Robert Fields leads all new development and project management activities for the firm. His project experience includes corporate headquarters, commercial office developments, multifamily properties, mixed-use development and hospitality projects. He is personally hands-on with all projects, commencing with due diligence and financial modeling, then continuing through design and into construction. During his career, Mr. Fields has been involved in the development of over $3 billion in real estate, including over 5 million square feet of corporate facilities. Mr. Fields received his M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

Chrissy is a commercial real estate veteran and expert with 39 years of

experience representing tenants, landlords and owners. She possesses a

distinctive insight into the industry, market knowledge and expertise, which she

converts into quantifiable results for her clients regarding asset positioning,

lease negotiations and investment opportunities. Her primary goal is to partner

with and empower clients to make educated real estate decisions. At its

essence, Chrissy believes that commercial real estate is a business about

people. Her ambition has always been to be proactive, trustworthy and an active

listener who provides value to her diverse clientele.

Experience

JLL Houston President Dan Bellow tapped Chrissy to establish the Houston

Agency Leasing Group in 2013. As an Executive Vice President and senior

member, she advised the service delivery and expansion of the business line.

She has been instrumental to its success and after 6 years has seen it grow to a

robust team and formidable group in the Houston market. Chrissy works closely

with her clients and team to develop and execute leasing and marketing

strategies customized to each owner’s short- or long-term goals for their real

estate assets. Before joining JLL in 2013, Chrissy was the Managing Director of

Leasing at Hines, where she oversaw a 13-million-square-foot portfolio of

downtown and suburban Houston office properties, including executing the

world’s largest lease for 2011, a 1.2-million-square-foot renewal for Shell Oil at

One and Two Shell Plaza.

Allen leads the project leasing team to provide consulting, marketing, merchandising and

leasing services to landlords and developers. Her profound expertise covers a range of

asset classes including traditional neighborhood, regional and super-regional shopping

centers, mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, and entertainment venues. Allen also

provides tenant representation services and market strategy for local, regional and

national retailers and restaurants looking to expand their concepts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Allen worked as a senior leasing agent for Brixmor

Property Group (formerly Centro Properties Group), the second largest owner of open air

neighborhood and regional shopping centers in the nation. With an assigned portfolio of

more than 2.5 million square feet, she correlated the marketing, negotiation, construction

coordination, budgeting and overall execution of transactions with new and existing

tenants. She also played an integral role in multiple redevelopment projects. Throughout

her tenure she was consistently a top producer not only within the Southwest region but

nationally, and she executed more than 2 million square feet of lease transactions alone.

Today, Allen has built a leasing portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of existing and

new developments, and, in the last 12 months has executed transactions that created over

$100 million in value. Crystal Allen currently leases many of the largest, most high profile

projects within the country, and is consistently requested by the company’s premier clients

to represent projects. She is a top producer within the firm, is considered a leader within

the retail industry and a mentor to her team members. Her clients include Brookfield,

Oliver McMillan, DC Partners, LNR Partners, Patrinely Group, CDC, Xenia Lodging, Imperial

Development, Skanska, 4M Investments, Woodridge Capital, Walton Street Capital and

Ley/Wilson Development as well as multiple tenants including Amorino Gelato, Habitat for

Crystal graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas State

University in San Marcos, Texas.

Having been an engineer at Walter P Moore since 1980, Charlie is widely recognized for his contributions to the

profession and his advancements in research and education related to storm water management, storm

preparedness, and flood risk mitigation. Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects spanning large

campuses and municipal districts, emphasizing sound master planning, community collaboration, and low-impact

development (LID) strategies. Charlie specializes in hydraulic design, hydrologic analysis, flood protection, and LID,

and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Kentucky, and Illinois.

It is perhaps because of this specialized expertise that Charlie is regularly sought by a variety of professional,

industry, and educational organizations — both across the United States and in Europe — to share and expound on

critical topics such as flood protection design, flood risk, and emergency preparedness. He regularly guest lectures

at Rice University, speaking on the topics of floodplain mitigation, Low Impact Development and Storm Surge

Barrier Design. Charlie also teaches the Civil and Environmental Department’s Senior Design class at Rice.

Charlie has served on the Harris County Flood Control Low Impact Development Guidelines Committee and the

Houston Land and Water Sustainability Forum. He has also been active on the Board of the Houston Water

Authority Corporation, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Environmental Committee of EWRI,

and is a member of the SSPEED Center research collaborative at Rice University.

