Mr. Naef’s distinguished career includes the development of over 17,000 acres of award winning, masterfully-planned communities in Nevada and Texas. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations. Currently, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Katy Economic Development Authority and the West Houston Association.

A graduate of California State University, Chico, Mr. Naef earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1989.

Andrea is a Project Executive at DPR Construction, with over 19-years of construction industry

expertise providing a balance of private and public sector residential, hospitality and commercial

developments. In this role, Andrea delivers projects successfully by combining strategy, direction

and highly-motivated leadership with experience, organization, passion and dedication. She

oversees commercial and corporate office projects, and guides ongoing preconstruction process

and strategic client partnerships. This scope of work encompasses supporting regional growth

strategies and administering business development best practices.

Andrea has spent her career in the professional services industry, specifically in engineering and

construction. Prior to joining DPR Construction in 2014, Andrea served as Project Director for

Webcor Builders, where she led the preconstruction efforts on the $400 million Moscone

Convention Center Expansion project in San Francisco, CA. She also delivered the following

corporate office projects, SFPUC Headquarters in San Francisco and Western Asset Plaza in

Pasadena, CA.

Andrea is active in a number of industry and community organizations including RECA and

Girlstart. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon

State University.

Doug Goff is Chief Operating Officer of The Johnson Development Corporation; a Houston based firm specializing in highly amenitized, master planned residential and mixed-use communities. In this role, Doug is responsible for the direction and management of development of over 44,500 acres with entitlements for 74,000 residential units and 16,600,000 square feet of retail / commercial space in Houston, Dallas and Atlanta. Over the past 20 years, Johnson communities have created over $25+ billion in new taxable value for municipalities, school districts and counties. Before assuming his current responsibilities as COO in 2005, Doug was General Manager of Johnson’s Sienna Plantation, a 10,500 acre master planned community in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree from LSU and a Masters in Management from Purdue University. He has been a resident of Fort Bend County for the past twenty six years.

Doug is actively involved in numerous civic and professional organizations including:

Jeffrey S. Hayes has represented both national and local retailers and investors throughout

the Houston market. His areas of expertise include retail, tenant representation, land

brokerage and project development.

Focused on long-term, full-service relationships with key retailers, Hayes’ clients include

24 Hour Fitness, Cinemark, Children’s Learning Adventure, Verizon Wireless, Five Below,

RaceTrac Petroleum, Lovett Dental and Capital One, and Jiffy Lube. He has advised and

represented retailers in the site selection, market analysis and purchase and/or lease

negotiations in all of the major submarkets throughout the Houston area and South Texas.

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Economics Management, Hayes is

a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and is also currently an active member

of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Hayes has been awarded

NewQuest’s Top Land (1) and Top Hybrid Broker (5) in recent years, as well as “Heavy Hitter”

distinction by the Houston Business Journal for several years (2007, 2008, 2012-2015).

Neil brings over 20 years of corporate finance and management experience covering a wide range of industries including real estate. Neil currently serves as the CEO and President of Triple Tap Ventures LLC, which is the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema franchisee for a number of territories in Texas. Under Neil’s leadership the Company has grown the Alamo brand with locations in Lubbock and El Paso and will be adding two additional locations in Houston. Prior to Triple Tap Ventures, Neil’s experience includes investment banking and corporate finance positions. Neil was a partner at the New York based investment banking firm TM Capital Corp. He also served as the head of investment banking for an institutional-focused financial services firm, APS Financial Services. In addition, he served as the managing director of a real estate development firm, IDM Properties, where he directed raising capital and deal structuring for its projects.

Lilly Golden is the Principal and Founder of Evergreen Commercial Realty with

over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation,

project leasing, investment sales, and development. She currently represents a

wide variety of space users including grocers, big box retailers, lifestyle tenants,

and restaurateurs. She leases some of the most notable retail centers in Houston

and has developed property for national credit tenants in Texas and New Mexico.

Lilly has frequently been awarded the “Heavy Hitters Award” from the Houston

Business Journal and the “Broker of the Year Award” from Costar. She has been

honored by Bisnow as one of Houston’s Most Influential Women in Commercial

Real Estate and by REDNEWS as the 2021 Texas ICON. She earned her “CCIM”

which is recognized as an elite designation in the commercial real estate

investment industry and often participates in real estate panel discussions as she

is known as an expert in her field.

Lilly graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Engineering and

from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business with an MBA.

Prior to forming Evergreen Commercial Realty in 2005, Lilly worked at JLL in

Chicago, Trammell Crow, and the Chain Links affiliate in Houston.

Lilly is involved in several business and charitable organizations. She plays tennis

and golf, enjoys snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and two daughters.
