis are conducted under his tutelage, providing pertinent market data and information to Douglas Elliman’s clients across the nation.

With over 20 years of industry experience and an integrated approach to real estate sales and marketing, Jacob is a real estate veteran whose vision and entrepreneurship contributed to the transformation of Houston’s residential landscape. Jacob is a former top-producing agent with sales in the billions, which is a rare but beneficial trait for the person at the helm. His extensive real estate expertise includes both residential and commercial sales, capital markets, planning, design, and procurement for residential projects, which allowed him to create a niche in luxury high-density residential development.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jacob is involved in multiple businesses which intersect with real estate: CASA, a luxury interior design showroom featuring refined Italian brands, and Vernon G. Henry & Associates, Inc., an urban planning and development consulting firm.

Always dedicated to giving back to the community in which he serves, Jacob has chaired the AIDS Foundation Gala and is a supporter of Preservation Houston, Covenant House, and the Houston Community Foundation. David Wolff is Chairman and President of Wolff Companies, a Houston-based holding company which manages his activities and investments in real estate development, financial assets, professional sports and agriculture.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Wolff graduated with honors from Amherst College in 1962 and with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1964. He has served as a Trustee of Amherst College and is presently a Trustee Emeritus. He has been an adviser to the faculty of Harvard Business School in the development of the study of entrepreneurship and was Chairman of his class’ 50th reunion campaign, which raised more money than any other reunion campaign in the school’s history.

He performed his military service with the U.S. Coast Guard and, subsequently, as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.

David Wolff founded Wolff, Morgan and Company in 1970, which evolved into Wolff Companies in 1985 and has guided the company to its position as Houston’s largest developer of office, business and industrial parks as well as sites for healthcare, hotels, retail and multi-family.

He is a partner in the San Francisco Giants and Oracle Park, San Francisco. His current agricultural interests include a 1,680-acre working cattle ranch in Independence, Texas, which he has operated for 36 years. For 16 years, he owned and oversaw operations for private vineyards in the Napa Valley of California.

During his five decades in Houston, David Wolff has worked on many community endeavors including: the West Houston Association which he co-founded and then chaired for six years; the Houston Parks Board on which he served for 12 years, including two terms as Chairman; the Houston Grand Opera where he was Vice President and Chairman of the Finance Committee; and the Greater Houston Partnership. Mr. Wolff was Chairman of METRO (the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County) from 2004 to 2010.

David and his wife, Mary, have been married for more than 40 years and have two daughters, two sons-in-law, three granddaughters and two grandsons.

As COO, is Tom Paterson responsible for optimizing firm performance through effective management of

Lionstone’s resources and talent. Together with the co-head of operations, he designs and implements

operating policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of departments within the firm. In

addition, as head of portfolio management, he is responsible for oversight of portfolios and assets on

behalf of all funds and investors. He is a voting member of the Investment committee and serves on the

Operating committee. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2007, he spent four years at Pricewaterhouse

Coopers. He received a B.B.A. in Finance and MBA from The University of Texas.

Kevin Wyatt is a Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. Kevin has over twenty-six years of diversified professional experience in commercial real estate. His primary responsibility includes leasing for a variety of institutional third party managed real estate assets including high and low rise commercial office buildings, retail, service centers/warehouse facilities and industrial parks totaling nearly one million square feet.

In his 26 years of experience, he has represented major corporate clients, including ING Baring, MetLife, Manufacturers Life, New York Life, Realty Financial Partners, and Harbert Financial. Notable leases in his career include a 700,000 SF lease for Dynegy Inc., a 235,000 SF corporate headquarter consolidation for Exterran (the NAIOP “Deal of the Year”), a 139,083 SF lease for Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, a 121,000 SF lease with Wells Fargo Bank and a 101,600 SF lease for Targa Resources. Kevin was runner up for the NAIOP “Deal of the Year” for the Dynegy Lease and has been named a Real Estate “Heavy Hitter” by HBJ on several occasions.

As Vice President of Design and Construction, Marc leads the design and construction efforts for KDC’s Houston office. He brings to the role expertise in all aspects of project development, with a primary focus in construction project management and extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating.

During his three years with KDC, Marc has worked alongside Sarofim Realty Advisors to complete the 68,500-square-foot regional headquarters for Lennar Corporation, one of the nations’ largest home builders. The $12 million, two-story building is located at Greens Crossing Office Development and includes a five-acre detention pond and walking trails. Marc is also managing the new 60,000-square-foot office building for KPRC Channel 2, Houston’s NBC affiliate.

Marc’s background includes more than 13 years of construction management at one of the largest regional commercial construction companies. During this time, he successfully managed a number of large scale projects, including complex renovations, new hospitals, research buildings, and high rise office buildings, all ranging from $15MM to $300MM.

Bob joined Moody Rambin in 1994 bringing his office agency leasing experience to the firm. Bob has leased office properties throughout the Houston metro market for numerous clients from high net worth individuals to national institutional clients. As Managing Director and over thirty years in office leasing, Bob directs the daily operations with a team of tenured agency leasing office professionals.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Bob started commercial real estate in 1983 with a local developer Don Mafrige Real Estate where he focused on interior construction and office property management. In 1988, Bob joined Everest Funds and worked under the late Howard Weathers where he transitioned from property management to landlord focused leased transactions.

Bob is a native Houstonian, married to his wife Leia and has two daughters, Lillian (14) and Margaret (12). He enjoys spending time with family anywhere along the Texas coast or in central Texas hill country enjoying outdoor activities.

His experience in real estate dates back to 1983 with hands-on experience of developing commercial and residential properties alongside his father. In 1996, Curry founded Pinnacle Appraisal Group, LLC. By focusing on customer service, standardized processes, training, and utilization of technology, Curry grew the company into one of the top appraisal firms in the country and his business model became the standard for many national banks. Curry then founded Pinnacle Commercial and experienced first-hand the difficulty in obtaining quality commercial real estate information. He founded Xceligent as an answer to that industry need in Kansas City. Over the last nearly 20 years, he has directed Xceligent’s growth into a proactively researched commercial real estate information provider covering more than 50 US markets.
