Summary

  1. What's the attraction when it comes to large master-planned communities for both developers and residents?

  2. As Houston's population continues to boom, how will the southeast suburban market continue to attract and retain new residents?

  3. Will there be a movement to relocate offices to the suburbs as these communities grow? How will tenants’ behavior and habits change when returning to office?

  4. Will there ever be a day when people no longer need to travel to city to for work, medical care, restaurants, etc.?

  5. What kind of placemakers (i.e. retailers, entertainment centers and hospitality-industry tenants) are moving to master-planned community developments?? Why are they attracted to this region?
