Mr. Batchelor is a senior managing director and is responsible for the firm’s multifamily projects throughout its Southwest Region, coordinating multifamily development activities with the regional team and national division, headquartered in Houston. Prior to joining the firm he was vice president of development for a privately owned boutique real estate firm where he was responsible for new business and for all phases of development, construction and delivery of high-density multifamily apartment projects. Mr. Batchelor has more than 20 years of experience developing multifamily and commercial office projects.

Batchelor graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Architecture and received a Master's of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Luke Phillippi

Endeavor Principal Luke Phillippi is responsible for leading the company’s

multifamily acquisition and development activities, including site

selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction,

project capitalization and asset management.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Luke spent

nine years at Alliance Residential, where

he served as a Development Director

and Partner. In 2010, he joined the fully

integrated multifamily organization, where

he developed more than 13,000 units in

Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and the Mid-

Atlantic, with a total capitalization of $2.2

billion.Luke previously worked five years

for Fairfield Residential, another fully

integrated multifamily firm focused on

development, acquisitions, construction

and property management. While there, he

worked as a regional manager focused on

the operations of a 4,200 bed portfolio of

student housing assets across the country.

Jonathan Brinsden

Midway

Jonathan Brinsden serves as chief executive officer of Midway and guides the company’s overall business strategy and operations. Jonathan is a member of Midway’s leadership team and investment committee.

Jonathan joined Midway’s development team in 2001, was named chief operating officer in 2008 and chief executive officer in 2013. Prior to joining Midway, Jonathan served as president and chief operating officer of Hamm Corporation, a Houston-based development company.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Global Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and the Governance Committee, and past Chair of ULI Houston. He is also a board member of NAIOP and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jonathan is active in a number of civic leadership and charitable organizations including the board of Central Houston, Vice Chairman of Buffalo Bayou Partnership and Chairman of the Board of SEARCH. Jonathan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Bauer Graduate Real Estate Program and serves on the Executive Advisory Board.

Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Land and Real Estate Development, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, all from Texas A&M University.

Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is Vice President and a Principal of Jordan & Skala Engineers. During his 24 years with Jordan & Skala he has led the HVAC department in Charlotte, pioneered the Dallas office, and has overseen the establishment of the Austin, Denver, Houston, and Las Vegas offices. Currently, he oversees a staff of approximately 115 people within the Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Las Vegas offices. His extensive experience has allowed him to work in contracting, sales as well as in designing and managing projects of all categories. With projects ranging in size from a drive-through hamburger stand to a planned 2,000 residence retirement community and over two dozen United States Green Building Council (USGBC) projects in his portfolio, Andrew confidently oversees projects of any size and complexity. In 2003, Mr. Smith became Jordan & Skala’s first LEED Accredited Professional. Soon after that, he became instrumental in the establishment of Jordan & Skala’s Energy Services Discipline, which provides sustainability consulting, program coordination, and education services for developers, architects or other engineers who are looking for the LEED certification on their projects or for their careers. A graduate from The University of Alabama, Mr. Smith, is a Registered Professional Engineer in all 50 states, he is part of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Dean Lane joined NewQuest Properties as a Partner in 2003. Dean plays a critical role on NewQuest’s development team, working on the design, tenant-mix and construction. Comprising more than seven million square feet of gross leasable area over the last several years, some of the major town centers include Sherman, Cy-Fair, Brazos, Hutto, Creekside, Stone Hill, Stone Park, Stone Hill Town Center and Grand Morton Town Center.

The primary focus of Dean’s career has been on retail tenant representation, representing companies such as Kohl’s, Oshman’s/Sports Authority, Eye Masters, Ross Dress For Less, Sears Specialty Group, Petsmart, Petco, J.C. Penney, Ulta Cosmetics, CompUSA, Toys R Us, Golf Galaxy, Robins Bros. and The Gap Concepts. Due to his dedication, Dean was named Master Broker for Dick’s Sporting Goods in five states. He was overseeing all markets in the major cities of interest in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

During his career, Dean has completed numerous lease transactions for his clients, ranging from 5,000 – 133,000 square feet. One of Dean’s largest transactions completed in recent years was the 138 acre tract of land sale to CBL REIT for the 800,000 square foot Pearland Town Center Mall that opened in 2008. Previously a Vice President and Partner of Boyd Page & Associates from 1991 – 2003, Dean’s career started in the real estate industry with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in 1984. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Dean likes to spend time with his wife Regina and their two daughters, Halle and Jesse, and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

A highly respected commercial real estate broker in the Houston market, Lilly Golden has been working in the industry for 25 years. She has represented retailers such as HEB, Sun & Ski, Guitar Center, Sur La Table, David’s Bridal, 99 Cents Only, Aaron Rents, and Houston’s Restaurants, leased properties for landlords such as CBL, Crescent, Freeway Properties and Tanglewood Corporation, represented investors such as Mischer Investments, Provident and Lovett Homes and completed build to suits for both Aaron Rents and Dollar Tree.

Lilly has earned the “Heavy Hitters Award” from the Houston Business Journal and the “Costar Broker of the Year Award” in 2012, 2013 and 2015. She is a CCIM, a board member of The Site Source National Retail Broker Network, the Houston chairperson for the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women. Lilly started her career as a Systems Engineer at IBM in Chicago, she joined Jones Lang LaSalle 5 years later and worked as both an office and retail broker before moving to Houston in 1993. After working for Trammel Crow, Wulfe & Co and Moody Rambin, Lilly formed Evergreen Commercial Realty in 2005.

JoBeth Prochaska, a real estate professional experienced in many aspects of commercial / retail real estate, is Senior Vice President - Development and Asset Management with the Houston office of Weitzman. In this position, Prochaska is responsible for overseeing the development of new and expanded retail centers in the greater Houston area, as well as overseeing asset management, including day-to-day operations, lease negotiation, management, finance, capital improvements and construction, for a portfolio of retail centers in the Houston area. Prochaska serves as the day-to-day decision maker on behalf of ownership clients on all project-related needs and regularly report to ownership on project performance. She current is directing development of Manvel Town Center, one of the largest-ever open-air projects planned for the Greater Houston area. Upon completion, Manvel Town Center will incorporate approximately 1 million square feet of retail and commercial space. As part of the Manvel development, Prochaska’s duties have included directing the creation of the Municipal Utility District for the site, as well as implementing capital improvements and infrastructure for the project. Her other duties include negotiating tenant leases and lease amendments from inception of LOI to lease signatures and other project-related duties. Prior to joining Weitzman, she worked in development for a retail developer.

Prochaska is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is active with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is president of the Pearland Municipal Management District No. 2 and a licensed Texas real estate broker. She volunteers at the Houston Food Bank and the Fort Bend Women’s Shelter and serves as a Girl Scout Troop leader.
