Ryan McCord joined McCord in 2003 and has served as President since 2008. Founded in 1973, McCord is a leader in commercial real estate and has a great track record of success in urban infill and green field development. Since joining MDI, Ryan has led more than three-quarters of a billion dollars of transactions in office, retail, multi-family, condo, bond, and land throughout Texas and across the country.

Today, Ryan’s focus is on developing Generation Park, the newest and largest master planned economic center in Houston. Located on Beltway 8 in the Lake Houston area, over $500MM / 2MM SF of Office, Retail, Civic, and Industrial have been constructed in Generation Park since breaking ground in 2014. Hospitality and Multi-family are set to start construction in 2017. At 4,000 acres Generation Park is by far the largest contiguous property on Beltway 8, has the most frontage (2.5 miles) and is the closest to Downtown, both airports, all major sporting venues, and the Texas Medical Center.

McCord takes seriously the stewardship owed to such a significant development opportunity in the Greater Houston Area and is focused on creating the greatest possible value for the entire region.

Prior to joining McCord, Ryan served as Risk Manager for GE Capital Real Estate in Tokyo and participated in over $2 billion of equity and debt transactions in Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea and the Czech Republic.

Ryan holds a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and currently serves on the board of the Herman Park Conservancy.

A businessman with strong ties in the United States, Mexico and Europe, Roberto Contreras has made a name for himself as a respected entrepreneur. Mr. Contreras has founded and owned several highly successful companies, including Cosentino North America, recognized in 2005 by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 50 fastest growing private companies in the U.S.

Ryan LeVasseur joined Rice Management Company in 2019 as the Managing Director of Direct Real Estate. In this role, Mr. LeVasseur is responsible for investments in strategic development opportunities in Houston. Prior to joining RMC, Mr. LeVasseur spent five years in Hines’ New York development office where he was a Managing Director. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. LeVasseur was a Director at HR&A Advisors. While at HR&A, he was responsible for urban development assignments in an array of locations including the New York City metropolitan area, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Detroit. Mr. LeVasseur received an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University where he was a Kinne Fellow and a Bachelor of Architecture and a BA in Architecture from Rice University. Ryan serves as a member of the Columbia GSAPP Alumni Board and was an adjunct professor at Columbia University teaching a course on real estate market analytics.

Ryan started with the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (HCSCC) in February

of 2017 as Director of Projects and Capital Improvement and was appointed Executive

Director by the Board of Directors in May of 2018. HCSCC was created by Harris County

Commissioners Court to oversee, maintain, manage and develop county-owned NRG Park

that includes NRG Stadium, NRG Center, NRG Arena and the NRG Astrodome.

As Executive Director, he is responsible for the oversight and operation of NRG Park in both

day-to-day operations and long-term development. Those duties also include working with

NRG Park’s tenants – The Houston Livestock Show & RodeoTM and the NFL’s Houston

Texans – to coordinate all capital, large maintenance, and repair & replacement projects

throughout the entire 350-acre NRG Park complex. Ryan was recently tasked to help

manage NRG Park operations during the BakerRipley Disaster Shelter as well as the

coordination of the Regional Response Staging Headquarters at NRG Park for federal, state

and local law enforcement and disaster response agencies following Hurricane Harvey.

Ryan also works with Harris County, Texas Commissioners Court on HCSCC’s annual

Capital Improvement Project requests and various other projects.

Prior to HCSCC, Walsh was Special Assistant to Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, the chief

executive officer for county government in Texas, for 8 years. He worked on a variety of

issues including the Astrodome, Emergency Management, County Boards and Commissions

and Harris County Public Health.

Ryan is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston with B.A.s in

Political Science and Russian, and is currently working on his Master’s Degree in

International Business at St. Thomas University. He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy traveling

the world and the outdoors.

Mr. Schultz is a Real Estate developer and investor whose company, RHS Interests, LLC. has created, owns and operates

specialty shopping centers, hotels and mixed-use properties throughout the Houston & Austin, Texas areas, and in various cities

in the United States and Europe.  The company focuses on creating places that fit well into their neighborhood, with thoughtful

tenant selection, occasional investment and development of retail concepts, attention to ergonomics and an architectural design

collaboration approach that gives lasting value to the customer, the real estate and its surroundings.

Some of the better-known developments in Houston include Mid Main Lofts mixed use development, Oasis, Texas, the Kroger

Plaza at San Felipe, the Kroger Plaza in the Park, River Oaks Village, and renovations and redevelopments of 3939 Montrose,

3622 Main and 3700 Main Street. Hotel properties include the Marriot at the Capital in Austin, Texas, the InterContinental and

Staybridge Suites Hotel in the Uptown/Galleria area of Houston.

