Stacy has been with Greystar and its predecessor firm since 1982 and is currently

responsible for national client relations and new business pursuit for the

company’s 670,000 unit domestic management operation. Since joining Greystar,

Mr. Hunt has helped build the firm’s management portfolio through the opening of

regional offices in Arizona, Florida and additional offices in Texas. Stacy is a

member of the National Apartment Association, the National Multi Housing Council

joint legislative committee, the board of directors of the Houston Apartment Association and the

Westchase District, Treasurer of the Better Government Fund of the Houston Apartment Association

and is a licensed Texas broker. He also served as president of the Houston Apartment Association in

1992 and the Texas Apartment Association in 1998. In 1973 Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance

from the University of Texas.

Mr. Hunt has witnessed the firm’s growth from 2,000 units to its current ranking as the largest

apartment manager in the United States, with more than 670,000 units in 43 states. Greystar also

manages approximately 24,650 units in China, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain

and the United Kingdom. The company’s owned portfolio consists of over 51,000 units including 87

properties under construction and 31 stabilized properties in markets across the US.

Mr. Hunt is based in Houston, Texas, and the Greystar corporate office is located in Charleston, South

Carolina.

As Casoro Group’s CIO and Fund Manager for the Onyx Impact Fund, Mehul is responsible for

strategizing and executing the firm’s growth strategy in investing in real assets that meet or exceed

performance thresholds. Mehul specializes in identifying and acquiring multifamily investments

throughout the United States for Casoro Group’s institutional, family office, and high-net-worth clients,

as well as its discretionary non-traded multifamily income REIT, Upside Avenue. At Casoro Group, Mehul

plays a crucial role in developing the firm’s market presence, uncovering profitable opportunities,

leading the underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing of new acquisitions. Mehul also oversees

the company’s equity and debt capital raising activities.

With more than 15 years of commercial transaction experience, Mehul brings deep expertise in the

acquisition and asset management of multiple asset types, including multifamily, student housing,

industrial, office, and retail. Mehul has also built close relationships with some of the world’s largest

sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and family offices. Most recently, he was Head of Investments at

Nitya Capital in Houston, a firm with over $2.5 billion of assets under management in multifamily, office

and retail assets. Previously, as Director – Fund Management at Hines, one of the largest privately held

global real estate investors and managers, he managed several funds including opportunistic, value-

added and sustainable income fund strategies. Prior to joining Hines, Mehul led a real estate

development business which focused on residential and mixed-use projects. He has contributed to the

investment and development of more than 17 million square feet of commercial real estate across

Americas, Europe and Asia.

He holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an M.S. in Real Estate from Massachusetts

Institute of Technology. Mehul is also an adjunct professor teaching Real Estate

Matt Shafiezadeh is the founder of Urban Genesis, a real estate investment and

development company with acute strategies tied to advancing affordability across multiple

product classes. Since its founding in 2013, Matt has grown Urban Genesis to $1.4 billion

of AUM.

Prior to Urban Genesis, Matt was a senior investment officer at Lionstone Investments

where he sourced over $2.0 billion of commercial real estate assets across the

country. Matt also spent time at both Highland Capital Management and Lazard Freres &

Co on Distressed Investments and M&A/Restructuring. He graduated in finance from the

University of Texas at Austin in 2007.

Jonathan Haywood joined the ANDRES team in 2001 shortly after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. He dove right into his career as a Project Manager on multiple ANDRES projects across Dallas and Houston. He has managed a diverse portfolio of project types such as adaptive reuse, hospitality, high-rise residential, continuing care, institutional, and commercial totaling over 750mil in construction costs. Jonathan’s career has shifted towards maintaining the admirable relationships that ANDRES has established over the last 32 years, as well as developing relationships with additional clients and trade partners in new markets.

Matthew joined BHW Capital in 2021, where he focuses on various aspects across the entire multifamily ground-up development life cycle including capital markets, asset management, construction, and pre-development due diligence.

Prior to joining BHW Capital, Matthew was Vice President at NorthMarq, a national capital markets leader in commercial real estate debt, equity, investment sales, and loan servicing. While at NorthMarq, Matthew was responsible for structuring and arranging over $600 million of debt and equity transactions across a broad range of property types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and specialty mixed-use on behalf of private and institutional investor clients. His capital relationships span insurance companies, agency lenders, private equity & debt funds, CMBS conduit lenders, and local/regional/national banks. He was presented with NorthMarq's Analyst of the Year award for 2018.

Matthew is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a McCombs School of Business Certificate in Real Estate Finance. Matthew currently serves on both the University of Texas at Austin’s Real Estate Finance and Investment Center’s Advisory Council (REFIC) and the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Houston Small Scale

Development Council. He is also an active member of NAIOP and Federation’s CRES. Outside of commercial real estate industry, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for Second Servings of Houston, Houston’s only prepared and perishable food rescue non-profit organization. During his time at the University of Texas, Matthew was President of the Undergraduate Real Estate Society

In his role at Marquette, Chris is responsible for directing and overseeing development efforts in the Southern Region. Chris has a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business. Before joining Marquette, Chris was Principal of Strategy & Operations at Slalom Consulting.