Warren W. Wilson is the Executive Vice President of CDC Houston, Inc., a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York. In his role with CDC, he is principally responsible for the company’s Springwoods Village master planned community project and the company’s land holdings in Martin County, Florida. The 2,000 acre Springwoods Village project was launched in 2010 with the ExxonMobil campus and the community is now home to Southwestern Energy, CHI – St. Luke’s, American Bureau of Shipping, and Hewlett Packard Inc campuses. In addition, a wide variety of hospitality, retail and residential offerings are open with additional retail and office space under construction. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has also announced plans to relocate its Houston campus to Springwoods Village. Prior to joining Coventry in 2011, Warren held management positions at The Rouse Company and its successor, General Growth Properties.

Todd N. Edmonds has used his 25 plus years of

specialization in the acquisition and sale of commercial land

and office/industrial real estate in the Houston area to

assist clients in their real estate decision making and

problem solving processes.

Todd began his real estate career when he joined his

grandfather's firm – T.N. Edmonds & Associates – in 1980's

as researcher, then an associate real estate

appraiser. During this period Todd worked directly with

developers, investors, lenders and large institutions

analyzing market trends, pricing, acquisition and disposition

scenarios for commercial properties throughout the Greater

Houston area. This training and background enhanced

Todd’s analytical and valuation skills that today allow him to

uniquely and critically analyze a property’s current and

potential highest and best use. Today, Todd is considered

among the top land and industrial experts in the Houston

area and has been inducted in Colliers Everest Club

multiple times and named to the Houston Business

Journal’s Heavy Hitters consistently since 1999. With The

Betz Companies from 1997 to 2002, Todd specialized in

the sale, leasing and acquisition of office/warehouse and

commercial land with these activities primarily focused in

northwest Houston and south Montgomery County. In

2002, Todd joined Colliers International as Vice President

in the Industrial/Land Division and was given the

responsibility of expanding Colliers’ presence in these

areas throughout Greater Houston. His knowledge and

expertise quickly made him known as Colliers’ Houston

Land expert. In 2003 he was recognized as the “Colliers All

Star” and has been among the top revenue producers each

year since joining the firm. Todd received his CCIM

designation in 1999 and added his SIOR designation in

2005. The following year was promoted to Principal and

head of Colliers Houston Land Practice Group.

Todd is active in various Houston area real estate and

business organizations as he is past President of The

Houston Realty Business Club (www.HRBC.org), Past

President of Houston Chapter of SIOR, past Vice President

of TNW MUD among others. Through his experience and

expertise he has mentored many aspiring real estate

professionals.

Marlisa Briggs is the executive director of the North Houston Association (NHA), overseeing all aspects

of the membership-based non-profit organization that works to maintain a positive business climate in

north Harris County and Montgomery County through work with both the private and public sector.

Briggs began her career at NHA and later served as the public information manager for the Montgomery

County Hospital District, the education/public awareness coordinator for the Lone Star Groundwater

Conservation District, and also provided public relations consulting services for several clients. In August

2016, she returned to the North Houston Association as the executive director.

She is a FEMA-certified Public Information Officer, has received the Texas Water Development Board’s

Raincatcher Award, a Houston Press Club award, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.

Briggs serves on the board of the Klein ISD Education Foundation and Leadership North Houston, is a

member of Houston Stronger, serves on the stakeholder group of TxDOT’s I-45 N PEL study and Harris

County Flood Control District’s bond project advisory group, and volunteers at her church. She is a

University of Texas at Austin graduate with a Bachelor of Journalism.

Most importantly, she is a proud mom of three, one of which serves in the United States Coast Guard.

She and her husband Brett live in Klein, Texas.

Since 2016, Adam Galland has served as the TxDOT Area Engineer for Montgomery County. Adam

started his career with TxDOT in 2004 and has worked in various roles as an Engineering Assistant

throughout the Houston District. Adam previously worked in the North Harris Area Office before

moving to the Montgomery County Area Office.

Adam graduated from Louisiana State University in December 2002 with a degree in Biological

Engineering.  In December 2013, he completed his master’s degree in Business Administration from the

University of Houston.

Adam’s hometown is New Orleans, Louisiana where his parents reside.  He is married to Melody

Galland, Southeast Harris Area Engineer.  They have three children:  Angelina, Adrian and Sebastian.