Mr. Schultz’s community work currently includes his founding and current board of directorship with Harris County

Improvement District No. 3, and he is a board member for The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art serving as President from

2010 to 2014 and again in 2021. He also served as a founding board member and former Chairman of the Tax Increment

Reinvestment Zone No. 19, which is a public entity charged with the improvement and beautification of the Upper Kirby area

and surrounding district. He is one of the principals in the neighboring Continental Club, sister club to the legendary Austin

music venue.

Mr. Schultz has proudly participated in teaching a reality development studio with William T. Cannady at the Rice Graduate

School of Architecture & Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University for nearly 20 years.

Ian M. Rosenberg founded INFILL Planning & Development in 2003. He has

been managing planning, design, construction, and operations and

maintenance of complex projects for over 20 years. Mr. Rosenberg has

worked closely with many public agencies and has been instrumental in the

planning and execution of projects for The Federal Reserve Bank, Buffalo

Bayou Partnership, Memorial Park Conservancy and Main Street Coalition.

Prior to founding INFILL, Mr. Rosenberg spent 14 years in various positions

at the Federal Reserve Bank, Houston Branch. During his tenure, Mr.

Rosenberg has either been responsible for or participated in a multitude of

large and small real estate projects culminating in the design and

construction of the Branch’s new $95 million, 314,000 sf facility on Allen

Parkway.

Mr. Rosenberg’s experience with the Federal Reserve qualified him for the

team hired to design the world’s largest cash management center for the

Peoples Bank of China in Shanghai, China. Mr. Rosenberg was responsible

for the project’s overall planning and conceptual design.

Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg is actively involved in a professional capacity in

several organizations whose missions are centered on the betterment of

Houston. First, Mr. Rosenberg served as Main Street Coalition’s Director of

Planning. Mr. Rosenberg has served as a Project Manager for the Buffalo

Bayou Partnership since 2003. In that role, Mr. Rosenberg has overseen the

development of the $15 Million Sabine to Bagby Promenade, $10 Million

International Coffee Building and real estate development for the

Partnership.

Mr. Rosenberg’s purchase and renovation of a historic buildings into 13

celsius and Mongoose versus Cobra have been recognized and earned a

Good Brick Award and ULI Development of Distinction Awards. Mr.

Rosenberg has also served on the Board of the Midtown Management

District, Legacy Community Health Centers and is the Past Chairman of the

Fifth Ward Community Development Corporation. He currently is a

member of the Houston Planning Commission.

Mr. Rosenberg received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Gerald D.

Hines College of Architecture at the University of Houston in 1996. He also

attended the Centre d’Etude d’Architcture et d’Urbanism, Saintes France

in 1995 and the Rice University Graduate School of Management for

Advanced Project Management Program in 2001.

Eric Cohen is an owner of Butler-Cohen Design + Build based in Houston, Texas. Eric oversees Butler-Cohen’s business operations and project development activities. Eric has extensive experience in the financing, design, and construction of a wide variety of projects, including educational, industrial, correctional and commercial projects. Eric received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Design Build Institute of America and several other industry groups.

Saul Valentin, Co-Founded Collaborate in 2011 and serves as the Chief

Executive Manager. As a multi-Discipline firm, Collaborate is involved in

Project Management, Design and Development of institutional, higher

education, city and commercial real estate projects. Saul has been involved in

more than a billion square feet of design and construction in office, retail, multi-

family, education, and hospitality projects throughout Texas and across the

country. Today, Saul’s focus is on developing Village Center, a large P3

economic development in Jersey Village. Located on 290 and Beltway 8 in the

City of Jersey Village, an Office, Multi-Family, Retail, Civic, and Hospitality is

in the planning stages and expected to break ground in 2020. Collaborate and

the City of Jersey Village vision is to create a civic centric Mix Use

development that will serve as a Hwy 290 economic center. Prior to founding

Collaborate, Saul served as Development Manager and Managing Principal for

3D/International, PARSON Corporation and Perspectiva. Saul currently serves

on the executive board of Buffalo Bayou Parks, Chairman of AVANCE and

immediate past chairman of Lone Star College Foundation board.

Bijal Patel, RID, is the Founder and Creative Director at LAUNCH, a cutting-edge Interior Design and

Graphics firm for CRE, which specializes in creating experience-rich, authentic spaces & graphics that

help reflect their client's brand, strategy and end-users. She has a reputation for being a change maker

Lindsey Caldwell serves on our marketing team as the event coordinator at our Boardwalk Towne Lake Project as well as the digital marketing strategist, planning, scheduling, increasing engagement, and creating social media content for our various projects such as Towne Lake, The Boardwalk Towne Lake, Caldwell Companies, The Work Well, and more. Since taking on the role, Lindsey has increased our overall Facebook content impressions to average over 1,000,000 per month.

She received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Southern California in Theatre with a minor in Business. Lindsey lived in Los Angeles for over 7 years, and worked as a reporter for E! News, interviewing both on and off the red carpet. While in her role, she helped strategize and manage their social media accounts, and created their Snapchat channel. Following Los Angeles, Lindsey moved to Nashville where she worked in social media management and reporting, interviewing everyone from Garth Brooks to Dolly Parton. Whether it’s for an entertainment story or a new opening for one of our projects, Lindsey loves the power of storytelling and building community through sharing good stories!

