Mr. Rivas joined Allied Realty in 2001 and he has successfully directed or assisted the acquisition/development of over 2,300 multifamily units for a total aggregate value of over $240 million.

Mr. Rivas’ responsibilities include all aspects of managing Allied Realty’s multifamily investment businesses that include acquisition and development. Mr. Rivas oversees the acquisition and disposition of assets, market feasibility, site selection, project design, permitting, construction management, and project financing. Mr. Rivas formed and oversees Allied’s first private equity fund launched in 2013 to develop multi-family assets in the major metropolitan areas of Texas.

Mr. Rivas’ professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leaders Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA). A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Rivas is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and he is currently C.P.A. eligible while pursuing his Master of Science in Accountancy at the University of Houston. Mr. Rivas received his M.B.A. from the University of North Alabama. He is a also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conference and Academic All-Gulf South Conference for two consecutive years as a 4-year member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis team (both as player and Assistant Coach).

Stan Levy serves as Chief Operating Officer of MORGAN. Stan’s responsibilities include arranging debt and equity financing, managing the property disposition process, and asset management oversight for all of MORGAN’s assets. Stan serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Stan has closed over $3.0 billion of transactions for MORGAN.

Stan was one of the founding executive officers of Cadence Bancorporation, where he was integrally involved in a startup that raised $1.0 billion in equity and subsequently acquired several banks and has grown to $18 billion in assets across a six-state region. Stan began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he worked for 15 years and served as Managing Director of Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking for the Southern Region.

Stan graduated with honors from The University of Texas with a BBA in Finance. Stan serves as a director of the Holocaust Museum Houston Foundation and previously served as a director of Hines Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc., advisory director of Cadence Bancorp LLC, and as an Executive Committee board member for The Emery/Weiner School. Stan is a past President of the Board of The Shlenker School in Houston. He is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council.

John Sloot is a Vice President for Hunt Mortgage Group (HMG), focusing on originating, term, and bridge

loans for multifamily & commercial real estate properties across the country. All executions are direct

through HMG’s Agency relationship (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac), FHA/HUD and HMG’s Proprietary

Lending Programs.

Prior to joining HMG, John was an AVP in Associated Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group where he

provided support and asset/portfolio management needs for the group. John was responsible for

managing a commercial real estate portfolio of 40+ assets/credit facilities with commitments totaling in

excess of $200 million. John also assisted the group in closing in excess of $500 million in new

commitments during his time with the company. Before joining Associated Bank, John was a Sr.

Commercial Real Estate Analyst at BMO Harris Bank (fna Amcore Bank) where he was in charge of

underwriting real estate debt transactions.

John began his career and received formal credit/underwriting training through MB Financial and their

Leadership Development Program where he rotated through various divisions of the Commercial Bank.

Throughout his career, John has assisted in closing over $1 Billion in real estate transactions.

John graduated from Roosevelt University with an MBA in Real Estate and received his undergraduate

degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Roosevelt University.

Jennifer Campbell leads Houston as a Director for IPA Texas. Ms. Campbell has closed more than $3 billion representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She also interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE debt and equity group while completing an MBA in real estate finance.

Ms. Campbell is also a graduate from Tulane and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where she earned degrees in music and dance. She enjoyed a 13-year career singing opera professionally, prior to entering the real estate profession. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her CCIM designation.

Cyrus Bahrami oversees development, investment and construction operations for the Houston office. He brings more than 12 years of real estate investment, development and finance experience. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Bahrami served as Vice President of Investments and Development for M-M Properties, where he participated in the acquisition, development and asset management of multifamily and commercial-office properties in excess of $600MM. Mr. Bahrami also held previous positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors. Mr. Bahrami graduated summa cum laude from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Stacy has been with Greystar and its predecessor firm since 1982 and is currently

responsible for national client relations and new business pursuit for the

company’s 670,000 unit domestic management operation. Since joining Greystar,

Mr. Hunt has helped build the firm’s management portfolio through the opening of

regional offices in Arizona, Florida and additional offices in Texas. Stacy is a

member of the National Apartment Association, the National Multi Housing Council

joint legislative committee, the board of directors of the Houston Apartment Association and the

Westchase District, Treasurer of the Better Government Fund of the Houston Apartment Association

and is a licensed Texas broker. He also served as president of the Houston Apartment Association in

1992 and the Texas Apartment Association in 1998. In 1973 Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance

from the University of Texas.

Mr. Hunt has witnessed the firm’s growth from 2,000 units to its current ranking as the largest

apartment manager in the United States, with more than 670,000 units in 43 states. Greystar also

manages approximately 24,650 units in China, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain

and the United Kingdom. The company’s owned portfolio consists of over 51,000 units including 87

properties under construction and 31 stabilized properties in markets across the US.