Warren currently serves as senior vice president/managing director in the Houston, Texas office for

NorthMarq Capital. With 2 decades of experience in commercial real estate investment banking, he is

responsible for managing the office as well as multiple teams originating, underwriting, marketing, and

closing debt and equity financing. Throughout his career he has completed the capitalization of a broad

array of assets including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, data, storage, and medical

properties, ranging from suburban apartments to downtown office towers.

Warren has a long history of successfully structuring highly complex capital. He has been involved in

several of Houston’s most iconic and challenging transactions.  As an example, he successfully originated

the financing for some of Houston’s most challenged assets, specifically transacting and financing the 2.1

million sq. ft. former Exxon Mobil office campus which was less than 30 percent occupied at closing.

Transactions have included arranging permanent long-term life company financing, agency multifamily

debt, short-term bridge financing, mezzanine debt, and equity joint ventures with various institutional

capital sources. The capital relationships he has forged bridges all real estate investors including life

companies, Fannie, Freddie, FHA, banks, pension funds, bridge funds, and private equity funds.

Warren is a Top 10 Producer Nationally on an annual basis at NorthMarq and currently serves on the

Equity Advisor Board and Northmarq Producers Council, an appointment reserved for NorthMarq’ s top

originators. In addition to his responsibilities at NorthMarq, he is an active member of a number of

organizations including: Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP) as past President

& Chairman, CCIM, a NAIOP committee member, and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) serving

on numerous committees. Warren, who has two small children now, was born and raised in Houston, Tx

but holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Career to date he has completed in excess of $1.8B in multifamily transactions with long employment stints with UDR, Archon (Goldman Sachs) and GFI Capital Resources. Scott holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Real Estate Investment from the University of North Texas. He holds his Texas Real Estate Brokers license and CCIM designation.

$1.4 billion in funded loans. While directing this effort, Jeff is personally responsible for a loan portfolio of over

$1 billion. In addition, he manages both retail and commercial lending officers and oversees the credit

department. For the past twenty-seven years he has served on the IBC Bank Houston Board of Directors.

Prior to joining IBC, Jeff served as division manager of commercial banking at BBVA-Compass Bank. He

received his credit training at Interfirst Houston (now Bank of America). His area of expertise is commercial real

estate with a focus on retail centers, multi-family, and lot development.

Jeff maintains active involvement in several community service organizations. He has coached multiple baseball,

basketball, and soccer teams for youth in the local community. He has previously been a board member of the Be

An Angel charity which serves multi-handicapped children and YES College Prep, a charter school for at-risk

children. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Covenant House Texas. He most recently was named chairman of

the CHT Guts + Glory Corporate Obstacle Challenge for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Jeff received his BBA-Finance degree from Baylor University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon

and The Baylor Student Foundation. Jeff is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. He is married and

Hamid grew up in the construction industry by learning the trade in his family’s real estate development business and has pursued a technology-oriented education and professional life in the past 20 years. Prior to founding Zebel in 2019, Hamid led the preconstruction data analytics at Western National Group, a large multifamily development/construction/property management firm, based in Southern California. He now works with large multifamily developers and GC's, such as Irvine Company, Ryan Companies, and Legacy Partners, who share their historical construction cost data anonymously through Zebel, the "Switzerland of Construction Cost Data".

Hamid received a Master of Business Administration from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Science in Construction Management and an Engineer degree in Construction Information Technology both from University of Southern California.

Vicki Worden serves as President and CEO of the Green Building Initiative, an international nonprofit dedicated to reducing climate impacts by improving the built environment. She is co-author of Greener Data, a best selling book on Amazon that launched on April 22, 2022. She is the former chair of the National Institute of Building Sciences Consultative Council, which unifies the codes development and building industry and communicates to the U.S. Congress and Administration on commercial building priorities. She also serves as a judge of the U.S. DOE's Solar Decathlon.

As a sustainability pro and entrepreneur, Worden has advanced objectives within a range of industries, including solar, wind, parking, furniture, mattress, composites, wood products and rainwater harvesting. During her tenure at GBI, she led this start-up organization into a thriving community that supports integration of sustainability and net zero, health and wellness, and resilience objectives throughout some of the largest real estate portfolios in the world. Through its Green Globes and federal Guiding Principles Compliance programs, GBI will have certified half a billion square feet of commercial and multifamily building space in North America and beyond during 2022.

Worden holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and she is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management. She lives in Camden, Maine, where she feeds her soul with an abundance of hiking, skiing, swimming, and outdoor activities along with her husband and dogs.
