Ron Bateman has designed more than 5 million square feet of interiors. During his 30 year career, he has worked on projects ranging from 2,000 square feet to 525,000 square feet, primarily for professional service firms and energy clients. Building client relationships and creating innovative design concepts are two of Ron’s many passions. His work has earned accolades from his clients and a number of awards from the design community. Ron’s special abilities allow him to gain and maintain client confidence as well as create award-winning spaces.

As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

John holds a BS in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He worked in Los Angeles for Marmol + Radziner Associates and Frank O. Gehry Associates before becoming a founding partner and principal of AT6 Architecture in San Francisco. His completed works have been published in numerous notable publications. He has also been a Senior Visiting Lecturer at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco as well as SCI-Arc. John founded and was head designer of Nico+Lulu, a digital print design studio that supplied prints for the fabric and wallpaper industries before joining Boxer Property.

After traveling all over the globe for renowned architectural firms such as Gensler, PGAL, and Morris Architects; and after managing a team of experts at Total CAD Systems, an Autodesk reseller, helping thousands realize the potential of technology as it applies to building design & construction, Dat Lien now adds entrepreneurship to his repertoire with the formation of Axoscape, a BIM consulting and Building Information Modeling company that only hires and trains local grads to handle all things BIM . With over a decade of architectural experience, Dat combines leveraged technology with the AEC business so clients can stay competitive while maintaining flexibility. When he's not helping AEC firms with BIM services, he's busy with organizations such as the Houston Area Revit Users Group / BIM Peer Group, AGC, ABC, the AIA, A Child's Hope and his alma matter, Texas A&M University. Utilizing his education, experience, and eagerness to help, Dat enjoys sharing ideas with others everywhere he goes.

Mike Gleason is a Partner at Netrix and Director of the IT Real Estate practice. Netrix is an IT consulting firm that helps clients bridge the gap between construction and technology. Netrix works with clients during all phases of a new buildout; from initial accurate IT budgeting, design, migration planning as well as ensuring the technologies deployed are seamless to the end user in the consumption model that fits their business. Mike’s group recently acted as the lead IT architect for Zurich Insurance’s 783,000sq ft. corporate HQ in Chicago, IL as well as many other corporate relocations across the country.

As a Registered Interior Design, Beth Ann is involved with projects from test fits, programming, early schematic design thru construction administration as well as furniture assessment and coordination. She understands that the successful completion of a project is a team effort and maintains a solution-based approach when coordination with design and construction teams. Beth Ann has worked on a variety of project types ranging from law firms, creative firms to call centers including Success Partners, AAA Texas Regional Headquarters, Locke Lord Dallas & Boston offices, TJX Companies & Café Momentum.
