Robert Fields leads all new development and project management activities for the firm. His project experience includes corporate headquarters, commercial office developments, multifamily properties, mixed-use development and hospitality projects. He is personally hands-on with all projects, commencing with due diligence and financial modeling, then continuing through design and into construction. During his career, Mr. Fields has been involved in the development of over $3 billion in real estate, including over 5 million square feet of corporate facilities. Mr. Fields received his M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

King Scovell joined Woodbine in 2007 and serves as Chief Development Officer, responsible for managing and overseeing all of the Woodbine construction team. Kelly Hall has been with Harvey for 24 years. Harvey is a full service General Contractor with offices in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas, as well as Washington D.C. In his current position, he oversees major projects, is integrally involved with the company operations, corporate safety, preconstruction services and major projects. Kelly has 30 years of experience in commercial construction. During his tenure with Harvey, Kelly has been involved in major projects such as Anadarko Allison Tower, Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, Houston Pavilions(Greenstreet), 609 Main, Daikin Texas Comfortplex and multiple GSA projects in the U.S. In addition, he acted as Harvey’s Corporate Executive for the ExxonMobil Campus Project. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, Charlotte, as well as his 17 year old son, Wyatt and 13 year old daughter, Lily. They reside in Friendswood, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting and snow skiing with his family.

Warren W. Wilson is the Executive Vice President of CDC Houston, Inc., a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York. In his role with CDC, he is principally responsible for the company’s Springwoods Village master planned community project and the company’s land holdings in Martin County, Florida. The 2,000 acre Springwoods Village project was launched in 2010 with the ExxonMobil campus and the community is now home to Southwestern Energy, CHI – St. Luke’s, American Bureau of Shipping, and Hewlett Packard Inc campuses. In addition, a wide variety of hospitality, retail and residential offerings are open with additional retail and office space under construction. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has also announced plans to relocate its Houston campus to Springwoods Village. Prior to joining Coventry in 2011, Warren held management positions at The Rouse Company and its successor, General Growth Properties.

Tim Welbes has spent most of his career in building family communities. A

native of Burke, South Dakota, Tim graduated from the University of

Houston with a degree in Accounting. As a CPA he began his career with

the public accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney. From 1977 to 1985 he

worked for private and public home builders.

Welbes joined The Woodlands Corporation (now known as The Woodlands

Development Company) in 1985 as vice president of sales and marketing in

the residential division. He now serves as president of the company.

He is a member of professional associations as well as a number of local

civic organizations and charities.

Tim and his wife Peg live in The Woodlands and are parents to four grown

children and three grandchildren.

Nate Newman

Nate Newman leads a team of highly qualified advisors specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial business parks, and single-tenant net leased assets. Nate began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 with a small commercial real estate brokerage company in The Woodlands, TX. His timing coincided with The Great Recession, which taught Nate valuable lessons in humility, determination, and how to hustle. After five years and 65 transactions of various sizes, Nate joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 to open The Woodlands office. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Nate was very successful in representing some of the largest investors and developers in Houston. Nate has sold in excess of $400,000,000 of properties and he and his team have personally underwritten/valued billions of dollars worth of assets as a service to their clients.

Nate also has extensive experience as a developer, specializing in build-to-suit development and working through entitlement challenges for large land tracts. Since 2014, Nate has successfully developed three retail build-to-suits, one medical office building, and one large scale mixed-use development of 107 acres. Nate is currently developing three industrial business parks totaling 400,000 square feet and 5 mixed-use projects on 200+ acres totaling over one million square feet. Nate’s approach to investments is unique because he is able to leverage his transactional investment brokerage experience to generate capital, source deal opportunities, and have the knowledge base to work through challenges.

Nate is a graduate of Baylor University and is happily married to Marifer Newman. Marifer and Nate have two children. When not working, Nate enjoys spending time at his ranch, playing golf, serving in church, sailing, reading, and traveling with his family.

Township Director Bruce Rieser was elected to Township Office in November 2016.

Bruce Rieser and his wife Sarah moved to The Woodlands in 1989. Married for 32 years, the Riesers have one grown daughter. Bruce retired from British Airways (BA) in 2010 as Director Properties, the Americas, where he managed BA's real estate assets and airport relationships in the Western Hemisphere.

In 2011 he founded SKR Consulting, LLc, which provides tactical, operational and real estate advice to the aviation community. He is currently consulting on the proposed new International terminal at Houston George Bush Airport.

In addition to his duties as a Director, Mr. Rieser also serves as the Township's representative to The Woodlands Road Utility district, as the Chairman of the Board of Visit The Woodlands and as Chairman of the Township Drainage Taskforce.

of real estate. She also has experience

sales. Her clients include physicians,

Elena’s past career as a cancer research

scientist with the world’s best cancer

centers and research institutions has

led her to choose her core areas of

specialization. Being actively involved

with the healthcare industry through

Executives (ACHE) and the Medical

Group Management Association

(MGMA), helps her to stay updated with

the needs of this industry and to better

serve her clients.

The most rewarding part of her job is

developing relationships with clients

and gaining their trust and confidence

as their real estate advisor. In regards

Gil Staley has been with The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership for

over 18 years and serves as Chief Executive Officer. In this position, he is responsible

for recruiting new businesses to the South Montgomery County area as well as directing

the business retention and expansion program. Gil also oversees the operational

aspects of the EDP while maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.

Prior to joining the EDP, he was the District Sales Director in Houston for Delta Air Lines.

In this role, he was responsible for marketing, corporate sales and community affairs for

Central & South Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Gil was with Delta for over

26 years.

Gil is a 2009 Center for Houston's Future Business/Civic Leadership Forum graduate, as

well as a 2006 Leadership Montgomery County graduate. He serves on numerous

community boards including The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast

Workforce Board and Conroe North Houston Regional Airport Advisory Board. Gil is a

member of the Texas Economic Development Council, the International Economic

Development Council and Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County.

Gil is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.B.A. degree in Business

Management.