Lindsey enjoys traveling to new places, yoga, outside adventures, watching football, and is involved in her church.

As a young man, Vernon Veldekens returned home from studying in Australia with an idea to establish a family-run retail portfolio. Neha Agrawal, CPM, CCIM is the founder and principal for Kavi Properties, a Houston based investment and property management firm. Kavi Properties specializes in repositioning commoditized office assets through a strategic infusion of capital and hospitality-driven management. Prior to starting Kavi Properties, Neha worked in property management at Granite Properties and led the acquisitions team for CNA Group’s real estate holdings. Before transitioning to real estate, Agrawal led the operations for an international scrap metal trading firm. Agrawal received a BBA in Economics and Asian Studies from the University of Texas- Austin and an MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University.

Jaclyn Anderson is Director of Public Relations at Integrate, full-service marketing agency with

offices in Houston and Austin, TX. Jaclyn heads up the PR division, overseeing client strategy

and overall PR success. Jaclyn has over 10 years experience creating multi-faceted PR

strategies with media, strategic partnerships, community relations, event, and brand campaigns.

Prior to Integrate, Jaclyn was the Marketing & Communication Manager for MetroNational,

where she developed integrated marketing initiatives to support leasing, tenant satisfaction,

drive traffic, and enhance brand awareness for the developer and its 265-acre mixed-use

development, Memorial City.

Prior to MetroNational, Jaclyn spent seven years working in New York City at leading PR

agencies, Rubenstein Communications and Quinn, after starting her career at News

Corporation. Prior to moving to New York, Jaclyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from

Texas A&M University.

William “Bill” McKeon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Medical Center.

He is responsible for driving strategic, operational and programmatic initiatives across the Texas

Medical Center’s member institutions to enhance its leadership position in the life sciences.

McKeon joined the Texas Medical Center in 2013 as executive vice president, chief operating

officer and chief strategy officer.

McKeon attended Roger Williams University on the Harold G. Way Scholarship for Leadership

and Academic Excellence. He worked throughout his college years as a legal intern at

Asquith, Merolla, Anderson, Ryan & Wiley – a prestigious law firm in Providence, Rhode Island.

He graduated with top honors with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. He earned his

master’s degree from University of San Francisco School of Management.

McKeon began his professional career at Du Pont de Nemours. He initially led the

implementation of large news publishing systems around the world and was later promoted to

run marketing and business development. During his time at Du Pont, McKeon lived throughout

the United States, United Kingdom and Sweden. His career shifted to health care when he was

recruited to Stanford University Medical Center, where he initially led the Cardiovascular

Medicine and Cardiothoracic Surgery business. He was then promoted to Director of Market

Development for all 17 business lines at Stanford.

He then went to Raytel Medical Systems - the largest cardiac monitoring business in the United

States. He served as Executive Director and digitized all businesses so that physicians could see

patients’ EKGs online from anywhere in the world. At Raytel, he won the Computer World

Smithsonian Award in Medicine.

McKeon came to Houston to join U.S. Oncology, which provides cancer care for over 25 percent

of the U.S. population. There, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and

Pharmaceutical Business Relations. During McKeon’s tenure, U.S. Oncology grew from $250

million to $1.4 billion, filed for IPO and was later acquired by the McKesson Corporation.

McKeon then moved to Medtronic Inc., the largest medical device company in the world. He led

Strategy and Emerging Technologies across all of the Medtronic businesses. His main focus was

to define the digital strategy for all Medtronic medical devices so that they could connect to

cellular devices.

McKeon was then recruited to serve as President and CEO of Microport Inc. in Shanghai. He

grew the business from $17 million to $157 million in two years. Additionally, he diversified the

business from one line to four lines and prepared the company for IPO. Today, Microport is

listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

McKeon then moved to London to serve as President and CEO of Cellnovo, the first mobile

diabetes management system in the world. He raised $10 million for its Series A round and $57

million for the Series B. Cellnovo is public on the European Exchange.

John Flournoy manages McCord Development’s sales and leasing team and strategy. McCord is a

Houston-based opportunistic real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, and

management of office, industrial, land, single-family, and multifamily assets.

Today, John’s primarily focus is Generation Park, a 4,000-acre commercial enterprise park in northeast

Houston where over $1bn in vertical and infrastructure development has been completed in the last 48

months. Anchored by TechnipFMC’s 1mm square foot, $400mm campus, Generation Park is the 2nd

largest tract of land in Harris County with over 2.5 miles of Beltway 8 frontage. John works with Fortune

500 companies and other large corporations to bring headquarters and key facilities to the

Development.

John is a native Houstonian and holds a BA from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

He sits on the Executive Committee of Archway Academy, the nation’s largest recovery high school and

loves spending time in the outdoors with his family.
