Brandon Houston is a Principal with Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta office, where his responsibilities include sourcing and executing new office development and investment opportunities. With over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Brandon has negotiated over 2 million square feet of commercial leases and has been involved in development projects valued at over $900 million. He specializes in market analysis, project branding, financial analysis, lease negotiation, design team oversight and construction management.

Brandon previously served as a Principal in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. Prior to Trammell Crow Company, Brandon served as a Vice President with JP Morgan, focusing on commercial investment strategies for high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining JP Morgan, Brandon was a Director of Development with Midway Companies in Houston, overseeing site selection and development for over 1 million square feet of office and industrial projects in the Houston area.

Brandon has an MBA from Rice University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Brandon currently serves on the NAIOP State and Local Subcommittee and is a past director for the NAIOP Houston Chapter. Brandon is a board member for the Jones Graduate School Alumni Association at Rice University and he is an adjunct Professor in the Graduate Real Estate Program at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.

Bob joined Moody Rambin in 1994 bringing his office agency leasing experience to the firm. Bob has leased office properties throughout the Houston metro market for numerous clients from high net worth individuals to national institutional clients. As Managing Director and over thirty years in office leasing, Bob directs the daily operations with a team of tenured agency leasing office professionals.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Bob started commercial real estate in 1983 with a local developer Don Mafrige Real Estate where he focused on interior construction and office property management. In 1988, Bob joined Everest Funds and worked under the late Howard Weathers where he transitioned from property management to landlord focused leased transactions.

Bob is a native Houstonian, married to his wife Leia and has two daughters, Lillian (14) and Margaret (12). He enjoys spending time with family anywhere along the Texas coast or in central Texas hill country enjoying outdoor activities.

David and his team are currently responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing efforts for numerous office buildings within the Houston area. David directs an office portfolio that consists of 6 projects totaling approximately 8 million square feet.

EDUCATION

David earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baylor University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).

Lilly Golden is the Principal and Founder of Evergreen Commercial Realty with

over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation,

project leasing, investment sales, and development. She currently represents a

wide variety of space users including grocers, big box retailers, lifestyle tenants,

and restaurateurs. She leases some of the most notable retail centers in Houston

and has developed property for national credit tenants in Texas and New Mexico.

Lilly has frequently been awarded the “Heavy Hitters Award” from the Houston

Business Journal and the “Broker of the Year Award” from Costar. She has been

honored by Bisnow as one of Houston’s Most Influential Women in Commercial

Real Estate and by REDNEWS as the 2021 Texas ICON. She earned her “CCIM”

which is recognized as an elite designation in the commercial real estate

investment industry and often participates in real estate panel discussions as she

is known as an expert in her field.

Lilly graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Engineering and

from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business with an MBA.

Prior to forming Evergreen Commercial Realty in 2005, Lilly worked at JLL in

Chicago, Trammell Crow, and the Chain Links affiliate in Houston.

Lilly is involved in several business and charitable organizations. She plays tennis

and golf, enjoys snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and two daughters.
