As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Jim Tainter is NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division’s Managing Director and group leader responsible for the provision of leasing, marketing, property, project, and asset management services delivered to NAI Partners investor and landlord-agency clients. With over thirty years of progressive experience in Real Estate Ownership, Asset Management, Brokerage, Development, Construction/Project Management, Sourcing Third Party Business, Marketing and Leasing, Asset Acquisitions/Dispositions, and Property Management on a diverse base of commercial, industrial, retail and multi-family product types; Jim joined NAI Partners in 2014.

His track record for being actively engaged and providing exceptional service with an “owners point of view” via the deployment of high functioning teams to many of the most discerning property owners is undisputed. His strengths include: earning the confidence of his clients, recruiting, developing, and motivating top talent, organizing engaged teams, and deploying best practice mentalities from an owner’s perspective is how Jim generates value for owners of commercial real estate, their assets/properties, and the agency leasing, property management, property accounting, and project services teams of NAI Partners.

Prior to joining NAI Partners; Jim worked at Harsch Investment Properties, as it’s Senior Vice President – Regional Manager in charge of Las Vegas, where he oversaw all leasing (both in-house and third

party brokers) as well management operations on 8 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space.

Prior to Harsch, Jim was a Principal in charge of Asset Management for eight years at Balke Brown Associates, a St. Louis-based Owner, Developer, Manager, and Broker, where he oversaw the growth of their asset management portfolio from 1.5 to 5 million square in his first five years there and initiated the company’s strategic plan to diversify its business lines to include brokerage.

As the Head of Operations for WeWork’s Southern region, which includes Texas, Georgia,

Florida, Missouri, North Carolina and Tennessee, Nathan Lenahan manages Facilities, Security,

IT, Hospitality and Business Operations. He came to WeWork in 2016 after launching and

selling a real-estate and property management company, Redleg Property Group. Before

launching his business, Nathan served as a Facility Manager at Lockheed Martin. Nathan

Lenahan also serves in the Texas Army National Guard in Austin, Texas, as a Field Artillery

platoon sergeant and has completed two combat tours to Iraq with over 13 years of service.

Nathan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MBA and received a B.S. in

Facility & Property Management from BYU. Nathan now lives in the DFW area with his wife and

the next generation of entrepreneurs, his four children.