Mr. Hunt is based in Houston, Texas, and the Greystar corporate office is located in Charleston, South

Carolina.

Brit is sensitive to the reality of budget concerns, financial timetables, market research, project

Brit has actively lead design for over $6 billion in construction costs for many of the largest and

John D. Hammond is the President and CEO of Riverway Title Company.

In 1997, Mr. Hammond began his commercial title insurance career with Partners Title in Houston. In May of 2005 he joined First American Title – Tanglewood. Then in July of 2012, First American Title – Tanglewood became Riverway Title Company. In 2015, Mr. Hammond purchased Riverway Title Company.

Mr. Hammond has been in the Houston commercial real estate arena since 1982 as an owner, broker and lender. His knowledge of commercial real estate and title insurance helps him assist his clients in every facet of their commercial transaction from start to finish. With experience in all types of commercial property transactions, Mr. Hammond’s network of business contacts and relationships in the commercial real estate industry has made Riverway Title Company one of the premier title companies in Texas capable of handling any type of commercial transaction.

The primary focus of Dean’s career has been on retail tenant representation, representing companies such as Kohl’s, Oshman’s/Sports Authority, Eye Masters, Ross Dress For Less, Sears Specialty Group, Petsmart, Petco, J.C. Penney, Ulta Cosmetics, CompUSA, Toys R Us, Golf Galaxy, Robins Bros. and The Gap Concepts. Due to his dedication, Dean was named Master Broker for Dick’s Sporting Goods in five states. During his career, Dean has completed numerous lease transactions for his clients, ranging from 5,000 – 133,000 square feet. One of Dean’s largest transactions completed in recent years was the 138 acre tract of land sale to CBL REIT for the 800,000 square foot Pearland Town Center Mall that opened in 2008. Previously a Vice President and Partner of Boyd Page & Associates from 1991 – 2003, Dean’s career started in the real estate industry with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in 1984. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Dean likes to spend time with his wife Regina and their two daughters, Halle and Jesse, and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Mr. Levine founded Levcor, Inc. in 1980 and serves as both its President and driving force. He has been involved in the development, leasing and management of over 20 million square feet of retail centers and office buildings during his career. Mr. Levine served in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant with the Military Police Corps. He received a BBA from Texas A&M University as well as advance courses in Real Estate Finance, Management, Appraisal and Law from the University of Houston. Prior to establishing Levcor, Mr. Levine was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company from 1974 to 1980, where, as a Senior Broker, was involved in investment property sales, leasing and site acquisition. His expertise was first established in the repositioning of under-performing properties on behalf of third-party owners. Malls, neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout Texas were leased to stabilization with major tenants. These anchor/major tenant relationships remain to this day. While at Coldwell Banker he was ranked in the Top Ten in both the Houston Division and the Region, which included the competitive markets of Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Mr. Levine is a Sustaining Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and being an alumnus of Texas A&M University, is a member of the Board of Directors of both the International School of Business and Mays Graduate School of Business. He is a member of AIPAC, a member of Congregation Beth Yesheren and serves on the board of directors of JINSA and on the Executive Committee of the Republican Jewish Coalition. In October 2000, Larry Levine was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the Texas A&M University School of Business. He maintains his Real Estate Broker’s License and in addition to the above, is very active in numerous business, social and political activities throughout Houston and the State of Texas and on a national level.

Allen leads the project leasing team to provide consulting, marketing, merchandising and

leasing services to landlords and developers. Her profound expertise covers a range of

asset classes including traditional neighborhood, regional and super-regional shopping

centers, mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, and entertainment venues. Allen also

provides tenant representation services and market strategy for local, regional and

national retailers and restaurants looking to expand their concepts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Allen worked as a senior leasing agent for Brixmor

Property Group (formerly Centro Properties Group), the second largest owner of open air

neighborhood and regional shopping centers in the nation. With an assigned portfolio of

more than 2.5 million square feet, she correlated the marketing, negotiation, construction

coordination, budgeting and overall execution of transactions with new and existing

tenants. She also played an integral role in multiple redevelopment projects. Throughout

Today, Allen has built a leasing portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of existing and

$100 million in value. Crystal Allen currently leases many of the largest, most high profile

projects within the country, and is consistently requested by the company’s premier clients

to represent projects. She is a top producer within the firm, is considered a leader within

the retail industry and a mentor to her team members. Her clients include Brookfield,

Oliver McMillan, DC Partners, LNR Partners, Patrinely Group, CDC, Xenia Lodging, Imperial

Nationally recognized as a leading commercial real estate broker and investment sales professional in his field, David has been quoted for his knowledge and expertise in over 100 trade articles, real estate panels and press releases. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in real estate finance and mathematics, he is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Office Industrial Properties (NAOIP). When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his local Houston Astros and son’s little league team.
